Ciblex tracking: numbers, French statuses and contact

7 min read

Peek is an independent tracker, not Ciblex. It shows what Ciblex’s own tracking publishes.

Ciblex, or Ciblex Express, is a French express carrier founded in 1977 that delivers between businesses in France, Belgium and abroad, often early in the morning. Track a parcel with the barcode from its label on Ciblex's tracking page, which is free, or paste the number in the box above. The number comes from the sender: if you don't have it, ask the shop or supplier that shipped the parcel.

Ciblex tracking number: what it looks like and where to find it

Ciblex's tracking asks for the parcel's barcode, the one printed on the label. Its pages give no length and don't say where else a recipient finds it, so before the parcel arrives, ask the sender. See also how to find a tracking number.

The two shapes in use:

ShapeInvented example
14 digits12345678901234
24 digits, the full label barcode123456789012345678901234

On Ciblex's result page, the line above the history can add a shorter number and the sender's reference in brackets; neither is the tracking number.

Fourteen digits also fit DPD, Relais Colis, SEUR, BRT and DHL eCommerce UK, and 24 digits fit InPost and bpost. If the number came in an email or SMS from Relais Colis or DPD, it belongs to that carrier. Ciblex's e-commerce page also says that orders for private customers go through Relais Colis, so a parcel from an online shop may be tracked there instead. More on telling shapes apart: tracking number formats.

Ciblex tracking statuses: what the French words mean

Ciblex's tracking results are in French only: the English and Dutch forms on ciblex.eu open the same French page, with no language switch. The columns are Date, Heure livraison (delivery time), Action and Lieu, the place, usually a depot town with its department number. In the order a parcel meets them:

Ciblex's wordsWhat it means for you
COLIS NON REMISOften the first line, before the parcel reaches a Ciblex depot.
Colis pris en chargeCiblex has collected the parcel from the sender.
Colis ContrôleScanned at a Ciblex depot or agency, named in the Lieu column.
Acheminement contractuel du colis en 48h00The transit time the sender's service promises, not a new step.
Mis en livraisonOut for delivery today.
COMPLEMENT ADRESSEThe address needs more detail before Ciblex can deliver.
Disponible au relaisWaiting for you at a relay point.
Colis LivréDelivered.
Retour expéditeurGoing back to the sender.

COLIS NON REMIS sounds alarming ("parcel not handed over"), but Ciblex doesn't explain it, and in first position it simply comes before any depot scan; the history moves on once Ciblex scans the parcel. Colis Contrôle is a depot scan, not a customs check: it appears several times per trip, at the depots the parcel passes through. The 48-hour line sits beside a depot scan and states the contract, not where the parcel is. Colis pris en charge, COMPLEMENT ADRESSE, Disponible au relais and Retour expéditeur come from earlier records of Ciblex's tracking rather than the page as read today.

Ciblex delivery: signatures, safe places and C Dispo relays

Ciblex works for business shippers. Its services H8, H9 and H12 deliver the next day before 8 am, 9 am or noon, Monday to Friday, with Saturday morning as an option, in person against a signature. In the towns it serves regularly, Ciblex delivers at ground-floor level or in the courtyard of industrial or commercial premises, and its terms treat your digitised signature as proof of delivery.

With SP8 and SP9, Ciblex delivers before 8 or 9 am while nobody is there, Tuesday to Saturday, into a secure place agreed with the sender, such as a box or an airlock.

C Dispo relays. Ciblex has 300 relay points for professionals. The sender chooses the relay. Parcels are available from 8 am and handed over when you show an ID or company badge; you get an SMS when the parcel arrives and, after three days without pickup, a reminder by SMS or email.

Missed or refused. Ciblex's terms say parcels left with a notice or refused go back to the sender within about 7 calendar days, at the sender's cost. Ciblex tells the sender about problems such as a wrong address, an absence notice or a closure for holidays, and the sender gives new delivery instructions in its customer area. There is no page for recipients to reschedule, so ask the sender. Ciblex doesn't say how many attempts it makes, whether it leaves a card or how long a C Dispo relay keeps a parcel.

Ciblex parcel late, lost or damaged

Ciblex's terms are written for its customer, the sender, which holds the contract. No Ciblex page says what to do when tracking stops moving, so contact the sender first; see also tracking that isn't updating.

The terms in force since 1 January 2026 set these deadlines:

  • Damage: write precise reserves on the transport document at delivery. Within France, vague reserves must be confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 3 days of delivery, public holidays not counted. For international parcels, report hidden damage in writing within 7 days.
  • Loss: a claim must reach Ciblex within 60 days of the expected delivery date.
  • Delay: damage from a late delivery must be reported within 3 days of delivery in France, 21 days internationally.

Ciblex's liability within France is limited to €23 per kg and €750 per parcel; internationally, 8.33 SDR per kg. Unclaimed parcels and those Ciblex can't identify are kept for 4 months. When customs apply, duties, taxes and customs agent fees are invoiced to the recipient and paid on delivery.

Ciblex contact: phone, email and agencies

As listed on ciblex.eu on 12 October 2026, for France and Belgium alike:

  • Phone: 08 26 82 69 99, the number on Ciblex's legal notice.
  • Email: [email protected].
  • Agencies: the agencies map lists 23 agencies in France and one in Zaventem, Belgium, with their hours. Most French agencies open 7:30 to 12:00 and from 13:00 or 14:00 to 18:00, and Saturday 7:30 to 12:00; Zaventem opens Monday to Friday 6:00 to 18:00 and Saturday 6:00 to 12:00.
  • Personal data: [email protected].

The contact form on ciblex.eu is for companies' sales enquiries, not tracking questions. Ciblex lists no service for recipients, so for a delivery problem start with the sender.

Tracking a Ciblex parcel with Peek

Peek knows Ciblex's 14- and 24-digit numbers, but other carriers share both shapes, so it asks the likely carriers at once. For 14 digits in France, it asks Relais Colis and Ciblex first, after DPD or DHL only when the number's start points to one of their networks; elsewhere Ciblex comes sixth or later and may only be asked after you save the parcel. For 24 digits it asks Ciblex, InPost and bpost. If two carriers know the number, you pick with "Change". Links from secure.extranet.ciblex.fr with colis= work too; ciblex.eu pages don't.

It checks Ciblex every 10 minutes, and every 2 minutes once the parcel is out for delivery. It shows the status, the history with each scan's depot town on a map, and the delivery time, in Paris time. Ciblex's French words never appear: each scan shows in plain words such as Delivered, Out for delivery, Ready for pickup, Delivery issue or "Parcel processed at a Ciblex facility", and other lines, COLIS NON REMIS and the 48-hour line included, as "Tracking update". It can notify you of every scan, important steps only or delivery day only.

There's no expected delivery date, no relay name or address and no weight, and your address is dropped when Ciblex puts it in the place column. An empty history isn't treated as "not found": it keeps asking.

Questions about Ciblex tracking

What does Colis Contrôle mean on Ciblex tracking?

It means the parcel was scanned at a Ciblex depot or agency, the town in the Lieu column. You'll usually see it several times on one trip.

Does Ciblex deliver on Saturday?

Yes, on request: Ciblex offers Saturday morning delivery to professionals, before 8 am, 9 am or noon.

Is Ciblex the same as Relais Colis?

No, they are two carriers with their own tracking. Ciblex's own e-commerce page says that parcels for private customers go through Relais Colis, so check both if a shop named Ciblex.

Does Ciblex deliver in Belgium?

Yes. Ciblex has an agency in Zaventem and depots in Belgium, including Schaerbeek, Charleroi and Namur, and says it ships to more than 166 countries.
