MRW tracking: number, statuses in English and contact

6 min read

Peek is an independent tracker, not MRW. It shows what MRW’s own tracking publishes.

MRW is a Spanish courier franchise network with more than 550 offices across Spain, Portugal, Andorra and Gibraltar. To track a parcel, type its shipment number into the "No abonados" box on MRW's tracking page (in Portugal, mrw.pt), or paste it in the box above. The number is in the shop's shipping email, MRW's SMS or, if you sent the parcel yourself, the office receipt.

MRW tracking number: where to find it

MRW asks for the "número de envío" (shipment number), shown on results as "Número de albarán". MRW's example label prints it as 12 digits under the barcode, and again next to "N.º Etiqueta" as 5 digits, a slash and 7 digits. With invented digits:

What you haveWhat it is
123456789012MRW's shipment number as printed under the barcode. Type it like this.
12345/1234567The same number as printed next to "N.º Etiqueta". Drop the slash before tracking it.
12345A123456Five digits, a letter, six digits: reported for MRW parcels, though MRW's pages don't show it.

Where it turns up:

  • Sent from an MRW office: on your receipt; otherwise MRW says to ask your MRW office.
  • From a shop: in the shipping email or on the order page.
  • By SMS: genuine MRW texts come from the sender "MRW-es". Links like www.mrw.pt/track/… open MRW's page for arranging delivery, not the tracking.

Twelve digits alone also fit FedEx, DPD France, Mondial Relay, Colis Privé, BRT, SF Express and others. If MRW doesn't know it, check the shipping email for the carrier's name.

When MRW answers "Envío no encontrado" (shipment not found), check the digits. If they're right, MRW's message says the parcel simply hasn't reached MRW yet.

What MRW tracking statuses mean

MRW's status lines are in Spanish on mrw.es and in Portuguese on mrw.pt. These are the Spanish ones Peek has recorded, in the usual order:

MRW statusWhat it means for you
Pendiente de recoger"Awaiting collection": the label exists, but the sender hasn't handed the parcel to MRW yet.
Envío recogido en origen"Collected at origin": MRW has the parcel.
En tránsito"In transit": travelling on a long national or international leg.
Entrega concertada"Delivery arranged": a delivery has been arranged with the recipient.
Envío en reparto"Out for delivery": the courier has it and is about to start the day's round.
Destinatario ausente o cerrado"Recipient absent or closed": the courier tried, but nobody was home or the agreed business was shut.
Depositado en punto MRW"Left at an MRW Point": ready for pickup at the MRW Point.
Depositado en PointCorner destino"Left at the destination PointCorner": ready for pickup at an MRW PointCorner shop.
Envío entregado"Delivered".

Pendiente de recoger confuses people: it means MRW hasn't received the parcel yet, not that it waits for you. For the stages every parcel goes through, see what tracking statuses mean.

MRW delivery, MRW Point and missed deliveries

At home: MRW's terms count a parcel as delivered when any capable person at the address accepts and signs for it, recipient or not; nothing is handed to under-18s. MRW leaves parcels in lockers only with your prior, explicit authorisation or when the shop passed that choice on.

Changing the day: MRW's texts give a link or a number; its "Concertar entrega" page needs the SMS code.

MRW Point: partner pickup places, in three kinds: PointOffice, PointCorner and PointMatic. You choose one at checkout and get an SMS or email when the parcel arrives; for a PointMatic, the SMS holds the PIN you need. At a PointOffice or PointCorner, bring your ID or passport. Picking up for someone else? Bring a photocopy of their ID and their signed authorisation.

At an MRW office: the same ID rule applies. MRW's hubs ("Plataforma") don't hand out parcels. Find offices with the office finder.

If it can't be delivered: MRW tells the sender, who has up to 15 days to choose a return or a new destination. MRW's pages don't say how many attempts it makes or how long a parcel is held; ask the office named in the tracking.

MRW parcel late, lost or damaged

MRW's terms are a contract with the sender, which for an order is the shop: start there.

  • Claims: MRW's claim form asks for the shipment number and covers parcels paid through a shop such as Amazon, as well as those sent from an MRW office. Reasons include delay, loss, breakage, theft and a "false notice" when nobody came. In Portugal, mrw.pt also links to the official complaints book, livroreclamacoes.pt.
  • Damaged: note visible damage in writing when the parcel is handed over. MRW's terms give 7 calendar days for hidden damage and 21 days from delivery for delay claims, and refuse claims made later.
  • Delivered but not received: see delivered but not received.

MRW contact number and customer service

As MRW's sites listed them on 11 October 2026:

  • Spain: +34 91 829 66 89, which MRW's fraud page calls its only customer service number. Its FAQ also lists 900 103 668 and gives hours of 8:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and 9:00 to 13:00 on Saturdays, without saying for which number. On X: @mrw_clientes. Topic forms are on the contact page.
  • Portugal: +351 219 587 279, charged as a national landline call, @mrw_portugal on X, and the Contate-nos page.
  • Your local office: in the office finder; MRW suggests checking holiday hours by phone or email.

MRW lists no chat or recipient email, and says to take its numbers from mrw.es or mrw.pt, not a search engine.

Tracking MRW parcels with Peek

Peek recognises the five digits, letter and six digits shape as MRW straight away. A 12-digit number fits many carriers and Peek can't ask MRW whether it knows one, so it doesn't pick MRW on its own: choose MRW with "Change". Type the 12 digits without the slash. An mrw.es tracking link works only when it holds the letter shape; MRW's SMS links don't.

Statuses appear in Spanish; unknown ones show as "Actualización de seguimiento". Peek shows the status, the history and each office (postcode and town, "(Plataforma)" for a hub) on a map, and can notify you of every scan, important steps or delivery day only. It drops the pickup point's address and gives no expected delivery date.

MRW's times carry no time zone, so Peek doesn't show MRW's own scans. The dated history comes from universal tracking services, and Peek asks MRW again every 6 hours; if no service answers, you see only MRW's current status. Whether it finds MRW Portugal parcels hasn't been tested.

Questions about MRW tracking

Is there MRW tracking in English?

No. MRW's site is in Spanish, Portuguese and Catalan; the table above translates the common statuses.

How do I email MRW customer service?

MRW lists no email address for recipients. Use the topic forms on its contact page, including "Quiero hacer una reclamación" for a claim, or phone.

What are MRW's delivery hours?

MRW's pages give none for shop parcels. For shipments booked on its own site within mainland Spain, its FAQ promises delivery before 19:00 on the next working day.

Where is an MRW parcel point near me?

MRW's office finder lists offices; you choose an MRW Point when you check out at the shop, and MRW texts or emails you when the parcel is there.
