Meest tracking: numbers, statuses and contacts
Meest is a group of parcel companies with Ukrainian roots, with offices in the US, Canada, the UK and Poland, and an EU network (Meest International) that delivers online orders with local partners. Track a parcel on the group's tracker, t.meest-group.com, on the parcel-track page of your country's meest.com site, or in the box above. The number is in your shipment confirmation, on the shipping label or in the shop's shipping email.
Meest tracking number: where to find it and what it looks like
Meest's US and Canadian sites say the number is in your shipment confirmation (sent by email, says the US site) and on the shipping label. If you bought online and have nothing, see how to find your tracking number.
Meest publishes no exact format. Its US page says only that a number "usually starts with a specific letter code followed by a series of digits". The shapes you may meet, with invented digits:
| Number | What it is |
|---|---|
AB1234567CD12345G | Two letters, 7 digits, two letters, 5 digits and G: Meest's consolidation number, seen on parcels from China to Europe. |
RR123456785UA | An international postal number. Meest's tracker answers for some, but the post that issued it tracks it too. |
20400000000000 | 14 digits: a Ukrainian waybill from Nova Poshta, not Meest. |
One trap: the tracking box on us.meest.com, ca.meest.com and uk.meest.com accepts 6 to 16 characters without spaces, so a 17-character consolidation number ending in G is refused there. The same number opens on t.meest-group.com.
Meest tracking statuses and what they mean
t.meest-group.com is a Ukrainian page but carries each step in English too; the tracking box on Meest's US, Canadian and UK sites opens in English. The usual steps, in the order a parcel meets them:
| Meest says | What it means for you |
|---|---|
Parcel/shipment registered | The parcel is made up for dispatch at Meest's warehouse in the sending country. |
Departure from outward office of exchange | Leaving the export sorting centre for abroad. |
Pending customs clearance | Waiting for import customs, which for a parcel into the EU can be in another EU country than yours (how customs works). |
Customs clearance completed | Customs has released it. |
To be delivered to Box Now | A partner in your country has registered it and will deliver it. Not delivered yet. |
Arrival to local HUB. Delivery by BOXNOW with barcode 0000000000 | It has reached the local carrier; the barcode is that carrier's own number. |
Arrived at international sorting center | A parcel to Ukraine has reached an international sorting centre. |
Shipment handed over to the courier | A courier has it: for your door, or for the branch where you pick it up. |
Shipment ready for pickup | Waiting for you at a branch or parcel shop. |
Your Parcel is located at the locker | Waiting in a locker. |
Parcel is DELIVERED or Shipment received | Delivered or picked up. |
Delivery suspended by the sender | The sender has stopped the delivery: ask them. |
To be delivered to Box Now sounds final but comes early, sometimes while the parcel is still in China: it only names BOX NOW as the company that will deliver it. Lines with "office of exchange" are postal sorting centres for export and import, not exchange offices. Shipment handed over to the courier can appear before Shipment ready for pickup, so it doesn't always mean a courier is coming to your door.
The tracking box words some steps differently from t.meest-group.com: where one says Shipment received, the other may say Delivered. Meest Canada notes that "Delivered" "does not always mean that you received it in person. Check your porch or mailbox."
Meest delivery, pickup points and lockers
In the EU (Meest International). The local company delivering for Meest "will try to make 2 delivery attempts", then takes the parcel to the nearest pickup point. Storage there is 7 calendar days in most cases, and usually 2 to 3 days at a post office. You pick it up with the tracking number or the pickup code sent in a notification. Uncollected parcels may go back to the sender, and so does a parcel refused at the door.
To change the address, choose another pickup point, move the delivery date or ask for longer storage (only some local companies allow it), contact Meest Customer Support with the parcel number. An address change "may result in a delay in delivery or/and additional fees".
In Ukraine. Meest Canada's FAQ says parcels are stored at the branch for 3 to 5 days. You get a push notification in the Meest Post app, otherwise an SMS or Viber message with the branch number, address and hours.
Meest parcel not updating, lost or damaged
No tracking yet. Meest International says the parcel may not be registered yet, or the number was mistyped: check again in a few hours.
Tracking stuck. Meest USA calls a day or two without updates normal; after more than a week, check the number and contact the delivery service. If it stays quiet, see tracking not updating.
Who claims. Meest International deals with its contract customers, the senders (often the shop), so a shop's customer starts with the shop. Deadlines differ by Meest company:
- Meest International (EU): damage is reported to the courier or at the pickup point, then claimed through the website's feedback form with the tracking number, a photo of the label and photos of the damage, "no later than 12 hours after the delivery". A loss is claimed within 7 days of the lost status appearing, and the investigation may take up to 30 days.
- Meest USA: claims for damaged, lost, misdelivered or badly delayed parcels "within 30 days from the scheduled delivery date"; Meest takes up to 10 business days to consider them.
- Meest Post (Poland): claims within 6 months of posting; damage within 7 days of delivery. The right to claim is the sender's, or the recipient's once the parcel is delivered or the sender passes that right on.

Tracking a Meest parcel with Peek
Peek knows Meest's consolidation number (AB1234567CD12345G) and asks Meest alone, which settles it. Postal numbers and senders' references reach Meest only after you pick "Meest" with "Change", or from a Meest link: a typed postal number goes to the post that issued it, or to the destination's post (Ukrposhta for Ukraine). Peek reads links from t.meest-group.com, meest.com country sites (parcel_number=) and tracking-iframe.meest.com, but not from pl.meest.com's own tracker.
Meest gives no time zone on its scans, so Meest's own history isn't shown: the dated history comes from universal tracking services when they know the parcel, Meest's current status is dated when Peek saw it, and Meest is asked again every 6 hours. Peek keeps the status, the destination country and, when a partner abroad delivers, that carrier and its number: the parcel's page says "Delivery with BOX NOW", for example, and Peek follows that carrier when it can track it directly. It can notify you when the status changes.
There is no expected delivery, weight or pickup point, and the branch, its hours and the pickup deadline are left out: check those with Meest. A number Meest knows only as a partner's reference isn't tracked, and old histories drop out and read as not found.
