CTTYEX tracking: CTTY numbers, scans and Beijing time

8 min read

Peek is an independent tracker, not CTTYEX. It shows what CTTYEX’s own tracking publishes.

CTTYEX is Shenzhen Chengtai Tongyun International Logistics (深圳诚泰通运国际物流, 诚泰通运 for short), a cross-border e-commerce forwarder in China that ships parcels abroad for online sellers. Its tracking numbers are CTTY, ten digits and CN, CTTY standing for Chengtai Tongyun. Look yours up on CTTYEX's tracker at cttyvip888.com, or paste it in the box above.

CTTYEX tracking number: what it looks like

CTTYEX's site says nothing about its number format, but the numbers its tracker gives parcels have one fixed shape. Every example below is made up:

NumberWhat it is
CTTY1234567890CNCTTY, ten digits and CN: a CTTYEX number.
CTTY123456789CNNine digits only: not a CTTYEX shape. A digit is missing.
LX000000005CNTwo letters, nine digits and CN: a China Post number, not CTTYEX's, despite the same CN ending.

Peek takes the number in lower case or with spaces. CTTYEX's site doesn't: its search box accepts only letters and digits, and its tracker only matches the number in capitals, so type it as CTTY…CN, without spaces.

Where to find it. CTTYEX's customers are the online sellers who ship with it. The seller books the parcel and gives you the number, in the shipping email or on your order page. If you can't find it, see how to find your tracking number.

On CTTYEX's site. Open 物流查询 (logistics lookup), type one number per line and press 提交 (submit). That opens the tracker, 快件跟踪 (parcel tracking), which only finds parcels from the last two months.

CTTYEX tracking statuses explained

CTTYEX's site explains none of its statuses. The tracker is in Chinese, but each scan is in English, newest first, under a Chinese summary line with the destination country (目的地) and a status (状态):

CTTYEX saysWhat it means for you
运输途中"In transit". It can show while the only scan is the order data, so read the scans below it.
查询不到"Can't be found": the tracker knows no parcel by this number and lists no scans at all.

Then come CTTYEX's steps in China, earliest first. None of them gives a place:

CTTYEX saysWhat it means for you
Order information receivedThe order's data has reached CTTYEX from the seller. The parcel itself is still with the seller.
Arrive at the cross border receiving pointThe parcel is now in CTTYEX's hands, at the point in China where it takes in cross-border parcels. Arrive at the receiving point is the same step.
Goods leave the operation centerOut of CTTYEX's operation centre in China.
Arrival at domestic internationality airportAt the airport in China, before the flight. internationality is CTTYEX's spelling.
Departure from the airport of origin domesticFlown out of China.

After the flight, the rows come from CTTYEX's agent in your country and the network that delivers:

CTTYEX saysWhat it means for you
Arrive at the destination international airportThe parcel has landed in your country.
Import customs clearanceImport customs, written after the port's town. The parcel isn't released yet.
Leave the … processing centerIt has left a processing centre, whose town stands where the … is.
Arrived at logistics carrier Facility In Transit to Next FacilityAt a facility of the network that delivers, on the way to the next one. The tracker calls that network only "logistics carrier".
Accepted at logistics carrier Regional Destination FacilityThe delivering network's first scan in your region. "Accepted" doesn't mean a fresh start: CTTYEX has had the parcel since China.
Arrive at the last mile sorting and distribution centerIn the delivering network's last-mile sorting centre, near you.
Leaving the sorting centerIt has left that sorting centre.

In the US, the last three rows open with the town, state and ZIP code. These are the wordings Peek has recorded from CTTYEX's tracker; any other line, such as a delivery, shows as CTTYEX writes it.

Every time is Beijing time. CTTYEX's tracker prints its times without a time zone, but each one is Beijing time (UTC+8), including the scans made in your country. Beijing's date turns at 16:00 UTC. A scan made in the UK or Ireland after 16:00 in winter, or 17:00 in summer, carries the next day's date; in New York, after 11:00 in winter or noon in summer.

