FIRST LINE tracking: 1ST numbers, statuses and delivery
FIRST LINE (壹号专线, Shenzhen First Line Supply Chain Co., Ltd.) is a Shenzhen forwarder that ships parcels from China for online sellers, mostly to the United States, and hands them to a local carrier there for delivery. It belongs to the 1ST group (一代国际集团), whose forwarders print waybills starting with 1ST. Track yours on FIRST LINE's tracker, under 追踪单号 (track a number) on firstline56.com, or in the box above. The shop gives the number with your order's shipping details.
FIRST LINE tracking number: what it looks like
FIRST LINE publishes no number format. Its waybills, like the rest of the 1ST group's, are 1ST and 11 digits. With invented digits:
| Number | What it is |
|---|---|
1ST12345678901 | 1ST and 11 digits: a 1ST group waybill, tracked on FIRST LINE's site. |
9400 1234 5678 9012 3456 74 | 22 digits starting 94: a USPS label, for the delivery in the US. |
Same prefix, other forwarders. The group's four companies, 1st Agent International (一代国际), FIRST LINE, Ferry-Boat (摆渡一下) and Universal Best Union (万国优联), print the same 1ST waybills, and the group's own tracking page is offline. A 1ST number FIRST LINE's tracker doesn't know may belong to one of the other three.
Where to find it. In the shop's shipping details, which may name USPS, China Post or FIRST LINE as the carrier: FIRST LINE lets sellers give the marketplace any of them. The group tells sellers the last-mile number, such as a USPS one, comes 6 to 9 days after the parcel reaches its warehouse, so a shop may give you that number instead. FIRST LINE tracking statuses explained
FIRST LINE's tracker is in Chinese, but the scans are in English. FIRST LINE's own lines, in the order a parcel usually meets them:
| FIRST LINE says | What it means for you |
|---|---|
Forecast has been received | The seller sent the order's details. FIRST LINE doesn't have the parcel yet. Parcel information received means the same. |
Barcode scanning | The first scan at FIRST LINE's warehouse in Shenzhen. |
Shipment arrived | Also the first scan in Shenzhen, not an arrival in your country. |
Packaged | Packed for the trip abroad. |
Leaving Scan | It left the warehouse. |
Export customs declaration completed | China's export declaration, made in Shenzhen before the flight. The parcel isn't held at customs. |
Depart from facility to service provider | On its way from FIRST LINE to the company that takes it on. |
Order received | The delivering company, such as UniUni, has the order's details but not the parcel yet. |
In the US, the delivering company's scans follow in its own words, up to delivery: USPS's or UniUni's in the histories seen, whose pages explain them. FIRST LINE's tracker never names the company, so that wording is the clue.
Each time is the local clock of the place that scanned the parcel, Shenzhen's or Hong Kong's and then the US one's, without a time zone, so a US scan can show an earlier hour than the last one in China. A number the tracker doesn't know gets 未找到此单号信息 ("no information found for this number").
Who delivers FIRST LINE parcels
FIRST LINE carries the parcel out of China, has it cleared through customs on arrival and hands it to a local carrier:
- United States, by air: USPS or a local commercial carrier delivers; FIRST LINE's page names USPS and DHL eCommerce. FIRST LINE quotes 7 to 16 days door to door.
- United States, by sea: on Matson's fast ships, then FedEx or USPS, in 19 to 31 days door to door.
- Canada: flown to Vancouver or Toronto, then delivered by Canada Post, which FIRST LINE says takes 2 to 7 days once the parcel is cleared.
The US lines deliver to the 48 contiguous states only, not to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, PO boxes or military addresses. FIRST LINE sells its US and Canada parcel lines as delivered duty paid (DDP): the seller pays the import charges. More on parcels held at customs.
FIRST LINE publishes no rules for delivery attempts, notice cards or pickup points: those are the delivering carrier's. Its tracker shows no last-mile number, so to rearrange a delivery, ask the seller for the carrier's own number.
FIRST LINE parcel not arriving or tracking stuck
Only Forecast has been received. FIRST LINE hasn't scanned the parcel yet. The group tells sellers that parcels handed over before 5 pm show online the same day. If nothing follows for days, ask the seller whether it has shipped.
No news after the export lines. The flight and import clearance come next, and the history can stay still for days. If it stays still well past the times above, ask the seller. More in why tracking stops updating.
Delivered but not there. When the delivering company shows a delivery that didn't reach you, FIRST LINE's terms say it helps look into it but pays nothing. Start with the carrier that delivered and the seller: see delivered but not received.
Lost or damaged. Claims are the seller's, within 60 days of dispatch, and FIRST LINE pays nothing for damage in transit or delays. Ask the seller or marketplace for a refund or a new parcel. For damage, the group's FAQ asks the recipient to report it locally first and keep that report's reference and photos of the packaging. See lost parcels.
Returned. On the US lines, a parcel that can't be delivered isn't sent back to China: it goes to FIRST LINE's warehouse abroad, and unless the seller pays for a new delivery within 14 days, it is destroyed. If the tracking shows a return, contact the seller straight away. More in returned to sender.
FIRST LINE contact number and customer service
As read on 21 October 2026, at the foot of every page of FIRST LINE's website, in Chinese:
- Hotline (客服热线): 13823642553, a mobile number in China (+86 138 2364 2553 from abroad).
- Address: 3rd floor, Building 36, Zone 5, Cuigang Industrial Park, Huaide, Fuyong, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China.
No hours or languages are given. The 1ST group's site lists 0755-2977 8100 (+86 755 2977 8100) and has a complaints form (投诉建议) asking for a phone number, an email address and the message.
These channels serve the sellers, FIRST LINE's customers; it publishes no help for recipients. Ask the seller about the order and the delivering carrier about the delivery.
Track a FIRST LINE parcel with Peek
Peek names FIRST LINE at once for a 1ST number with 11 digits, in capitals or not, with or without spaces. FIRST LINE's tracker has no address that opens one waybill, so there's no link to paste.
Peek reads FIRST LINE's tracker and shows the status, the history (up to 100 scans), the place of each scan without its postcode, and each scan's time on that place's clock. Lines show as FIRST LINE writes them, relayed USPS or UniUni scans included, except an exact Delivered, which appears in Peek's own words. The tracker gives no expected delivery date, destination country, delivering company, last-mile number or proof of delivery, so Peek shows none. It doesn't switch to USPS or UniUni: if the seller gives you the last-mile number, add it as a parcel of its own.
Because FIRST LINE's times carry no time zone, Peek may show a tracking service's dated history instead when one holds the parcel, and then asks FIRST LINE again every 6 hours. It checks every 10 minutes, every 2 minutes once the parcel is out for delivery, and can notify you of every scan, important steps only or "Delivery day only". It can't contact FIRST LINE or the seller for you.
Questions about FIRST LINE tracking
What is a 1ST tracking number?
It is a waybill number of the 1ST group's forwarders, FIRST LINE among them: 1ST followed by 11 digits. Track it on firstline56.com or in Peek.
Who delivers FIRST LINE parcels in the US?
A US carrier does: FIRST LINE's pages name USPS, DHL eCommerce and FedEx, and the histories seen were delivered by USPS or UniUni. FIRST LINE's tracker relays their scans without naming them.
Why can't FIRST LINE's tracker find my 1ST number?
The number may be mistyped, not registered yet, or belong to another of the 1ST group's forwarders. Check it, then ask the seller which company carries the parcel.
How long does FIRST LINE take to deliver to the US?
FIRST LINE quotes sellers 7 to 16 days door to door by air and 19 to 31 days by sea. These are sales figures, not a date for your order.
