iMile tracking: numbers, statuses and who delivers

8 min read

Peek is an independent tracker, not iMile. It shows what iMile’s own tracking publishes.

iMile is an e-commerce delivery company founded in Dubai in 2017. It carries parcels across borders, including from China, clears customs and delivers the last mile with its own couriers in some countries. Track the number on iMile's own page, imile.com/track, or in the box above. The number comes from the shop, in your order's shipping details.

iMile tracking number: what it looks like

iMile publishes no example number. The shapes iMile's parcels carry, with invented digits:

NumberWhose it is
IM06010000000000IM, 0601 and ten digits: iMile.
IM00000000000000IM and 14 digits: iMile too.
601012500000013 digits starting with 6, the next six shaped like a date (month, day, year): iMile's own waybill number.
3000000000000Other 13-digit numbers: not one of iMile's shapes. La Poste, Delhivery, Yunda and Korea Post use 13 digits.
LP00000000000000Not iMile but Cainiao, AliExpress's logistics reference.

On iMile's tracking page, type it under "TYPE YOUR ORDER NUMBER"; the history shows under "ORDER STATUS". A number iMile doesn't know leaves that box empty, with no error. If you can't find any number, see where to find a tracking number, then ask the shop.

iMile tracking statuses explained

iMile's scans below are in its English wording, as Peek reads them. Names in 【】 brackets are its centres or airport codes, so yours will show other places. The lines people see, in the order a parcel meets them:

iMile saysWhat it means for you
Order submitted, pending to receive. The seller has booked the delivery. iMile doesn't have the parcel yet.
Your order has been picked up.iMile has collected it from the sender.
【IST】The flight has taken off.Flown out; the code is the departure airport.
【RUH】Flight Arrived - Waiting for customs clearance.Landed in or near your country, waiting for customs.
Clearance ProcessingCustoms is checking the parcel.
【Milan center】Your order has been received. At iMile's first centre in the destination country.
Your order has been shipped from 【Milan center】.On its way to the next centre or delivery station.
Parcel is currently being processed. At the station that delivers to your area.
Our delivery associate is out for delivery. On the van today.
User not at homeThe attempt failed: this is the driver's reason.
Delivery attempt finished, return to Local logistics company warehouse. After a failed attempt, the parcel is back at the station.
【Contact Error】need to return. The driver couldn't reach you, and the return starts.
Your order has been delivered successfully.Delivered.
Order delivery failed, returning to sender. It is going back to the sender.
【Milan Transit Center】Shipment returned to origin.Handed back to the sender.

Order Submited. means the same as the first row on a European parcel; the misspelling is iMile's, as in Your order has assigned delivery drvier., which names the driver before the van leaves. Shipment is scheduled to followed by a date in square brackets books a delivery day.

The driver's reasons for a failed attempt, besides User not at home: wrong address, switch off, Customer Wants to Change Location, Route not completed, Traffic, Strike, Bad weather and The driver failed to deliver due to shop(building) closure, we will try to deliver again. Lost order can also turn up as a driver's reason on a delivery run. It doesn't mean on its own that the parcel is gone: watch the next scans. For customs stops, see customs and import fees.

iMile delivery in the UK, US, Ireland, Canada and Australia

iMile's International Dropship Delivery service lists a "Self-owned last-mile delivery team". Its routes from China go to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Lebanon, Australia, Jordan, South Africa and Malaysia. Of the countries this page covers, only Australia is on that list.

Australia. iMile has an Australian site and company, iMile Delivery & Logistic Pty Ltd, in South Granville, New South Wales. It says it delivers orders for The Nile, an Australian online retailer, across major Australian cities. Its contacts are below.

United Kingdom. iMile has a UK site and a company with a registered address in London, iMile Logistics Co., Ltd. It publishes no UK phone, email, delivery rules or partner carrier.

US, Canada and Ireland. None of the three is on iMile's list of office locations, and iMile's pages don't say who delivers its parcels there. Ask the shop which carrier delivers, and keep checking iMile's tracking page.

