SpeedPAK tracking: eBay parcels, statuses and who to ask
SpeedPAK is eBay's shipping service for cross-border orders, run with the logistics company Orange Connex and built for parcels leaving China. Its number has 28 characters and starts with ES or EE: type it on Orange Connex's tracking page, orangeconnex.com/tracking, or in the box above. On eBay, the number shows as a link beside the item in your Purchase history.
SpeedPAK tracking number: what it looks like
Every SpeedPAK number read on Orange Connex's tracking was 28 letters and digits long, starting with ES or EE. With invented characters:
| Number | What it is |
|---|---|
ES0000000000000000000000000N | ES and 26 letters and digits: SpeedPAK. |
EE1234567890123456789012345X | EE and 26 letters and digits: SpeedPAK too. |
EE123456789CN | Two letters, nine digits, two letters: an international postal number, not SpeedPAK. |
eBay's pages for sellers also speak of SpeedPAK numbers starting with EX or EM. Peek doesn't track those as SpeedPAK.
Where to find it. In eBay's Purchase history, the number appears as a link beside the item. If you bought as a guest, open the email whose subject starts "Order Confirmed", then View order details and Show delivery details. If no number shows, eBay says to contact the seller and ask them to upload it. More in how to find your tracking number.
A second number later on. Once the parcel reaches your country, SpeedPAK's history often names the carrier that delivers it and gives that carrier's own number. That number is tracked on the delivering carrier's site.
SpeedPAK tracking statuses: what they mean
Orange Connex's tracking is in English or Chinese only. If the page opens in Chinese, use its language switch. The main lines, in the order a parcel meets them:
| SpeedPAK says | What it means for you |
|---|---|
Shipment Data Received | The seller created the label. SpeedPAK has the details, not the parcel yet. |
Package Received | Collected from the seller. |
Arrived at Regional Distribution Center | At a sorting centre, usually still in China. |
Export Customs Declaration Completed | Cleared to leave the origin country. |
Departed from Origin Country | The flight has left. |
Arrived at Destination Hub | Landed in your country, before import customs. |
Import Customs Clearance Completed | Through customs in your country. |
Destination DC arrival | At a delivery depot in your country. |
Out for delivery | With the driver today. |
Delivered | Delivered. |
Some lines read differently from parcel to parcel: Arrived at destination country and The consignment has arrived in the country of destination mean the same as Arrived at Destination Hub. Shipment Picked Up (A-SCAN) is the first physical scan after collection.
A line such as LM Carrier: [carrier] , LM tracking No.: [number] is the handover: LM means last mile, and it names the carrier that delivers to your door, with its number. After it, the history relays that carrier's scans in its own words, for example The item is received by PostNL. Some lines appear in Chinese even in the English view: 货物运输中 simply means "goods in transit". Delivered. (Recipient's front door) says where the parcel was left.
The tracking can sit at Arrived at Destination Hub or a customs line for several days before the delivering carrier scans it. For what happens at the border, see parcels held at customs.
Who delivers SpeedPAK parcels
SpeedPAK doesn't deliver to your door itself. Its history names the carrier that takes over in your country. In the histories read for this page, USPS, UniUni and DHL eCommerce (then USPS) delivered in the US, and PostNL (written "NL Post") handled parcels to Switzerland and Portugal.
No eBay or Orange Connex page names the delivering carrier in the UK, Germany, France, Italy or Spain. Don't guess: wait for the LM Carrier line, or ask the seller.
No SpeedPAK or Orange Connex page sets rules for recipients on delivery attempts, cards, pickup points, lockers or how long a parcel is held. Those follow the delivering carrier's rules, so once you have its name and number, check its own site to rearrange delivery or find where the parcel waits.
Some SpeedPAK parcels are tracked only part of the way. Orange Connex says that for its Economy service "half way tracking information is available", and eBay's wider European tier is tracked "From pickup to destination country only". On those, the history may stop when the parcel lands.
How long it takes. eBay's table for sellers gives 8 to 12 days for SpeedPAK to the US and to 17 European countries including the UK and Ireland, and 10 to 15 days for its wider European tier. Orange Connex gives its Standard service 8 to 12 business days. Both are averages, not a date for your order.
SpeedPAK tracking not updating or parcel missing
No update. Orange Connex tells buyers to contact the seller to check the item has been dispatched, and to contact the seller "if there has been no movement for more than five days". See also why tracking stops updating.
Late or lost. eBay UK gives you up to 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date to report that an item hasn't arrived. The seller "should respond within 3 business days"; if they don't, or don't solve it, you can ask eBay to step in, within 21 business days of opening the request. eBay says refunds are typically available within 3 to 5 business days.
Delivered but not there. eBay suggests checking with a neighbour first, then reporting it through the same request.
Orange Connex's claims page is for sellers, not recipients: claims and refunds go through the seller and eBay.
SpeedPAK customer service and contact number
As read on 12 October 2026, neither eBay nor Orange Connex lists a SpeedPAK contact for recipients in the UK or Ireland. Orange Connex itself asks buyers to contact their seller, through eBay or the platform where they ordered.
Orange Connex's own customer service, as its site lists it:
- Phone: 400 126 0008 or 86 21 60662670 (mainland China), 852 30183458 (Hong Kong).
- Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00; closed on Sundays and national holidays.
- Email: [email protected].
eBay prints the same email with the hours in China Standard Time, on a page for sellers. Once the delivering carrier is named, its own customer service is the one that can act on a missed delivery.
Track a SpeedPAK parcel with Peek
Peek recognises an ES or EE number of 28 characters straight away, as no other carrier uses that shape. Links from orangeconnex.com or orangeconnex.cn with the number inside can be pasted too. It shows the status, the history with the town and country of each scan, the destination country, the delivery time and the delivering carrier with its number. SpeedPAK gives no expected delivery date and no pickup point, so Peek can't show them.
When SpeedPAK names the delivering carrier, Peek can ask that carrier and switch to it once it shows newer progress. The parcel keeps the number you added, its page says "Delivery with" that carrier, and lists the carrier's own number with a link to its tracking. This depends on what SpeedPAK publishes, so not every parcel gets it.
Peek checks every 10 minutes, every 2 minutes once the parcel is out for delivery, puts each scan on a map and can notify you of every scan, important steps only or "Delivery day only". It can't contact SpeedPAK or the seller, or open a claim for you.
Questions about SpeedPAK tracking
What is eBay SpeedPAK?
It is an eBay shipping service for cross-border orders, run by Orange Connex and designed for parcels from China. eBay also lists it from a few other countries; from Germany, it goes to the US, the UK and Australia.
Is SpeedPAK legit?
eBay presents SpeedPAK as its own shipping service, built with Orange Connex. If the parcel doesn't arrive, you report it to the seller and eBay as for any eBay order.
Is SpeedPAK delivered by Royal Mail?
No official page says which carrier delivers SpeedPAK parcels in the UK. The LM Carrier line in the tracking names it for your parcel, when SpeedPAK publishes it.
Why does my SpeedPAK tracking show Chinese?
Orange Connex's page shows English or Chinese, and opens in Chinese unless you chose English there before or your browser's language is set to plain "en" (a British or American English setting doesn't count). Switch the language on the page; a few lines stay in Chinese even then.
