Venipak tracking: statuses, lockers and missed deliveries
Venipak is a courier that delivers parcels for shops in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, to your door, to one of its parcel lockers or to a pickup point. Enter the number on Venipak's tracking page for your country, or paste it in the box above. It comes from the shop, or from Venipak by SMS.
Where to find your Venipak tracking number
Venipak sends the parcel number by SMS on the evening before it's due and again on the day itself. You may also get it from the sender, for example in the shop's shipping email.
Venipak's texts and calls only reach Lithuanian, Latvian or Estonian phone numbers: with a foreign one, ask the shop for the number. See how to find your tracking number if nothing arrived.
Venipak's help pages give no format, but its labels follow one shape (digits invented):
| Number | What it is |
|---|---|
V12345E1234567 | A Venipak parcel number: V, 5 digits, E, 7 digits. The 5 digits identify the sender's account, the last 7 the parcel. |
1234567 | A shipment number of 7 to 10 digits, which can cover several parcels. |
Venipak's form takes a "Shipment/parcel code", or a "Customer ID" with a "Document number", which only the sender has. Baltic numbers of another shape belong to someone else: JJEE codes and postal numbers ending EE are Omniva's, postal numbers ending LT are Lietuvos paštas's, and 14 digits are usually DPD's.
Venipak parcel tracking statuses explained
Venipak's tracking shows statuses in the language of the site you use: Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian or English. Each step reads as the status, then the place: a terminal in capitals such as VILNIUS TM2, or a Venipak locker with its name and town.
| Status | What it means for you |
|---|---|
At sender | The shop has registered the parcel and still has it. |
Is placed for dispatch | The sender dropped it in a Venipak locker, named after the status. |
Picked up, Picked up from sender | A courier collected it from the sender or the drop-off locker. |
At terminal | It's at a Venipak sorting terminal, such as KAUNAS or VILNIUS TM2. |
Out for delivery, The parcel is out for delivery | On its way to your door, locker or pickup point. |
Delivered to pickup point | Ready for pickup: it's in the locker or at the pickup point named, and your PIN comes by SMS. |
Delivered | Handed over at your door, or picked up from the locker or pickup point named after it. |
Wrong shipment ID | The number isn't a shape Venipak accepts. Check it for typos. |
Two wordings catch people out: Delivered to pickup point means the parcel is waiting and its storage time has started, and Delivered also covers a parcel picked up from a locker.
Venipak publishes no list of statuses, and no status for a failed attempt or a return has turned up in its tracking. If the parcel sits At terminal, Venipak's advice is to wait for the SMS saying when and how it will arrive.
Venipak lockers, pickup points and missed deliveries
When it comes. Venipak says about 98% of parcels arrive the next working day. Homes are served Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and on the morning it's due an SMS gives a time window and the courier's number. Saturday deliveries happen only in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys and Alytus, if the sender ordered them.
At the door. The courier can hand the parcel to someone else at the address, such as a colleague or neighbour. Check the packaging with the courier there and note visible damage on the manifest: Venipak isn't responsible for damage not noted then.
Not at home. Venipak can leave the parcel at the nearest locker or pickup point: arrange it with the courier, or call or email customer service. With no choice made, it comes the next business day. Venipak's rules allow two more attempts after the first time nobody is found; after three, or if you refuse the parcel, it goes back to the sender.
Changing the address. Possible from the business day after the driver collected the parcel: email the new address to customer service or call, and it arrives a business day later.
Lockers. An SMS comes the moment the parcel is placed inside. Pick it up within 3 to 5 calendar days (the date is in the SMS or email) with the PIN from the SMS or the QR code from the email. If your locker has a fault or no free compartment of the right size, the parcel goes to the nearest available one: check the message.
Pickup points are shops or service centres, open on weekdays and weekends, for parcels too big for lockers. Venipak gives 5 working days on one page and 5 calendar days on another: go by your SMS. Storage can't be extended, and an uncollected parcel goes back to the sender.
Returns. The sender sets the conditions: hand the parcel to a courier or drop it at a Venipak locker or pickup point with the return sticker.
Venipak parcel late, lost or damaged
The shop holds the contract with Venipak, so a lost, damaged or wrong item goes through the sender: Venipak's claims FAQ says the recipient "must contact the Sender".
No update for days. Wait for Venipak's SMS; if none comes, ask the shop. Tracking that isn't updating explains the usual reasons.
Delivered but not there. Look at the place after Delivered: it may name a locker or pickup point. Then contact the shop and Venipak, and see delivered but not received.
Damaged or lost. The sender claims, with photos of the goods and outer packaging and the invoice for damage, or the invoice and any photos for loss. Venipak's rules set a six-month deadline from dispatch for a written claim, and its FAQ says local claims are handled within 14 business days, international ones within up to 90 calendar days.

Tracking a Venipak parcel with Peek
Peek names a number like V12345E1234567 as Venipak's straight away; no other carrier shares the shape, and lowercase or a space before the E is fine. Venipak tracking links with the number in them work too.
A 7 to 10-digit shipment number is never named Venipak: pick Venipak with "Change", or paste a link. A one-parcel shipment is then followed by its parcel number; for several parcels, add each parcel number.
Venipak's scans carry no time zone, so Peek doesn't show Venipak's own scan list. It takes the dated history from universal tracking services, asks Venipak again every 6 hours and, if no service answers, shows Venipak's current status, dated when Peek saw it. It can show the locker or pickup point where the parcel waits, with its town. Statuses keep Venipak's English wording, except Delivered and Out for delivery, shown in Peek's own words. You can be notified when the status changes.
Venipak gives no expected arrival day and no weight. Peek leaves out map coordinates, the parcel count and the recipient check, and can't contact Venipak for you.
Questions about Venipak tracking
Can I track a Venipak parcel without the tracking number?
Not on your own: Venipak's form also takes a customer ID with a document number, but only the sender has those. Ask the shop, or wait for Venipak's SMS the evening before.
Can I change the address for a Venipak parcel?
Yes, from the business day after the driver collected it. Email the new address to customer service or call, and it arrives one business day later.
Does Venipak deliver the next day?
Usually: Venipak says about 98% of parcels arrive the next working day. Homes are served Monday to Friday; Saturdays only in six Lithuanian cities, when the sender ordered it.
