Paack tracking: order number, postcode and delivery slots

6 min read

Peek is an independent tracker, not Paack. It shows what Paack’s own tracking publishes.

Paack delivers online shops' orders to homes in Spain, Portugal, France and Italy, in scheduled time slots. To track a parcel, enter the order number and the delivery postcode on Paack's tracking page, or paste the number in the box above and pick Paack. Both are at the end of Paack's email; the number is also in the shop's messages.

Paack tracking number: where to find it

Paack's tracking asks for the "Order number" from its email, sent from [email protected] (check your spam folder). Scroll to the end: the number is under Order Number, the postcode just above it under Delivery Address. No email? Ask the shop, or see how to find your tracking number.

Copy the whole number exactly, with no spaces and the same capitals: Paack says it can't find your order if a character is missing. Its numbers have no fixed shape; Paack's own example mixes digits, hyphens and lowercase letters. A wrong number or postcode gives Order not found. Incorrect order number or postal code. After an address change, use the new postcode.

So an order number can look like another carrier's (examples invented):

Order numberWhat it looks like
123456789ABLetters and digits: no carrier in particular.
123456788 digits: also Mondial Relay's, Colisweb's and Heppner's shape.
12345678901212 digits: also FedEx's, MRW's, BRT's and others'.

If the email comes from Paack, the number is Paack's.

What Paack's tracking statuses mean

Paack's tracking page opens in English, with Spanish, French, Portuguese and Italian in its language menu. Each step has a label and a headline:

Paack saysWhat it means for you
Order details receivedPaack has the details, not yet the parcel.
In Paack's distribution centrePaack has the parcel.
PaackGo Point SelectedIt goes to the PaackGo Point you chose, on the date shown.
Out for deliveryWith the courier today, in the slot shown.
Customer absentNobody was in. Paack tries again.
Incorrect addressPaack emails you a link to fix it, then tries again.
Failed delivery attemptMissed for another reason: rescheduled, or returned after the last try.
Has been rescheduled, Delay in deliveryA new attempt soon, or tomorrow in the slot shown.
At PaackGo PointReady for pickup there, until the date shown.
DeliveredDelivered: the headline says where.
Rejected by customer, Expired at PaackGo PointRefused, or not picked up in time: going back to the shop.
Logistic issueIt will no longer be delivered.

Delivered covers more than your doorstep: its headline reads Has arrived, In a safe place, Delivered to a household member, With a 3rd party or Collected from PaackGo Point. With the headline Couldn't be delivered and will be returned, that was the last attempt. Has been rescheduled also shows when your PaackGo Point was closed, full or refused the parcel. Missing cash on delivery means a cash-on-delivery order wasn't paid; Paack comes back.

Paack delivery time slots, PaackGo Points and missed deliveries

The slot. The page reads Will be delivered soon until there's a date, then gives the day and slot.

Changing it. Depending on the shop's service, the tracking page can offer "Change Delivery Day", "Change Delivery Timeslot", "Change Delivery Address" and "Choose a PaackGo Point". A slot costs nothing extra, can be chosen until the time shown and can't be changed once confirmed. You can change the address on the page or in the chat until the time shown, unless the shop forbids it, but not once the parcel is out for delivery.

If you're out. Paack can leave the parcel with your nearest neighbour or your building's concierge, unless you've said no. Otherwise it tries again the next day or first available business day. Paack schedules at least two attempts, though the shop's agreement can change that; after the last, the parcel goes back to the shop, as it does if you refuse it at the door.

PaackGo Points are Paack's pickup points. Choosing one is final, and Paack emails the pickup instructions. Once the parcel arrives, the page gives the address, your last day and fields for a pickup code, QR code and passcode. Paack publishes no list of points or holding time. Uncollected parcels go back to the shop.

Paack parcel late, not delivered or damaged

The shop holds the contract with Paack, so returns and cancellations go through it.

  • Late or stuck: Paack emails you whenever it runs into a problem; check your inbox, then ask in its chat. See why tracking stops updating.
  • Returned to the shop, or no tracking email: ask the shop.
  • Logistic issue: Paack's page names no next step, so contact the shop.
  • Delivered but not there: check the headline under Delivered, then contact the shop and Paack. More in delivered but not received.
  • Lost or damaged: Paack publishes no claim procedure for recipients: contact the shop, and tell Paack through its chat or form.

Tracking a Paack parcel with Peek

Peek can't tell a Paack parcel from its number or ask Paack whether it knows one. A number with letters usually gets no carrier ("Peek looks it up when you track"); one made only of digits may be offered to another carrier with that shape. Press "Change" and pick Paack, or paste a mydeliveries.paack.app link with tracking_number=. Those open on paack.co/shipments, whose links aren't read, so copy the link, not the address bar.

The "Delivery postcode" field is then required, and a postcode inside a link isn't used. Paack answers only when both match, so a wrong pair looks like an unknown number. The postcode goes to Paack and, when needed, to tracking services. Peek writes the number in capitals and drops spaces, dots and hyphens, while Paack asks for it exactly as written: if nothing turns up, try Paack's page too.

You see the status, the history and the expected day and slot, on the delivery address's clock (Canary Islands time for postcodes starting 35 or 38). At a PaackGo Point, Peek should show its name and address (not yet seen on a real parcel), never the pickup code, QR code or deadline: keep Paack's email. Steps appear in Peek's own words; a PaackGo pickup shows as "Delivered". Paack gives no place for its scans and names no other carrier, so Peek follows none. The shop's name and your name and address are dropped. Checks run every 10 minutes, every 2 once out for delivery, with notifications for every scan, important steps or delivery day only.