Who delivers CTTYEX parcels

CTTYEX takes the parcel in China and flies it out. After the landing, its agent in your country clears import customs and a local network delivers. Neither CTTYEX's site nor its tracker names that network: the tracker calls it only "logistics carrier" and gives no second tracking number. The CTTY number stays the one to follow, through customs and the local sorting centres.

CTTYEX publishes no rules for recipients on delivery attempts, notice cards, pickup points or how long a parcel is held, and its tracker gives no delivery estimate: go by the one the shop gave. A card or message from a local carrier means its own rules hold; missed deliveries explains what to do.

CTTYEX parcel not arriving or tracking stuck

Only Order information received. CTTYEX has the order's data but not yet the parcel, even when the summary says 运输途中. If no new row follows for days, ask the seller to confirm the parcel was handed over.

Quiet after Departure from the airport of origin domestic. Nothing new shows until the landing or the import clearance in your country. See why tracking stops updating and tracking a parcel from China.

Held at Import customs clearance. The tracker says nothing about duty or fees and gives no company name, so it can't confirm a text or email asking you to pay for a CTTYEX parcel. Read delivery scam texts first; parcels held at customs covers the rest.

查询不到. Check the number with the seller and type it in capitals. The tracker also drops parcels after two months.

Lost, damaged or sent back. Nothing on CTTYEX's site covers claims, compensation or returns. CTTYEX's contract is with the seller, so the refund or replacement comes from the seller, or from the marketplace you ordered on: lost parcels and returned to sender explain how.

CTTYEX contact

As read on 28 October 2026, CTTYEX's 联系我们 (contact us) page gives an address in Fuyong, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, and an email address. It lists no phone number, chat or contact form, is written in Chinese and has nothing for recipients. For your order, write to the seller.

Track a CTTYEX parcel with Peek

Peek recognises CTTYEX from the number alone: CTTY, ten digits and CN is a shape no other carrier Peek follows uses. You can also paste a cttyvip888.com tracker link that holds the number after nos=.

Peek reads the parcel from CTTYEX's tracker: its status, its scans and the country it's going to. Where a row opens with a town, or a town and state, Peek makes that the scan's place and drops the ZIP code; a processing centre's town stays in the wording. Duplicate rows are shown once, and each scan stays in CTTYEX's English. Each time is read on Beijing time and shown in your device's time zone, so the dates line up with your day.

Peek's status follows the newest scan it understands, and the summary only when it understands none. Order information received counts as "Label created", the two receiving-point lines as "Received by carrier", Import customs clearance as "At customs", and Accepted at logistics carrier Regional Destination Facility as "In transit". A line Peek doesn't know is read by its words, so one saying the parcel was delivered counts as delivered.

CTTYEX's tracker shows no delivery estimate, weight or service name, and names neither the delivering company nor a second number, so Peek has none of them either. It keeps asking CTTYEX's tracker under the CTTY number and never moves the parcel to another carrier.

Peek checks every 10 minutes by day and every hour or two overnight, and can notify you of every scan, important steps only or "Delivery day only". It can't contact CTTYEX or the seller for you.

Questions about CTTYEX tracking

What is CTTYEX?

Shenzhen Chengtai Tongyun International Logistics (深圳诚泰通运国际物流), a forwarder in China that ships cross-border e-commerce parcels for online sellers. Its site is cttyvip888.com, and its tracking numbers start with CTTY and end with CN.

Where can I track a CTTY number?

On CTTYEX's tracker, through 物流查询 on cttyvip888.com, typed in capitals, or in Peek.

Are CTTYEX's scan times in my time zone?

No. Every time on the tracker is Beijing time (UTC+8), though it doesn't say so, even for scans made in your country, so in Europe and the Americas a scan made late in your day can show tomorrow's date. Peek converts each time to your device's time zone.

Why does CTTYEX's tracker say 查询不到?

It's Chinese for "can't be found": no parcel on CTTYEX's tracker matches what you typed. Look for a typo, enter the number in capital letters, and ask the seller if it still fails. A parcel sent more than two months ago is no longer on the tracker either.

Who do I contact about a missing CTTYEX parcel?

Start with the seller: CTTYEX's customer is the shop that sent the parcel, not you. CTTYEX's site offers recipients nothing beyond a Shenzhen address and an email address, on a page in Chinese.
