Tianhui Hengyuan (THHY) tracking: AT numbers and scans
Tianhui Hengyuan (天汇恒源, also written THHY or TH) is a Chinese forwarder. If a shop in China sent your order with it, your number is AT, ten digits and TH: paste it in the box above. Peek knows of no website for the company, and its tracker runs on a bare server address. Read that tracker with care: after Tianhui Hengyuan's own first lines, the ones that follow are written to a script and don't show where your parcel is.
Tianhui Hengyuan tracking number: what it looks like
Tianhui Hengyuan's waybills are AT, ten digits and TH, 14 characters in all. They come from a number rule of Hualei (华磊), the forwarder platform its tracker runs on. With invented digits:
| Number | What it is |
|---|---|
AT0000000017TH | AT, ten digits and TH: the layout of Tianhui Hengyuan's waybills. Peek checks it with Tianhui Hengyuan's tracker (below). |
AT000000005TH | Only nine digits. Two letters, nine digits and TH is the layout of an international postal number from Thailand Post, not Tianhui Hengyuan's. |
AT00000000017TH | Eleven digits: no carrier in Peek's catalog uses this layout. Check for a digit too many. |
Spaces and lower case don't matter when you paste the number into Peek.
Where to find it. The seller books the parcel with Tianhui Hengyuan and passes the number on with its shipping details. If you can't find it, see how to find your tracking number.
A shop's reference. Tianhui Hengyuan's tracker also finds an order by the seller's own reference, typed exactly as the seller wrote it, dashes included.
No link to share. The tracker answers on a numeric server address over plain HTTP, not on a web domain. Peek doesn't link to it: a plain-HTTP link would carry your number in the clear.
Tianhui Hengyuan tracking statuses explained
The tracker's own lines are few, and two of them are in Chinese only. In the order a parcel gets them:
| Tianhui Hengyuan's tracker says | What it means for you | Peek shows |
|---|---|---|
货物电子信息已经收到 | "The electronic cargo information has been received". The platform writes this line by itself for an order with no scans: the seller has created the order, but Tianhui Hengyuan hasn't scanned the parcel yet. | "Label created" |
Arrived at the receiving point | Tianhui Hengyuan has the parcel: the first scan in its hands. | "Received by carrier" |
货物离开操作中心 | "Goods leave the operation center": the parcel has left Tianhui Hengyuan's operation centre. | "In transit" |
Lines written to a script. After those, Tianhui Hengyuan's tracker goes on with lines that read like China Post's scans, and English lines about the last stretch. They come from the Hualei platform's custom track product (轨迹定制, "customised track"), which writes them to a script. They aren't scans of your parcel. Among them, in plain English:
| Tianhui Hengyuan's tracker says | Reads as |
|---|---|
已收取邮件 | Mail collected |
邮件已完成分拣 | Sorting completed |
送交出口 | Presented to export customs |
飞机起飞 | Flight departed |
到达寄达地 | Arrived at the place of destination |
送交境外进口海关 | Presented to import customs abroad |
The English ones include Transporting to the next facility, Packages ready for delivery on the next working day and Packages in transit for delivery. You can spot the Chinese ones by their times: they all fall on the same second of the minute, a multiple of six minutes apart. So don't take 送交境外进口海关 as proof your parcel has reached your country's customs, or Packages in transit for delivery as proof it's on its way to you. Tracking services that copy Tianhui Hengyuan's record can show the same lines.
Times. Every time on Tianhui Hengyuan's tracker is on Beijing's clock, lines abroad included, with no time zone shown. A line at 16:00 there is the morning in London and the middle of the night in New York.
Who delivers Tianhui Hengyuan parcels
Peek doesn't know who delivers Tianhui Hengyuan parcels. The only delivering company its code can hand one over to is Swiss Post, and only when Tianhui Hengyuan's record names Swiss Post and holds a Swiss Post number (more below). Tianhui Hengyuan's records name no post number, though, so the scripted lines can't be checked against any post's tracking. A Swiss Post number is two letters, nine digits and CH, or 18 digits starting with 98 or 99.
Peek found no delivery times from Tianhui Hengyuan, and no rules for delivery attempts, pickup points or how long a parcel is held: those are the delivering company's. Ask the seller which company delivers your order and for its number. In Switzerland, the Swiss Post page covers collection notes and pickup. If you're asked for import charges, see parcels held at customs.
Tianhui Hengyuan parcel not arriving or tracking stuck
Only 货物电子信息已经收到. The seller has created the order, but Tianhui Hengyuan hasn't scanned the parcel. If nothing follows after a few days, ask the seller whether it has really been sent.
Stuck after 货物离开操作中心. That's the last of Tianhui Hengyuan's own lines. What its tracker shows after it comes from the script, which Peek leaves out, so silence in Peek doesn't mean the parcel has stopped. Ask the seller which company delivers and for its number, and add that number to Peek as a parcel of its own. More in why tracking stops updating and tracking a parcel from China.
