ACS Courier tracking: numbers, statuses and contacts

8 min read

Peek is an independent tracker, not ACS Courier. It shows what ACS Courier’s own tracking publishes.

ACS Courier is a Greek courier, part of the Quest Group, with its own company in Cyprus and SmartPoint lockers in both countries. Track a parcel with its 10-digit shipping number on the Track and Trace page of acscourier.net (Greece) or cyp.acscourier.net (Cyprus), switching the page to English, or paste the number in the box above and pick ACS Courier. ACS puts that number in every SMS, Viber message and email it sends you about the parcel.

ACS tracking number: what it looks like

ACS calls it the shipping number; shops often say voucher.

Shape (invented)What it is
1234567890An ACS shipping number: 10 digits, no letters.
RR123456785GRNot ACS: a postal number ending GR belongs to ELTA Hellenic Post.

It's in ACS's SMS, Viber or email, in the locker message and often in the shop's shipping email. The number on the "Absent" note left after a missed delivery works in ACS's tracker too, and a return gets its own new number.

Ten digits are not unique to ACS. Geniki Taxydromiki vouchers look exactly the same, and DHL Express, Relais Colis and others use 10 digits too. If the shop's email names another carrier, track it there. More in tracking number formats.

Cyprus and orders from Shein, Temu or AliExpress. With DPD or Speedy, ACS texts you its 10-digit number once the parcel reaches Cyprus. No SMS or Viber message yet means, ACS says, it hasn't arrived and ACS can't tell you more.

ACS Courier tracking statuses in English

Both ACS sites show English on their /en/ pages and Greek on /el/. The Cypriot site lists every scan; the Greek site shows only five milestones. These are the Cypriot site's English scans, in the order a parcel meets them.

ACS's statusWhat it means for you
Print ACSConnect/WebTools labelThe sender printed the label. ACS doesn't have the parcel yet.
Pick-up from senderACS has collected it.
Departure to destinationIt's leaving for the branch named after these words.
Arrival-departure from HUBPassing through a sorting hub, such as HUB ATHINON.
Arrival toAt the branch that delivers it.
On deliveryWith a courier, out for delivery.
Not deliveredThe courier couldn't deliver it.
Shipment placed in SmartPointWaiting for you at the SmartPoint locker or point named beside it.
Delivery to consigneeDelivered to you, the consignee.
Delivery via SmartPointYou picked it up from the SmartPoint.

SENT NOTIFICATION and SENT EMAIL NOTIFICATION only mean ACS messaged you; the parcel hasn't moved. On the Greek site you see milestones instead: Pick up, At the ACS hub (followed by the hub's city), At the ACS point, then Out for delivery or In ACS Smartpoint Locker, then Delivered.

The "Shipment Status" column sums things up. In Transit usually means on its way, but ACS also uses it for damage and other causes: read the latest scan. Absent means nobody was home and a note was left. Attention required means an unknown recipient or a changed, wrong or incomplete address. Denial of delivery means the parcel or its charge was refused. Pending is a problem awaiting resolution, Return in transit to sender and Returned to sender a return. Shipment not found means ACS doesn't know the number (yet). For the general meaning of each step, see tracking status meanings.

ACS delivery, SmartPoint lockers and missed deliveries

Attempts. In Greece ACS's basic service makes up to three attempts; in Cyprus, up to two.

Missed it? If the shop gave ACS your phone or email, ACS messages you with options: another day, a pickup point (an ACS Smart Point or ACS store) or a corrected address. Changes need a PIN ACS sends you. In Greece, ACS ReDirect, through the link in the SMS, offers one of the next 3 working days, the nearest ACS store or a Smart Point at a partner Shell station. The ACS Mobile App also reschedules.

Can't be reached. With missing contact details or an unclear address, ACS keeps the parcel at the destination store for 5 calendar days, then sends it back.

Lockers in Greece. Open the ACS Smartpoint Locker with the shipping number and the 6-digit PIN from the SMS or Viber. Lost it? Resend it from the locker screen. The parcel usually waits 3 calendar days, then 3 more working days at the ACS store serving that locker, then goes back to the sender. Lockers take parcels up to 10 kg.

Lockers in Cyprus. Open them with the link in the SMS, Viber or email, or with the ACS Mobile App over Bluetooth. A parcel usually waits 2 calendar days, then you collect it from the ACS store named in an SMS.

ACS parcel late, lost or damaged

Not arrived. ACS's FAQ sends recipients to the delivery branch, with the parcel number and a description of the goods and packaging. The shop holds the contract with ACS, so ask it too. See tracking that isn't updating.

Damaged. ACS's terms want a claim within 24 hours of delivery, by SMS, email or in writing; its charter lets you accept a parcel "with reservation" up to one day after receiving it. Act within a day.

Lost or late. ACS treats a parcel as lost when it can't be located 5 working days after pickup or after its last scan. If ACS is at fault for a delay, compensation starts 3 working days after the agreed day; past 15 working days the parcel counts as lost. Compensation goes to whoever booked and paid, usually the shop, so let the shop claim. ACS answers within 21 days.

Tracking ACS Courier parcels with Peek

Peek can't recognise an ACS number from its 10 digits and never asks ACS on its own: it asks DHL Express (when the last digit passes DHL's check, as ACS's usually do), Relais Colis, TIPSA and DHL eCommerce Iberia. Pick "ACS Courier" with "Change", or paste an ACS Track and Trace link with trackingNumber= from either site, which names ACS at once (myACS links aren't read). If DHL Express happens to know the number, it gets named instead: correct it with "Change". ACS and Geniki numbers can't be told apart either.

ACS's tracker, read through its Cypriot English site, gives times without a time zone. So ACS's own history isn't shown: the dated history comes from universal tracking services, and ACS is asked again every 6 hours. If no service answers, you see ACS's current status, dated when it was read. The page can show the expected delivery day while the parcel moves, which ACS's own page doesn't, and the SmartPoint where it waits. No weight; the recipient, signatory, sender, delivery comments and branch contacts are dropped.

When Speedy names ACS as the carrier delivering in Greece or Cyprus, the parcel can be followed to ACS. Notifications come for every scan, important steps only, or on delivery day only.

Questions about ACS Courier tracking

What is ACS Courier?

ACS Courier and Postal Services S.A. is a Greek courier in business since 1981 and part of the Quest Group. It calls itself the leading courier in Greece, with over 600 service points in Greece, Cyprus, Albania and Bulgaria.

Is ACS tracking the same as DHL?

No, they are separate companies. Both use 10-digit numbers, so a tracker that guesses from the number may show DHL: pick ACS Courier by hand or use acscourier.net.

How long does ACS Courier take to deliver?

In Greece, for parcels leaving Attica, ACS gives 1 to 2 business days to the mainland, 1 to 3 to the islands and up to 5 to hard-to-reach areas. Within Cyprus, 1 to 2 working days.

What is ACS Courier's email address?

For complaints in Greece, [email protected]; in Cyprus, [email protected]. Treat emails from other domains as fake.