Failed attempts and pickup. iMile publishes no rule for these countries on how many attempts it makes, notice cards or how long it keeps a parcel. Its own scans tell you what happened: the driver's reason, then the parcel back at the station, then either a new run or 【Contact Error】need to return. iMile lists PUDOs (pick up, drop off points) among its services but names none in these countries. Its general FAQ, written mostly for the UAE, says:

  • its customer hotline takes "rescheduling requests";
  • to change the address, contact customer support "before the shipment reaches the final delivery stage", or use the iMile Online Bot;
  • its proof of delivery is "A photo of the delivered parcel at the drop-off location" and "A digital signature from the recipient (If applicable)".

iMile's tracking page has a proof-of-delivery view that asks you to confirm you're the authorised user. On iMile's own page, some out-for-delivery scans add the driver's phone number. More in missed delivery.

iMile package not updating, lost or returned

No tracking yet. While the only line is Order submitted, pending to receive., the seller has booked the delivery but may not have handed the parcel over. Ask the shop when it was sent.

Stuck for days. Parcels from China often go quiet between the flight, customs and the first centre in your country. More in tracking a parcel from China and why tracking stops updating.

The tracking link doesn't work. iMile's FAQ says to refresh the page or open it in another browser, clear cookies, and then contact customer support with your order number for a fresh link.

Delivered but not there. Look for the proof-of-delivery photo on iMile's page, check around the door and with neighbours, then contact iMile and the shop. See delivered but not received.

Lost, damaged or returned. iMile publishes no claim process for recipients in these countries. The shop holds the contract with iMile, so ask it for a refund or a new parcel. See lost parcel and, after Order delivery failed, returning to sender., returned to sender.

iMile contact number and customer service

As read on 22 October 2026, iMile lists these channels:

  • iMile Chat: the chat button at the bottom right of imile.com opens a virtual assistant that answers in English, Arabic, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Hungarian or German.
  • Australia: hotline +61 272 557 988, email [email protected], and +61 423796724 for WhatsApp messages only.
  • United Kingdom: no phone or email. The UK legal notice names only the company and its registered address.
  • US, Canada, Ireland: no contact published.
  • Customer Support form: on imile.com, for "a query or need assistance regarding your shipment", though it also requires a company name and a number of daily orders.

For the order itself, the shop is quicker. It booked iMile and can open a case with it.

Track an iMile parcel with Peek

Peek recognises IM0601… numbers as iMile straight away. For other IM numbers with 14 digits, and for 13-digit numbers, which other carriers use too, the shape alone isn't enough: paste it all the same, Peek follows more than 3,500 carriers. When you add one, Peek asks the carriers whose numbers look like this, iMile among the first for date-shaped numbers starting with 6, and shows "iMile has this parcel." when iMile knows it. If none answers yet or the wrong carrier comes up, pick iMile with "Change". Links from imile.com's tracking page (/track?waybillNo=) are read as iMile.

Peek reads iMile's tracker in English. It shows the status, the history with the centre or town of each scan on a map, and the destination country, with scan times on that country's clock. For a parcel Cainiao carries out of China for iMile, Peek adds Cainiao's earlier scans (pickup, sorting, export, flight, import) in front of iMile's history.

Peek leaves out iMile's expected delivery date, proof of delivery, who signed, contacts and payment details, and drops the driver's phone from scans. Labels such as "Out for delivery" and "Delivery attempted" are Peek's own; the scan lines appear as iMile wrote them. Peek checks every 10 minutes, every 2 minutes once the parcel is out for delivery, and can notify you of "All tracking updates", "Important only" or "Delivery day only". It can't contact iMile or the shop for you.

Questions about iMile tracking

Where is my iMile package?

The latest scan gives its stage, and the centre or airport in 【】 brackets says where. Our delivery associate is out for delivery. means it should come today; a driver's reason after it means the attempt failed.

Who delivers iMile parcels in the US or the UK?

iMile's pages don't say. It lists no office or contact in the US, and its UK site gives only a company address. Ask the shop which carrier delivers, and watch iMile's tracking for the delivery scans.

What does Order Submited mean on iMile?

The seller has created the delivery order, but iMile doesn't have the parcel yet. The misspelling is iMile's. Your order has been picked up. follows once iMile collects it.

Is iMile legit?

Yes. iMile is a delivery company founded in Dubai in 2017, with its own tracking page and companies in Australia, the UK, Germany and Italy among others. In Australia, it says it delivers for the online retailer The Nile.
