Mayi Yinfu tracking number: what it looks like

MY stands for 蚂蚁 (mayi, "ant"). With invented digits:

Lower case and spaces don't matter in Peek.

Where to find it. Mayi Yinfu works for businesses (its site offers them a login, a sign-up and a price lookup), so the number comes from the shop you bought from. Mayi Yinfu tracking statuses explained

Mayi Yinfu publishes no status list. Its own lines are in Chinese, most followed by an English translation; after the hand-over it copies the delivering company's lines, in English. Its main lines, in order:

Lines that run ahead. 国内清关中 (export clearance), 已排航班 (flight booked), 起运地航班起飞 (flight has left), 已到达目的国 (arrived in the destination country) and 清关完成 (clearance done), on their own, come from a script: they can have your parcel abroad before it reaches the airport, so go by the lines around them.

Mayi Yinfu's times carry no time zone. Its lines in China are Beijing time, and so, usually, are the DHL lines it copies: a DHL scan at 10:00 in Germany shows on Mayi Yinfu's tracker as 17:00 in winter.

Who delivers Mayi Yinfu parcels

Mayi Yinfu's site doesn't say who delivers where. Its tracker shows the hand-over: after 已转运transferred, the delivering company's number, then that company's lines.

Into Europe, that's a Deutsche Post DHL number, and DHL's tracker follows the parcel to its delivery in your country (see DHL). A link at the end of DHL's arrival line leads to the company that brings it to your door.

Elsewhere, Mayi Yinfu names no partner. The number's shape often tells you whose it is (see tracking number formats), or ask the seller. Delivery attempts, pickup points and holding times are the delivering company's rules. Asked to pay import charges? See parcels held at customs.

Mayi Yinfu parcel not arriving or tracking stuck

Only the first lines. 货物电子信息已经收到, perhaps with DHL's label line, means the seller has booked the parcel but nobody has scanned it. If nothing follows after a few days, ask the seller whether it has really been sent.

Nothing found. For a number it doesn't know, the tracker shows one result with the number under 参考号 (reference) and every other field empty. Compare it with the seller's message, character by character.

Lost, damaged or returned. Mayi Yinfu publishes no claim process, so ask the seller or the marketplace for a refund or a new parcel. See lost parcels, returned to sender and delivered but not received.

Mayi Yinfu contact number and customer service

As of 28 October 2026, Mayi Yinfu's site, in Chinese only, gives one phone number, +86 13705996996, a Chinese mobile number: in its header as its 全国服务热线 (national service hotline), and in its 在线咨询 (online enquiries) box. Its contact, company, legal and privacy pages are empty: no address, email or form.

Track a Mayi Yinfu parcel with Peek

A line dated after Peek's check waits until then. Lines in China, and DHL's copied lines placed in a country once DHL's number is in the record, are read on Beijing time; the others on the clock of where the parcel was, as best Peek can tell. Names, address, postcodes, weight, fees, signature and proof of delivery stay out, and there's no expected delivery date.

DHL takes over. DHL is the only delivering company Peek takes from Mayi Yinfu's record, and only when the delivering number there has a shape Peek's catalog gives to DHL alone. The parcel then shows "Delivery with DHL" and DHL's number after yours, and Peek asks DHL whether it has the parcel. Once DHL shows a scan at least as recent as Mayi Yinfu's latest line, Peek follows the parcel at DHL and keeps Mayi Yinfu's lines in the history. Any other delivering number, a DHL one of a shape other carriers share included, doesn't show in Peek, and Peek doesn't follow the parcel under it: copy it from Mayi Yinfu's tracker and add it as a parcel of its own.