The tracker shows your parcel further along than Peek. Peek holds those lines back: they're the scripted ones (above), or lines written ahead of the time they carry (below). Go by the delivery estimate the shop gave, and ask the seller once it has passed.
Nothing found. For a number it doesn't know, Tianhui Hengyuan's tracker shows one result with your number under 参考号 (reference) and every other field empty. Compare the number with the seller's message, character by character.
Delivered, but nothing came. A delivered scan comes from the company that delivers, not from Tianhui Hengyuan's own lines: ask that company first, then tell the seller. More in delivered but not received.
Lost or returned. The seller booked the parcel with Tianhui Hengyuan, so the seller, or the marketplace, is the one to ask for a refund or a new parcel. See lost parcels and returned to sender.
Tianhui Hengyuan contact number and customer service
As of 29 October 2026, Peek found no contact details for Tianhui Hengyuan: it knows of no website for the company, and no phone number or email for recipients. The seller booked the parcel and is the one to ask about your order, and the marketplace if the seller doesn't answer.
Track a Tianhui Hengyuan parcel with Peek
Peek can't be sure of a Tianhui Hengyuan number by its shape alone: AT, ten digits and TH is only a weak match. Paste it all the same: Peek follows more than 3,500 carriers. While you add it, Peek asks Tianhui Hengyuan's tracker ("Checking tracking services…") and shows "Tianhui Hengyuan has this parcel." when the tracker knows the number. Otherwise press "Change" and pick Tianhui Hengyuan (typing 天汇恒源 or THHY finds it too), or use "Change carrier" on a parcel you already added. Do the same for a seller's reference: Peek then shows the order's own number, labelled "Tianhui Hengyuan tracks this as". Peek drops dashes, though, so a reference with dashes isn't found through Peek: ask the seller for the AT…TH number.
Peek reads Tianhui Hengyuan's own tracker and shows the status, each line with its place, and the service name and destination country when Tianhui Hengyuan's record gives them. The two Chinese lines show in the English the platform's other forwarders give them: Goods leave the operation center and The electronic cargo information has been received. Times are read on Beijing time and shown in your device's time zone. Peek leaves out the names, address, postcodes, weight, fees, signature and proof of delivery Tianhui Hengyuan's record can hold, and shows no expected delivery date: Tianhui Hengyuan gives none.
From Tianhui Hengyuan's tracker, Peek leaves out the scripted lines, any line written more than twelve hours before the time it carries, and any line dated after the moment it checks, on Beijing time. It goes by the lines it keeps, not by the record's summary status. An order whose lines are all held back has no tracking history in Peek yet, and Peek then sets aside tracking services' copies of those lines too. When the tracker can't be reached, though, Peek turns to tracking services, and their copies can include the scripted lines.
Swiss Post. Peek hands a parcel over only when Tianhui Hengyuan's record names Swiss Post as its channel, holds a Swiss Post number and names no destination outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The parcel then shows "Delivery with Swiss Post" and that number, and once Swiss Post shows a scan at least as recent as Tianhui Hengyuan's latest, Peek follows the parcel there and keeps Tianhui Hengyuan's lines in the history. Otherwise Peek stays with Tianhui Hengyuan's tracker: if the seller gives you the delivering company's number, add it as a parcel of its own.
Peek checks every 10 minutes by day and every hour or two overnight, and hourly once Tianhui Hengyuan goes quiet: 12 hours with nothing past its first line or first scan, or two days with nothing new later on. Tianhui Hengyuan's own lines are all early steps, so only "Every scan" alerts you to them; "Important steps" (delivery, pickup, customs, missed attempts and returns) and "Delivery only" wait for later steps. Peek can't contact Tianhui Hengyuan or the seller for you.
Questions about Tianhui Hengyuan tracking
What is Tianhui Hengyuan (THHY)?
A Chinese forwarder, 天汇恒源, also written THHY or TH, whose tracker runs on the Hualei forwarder platform. Peek's catalog lists two company names for it, 深圳市天汇恒源供应链有限公司 and 广州市天慧恒源供应链有限公司, a Shenzhen and a Guangzhou supply-chain (供应链) company by their names. Its waybills are AT, ten digits and TH.
Is an AT…TH number a Thailand Post number?
Not with ten digits. AT, ten digits and TH is Tianhui Hengyuan's layout. Thailand Post's international numbers have nine: two letters, nine digits and TH.
Why does Tianhui Hengyuan's tracking show more steps than Peek?
Because after its own first lines, Tianhui Hengyuan's tracker shows lines a custom track product writes to a script. They read like China Post's scans but aren't scans of your parcel, so Peek leaves them out.
Who delivers Tianhui Hengyuan parcels?
Peek doesn't know, and Tianhui Hengyuan's records name no post number: ask the seller which company delivers and for its tracking number. The only delivering company Peek can hand a Tianhui Hengyuan parcel over to is Swiss Post, when the record names it with a Swiss Post number.
Who do I contact about a missing Tianhui Hengyuan parcel?
The seller you ordered from: it booked the parcel with Tianhui Hengyuan. Peek knows of no website or contact details for Tianhui Hengyuan.
