Colisweb tracking: French messages and delivery slots
Colisweb delivers furniture, appliances and other orders from French retailers to your home, by appointment on a time slot, anywhere in metropolitan France. Track it on colisweb.com/suivi-livraison, which is in French only, with the tracking number Colisweb sent you by SMS or email when it announced your delivery date and slot.
Colisweb tracking number: where to find it
Colisweb says its number is in the SMS and emails it sends you. It normally arrives in the message that announces the date and the time slot of your delivery. If you haven't had one yet, the shop may not have handed the order over; its own order number is not the same thing (see how to find your tracking number).
The number is digits only, at least 8 of them. Colisweb's tracking box also accepts a "numéro de colis" (parcel number), which it doesn't describe further.
| Shape | Invented example |
|---|---|
| 8 digits | 12345678 |
| Longer, up to 32 digits | 1234567890 |
Eight digits also fit a Mondial Relay shipment number and a Heppner number, both of which ask for a postcode. Longer numbers fit many carriers. Check which company your SMS or email names. And Colisweb is not Colis Privé: a different company with a similar name.
Colisweb statuses: what the French messages mean
Colisweb's tracking page shows one French sentence for the current step, with your delivery day and slot under it while the delivery is booked. In the order a delivery meets them:
| Colisweb's words | What it means for you |
|---|---|
Votre commande est confirmée. Elle nous a été confiée et partira bientôt en livraison. | The shop has handed the order to Colisweb and your slot is booked. Nothing has moved yet. |
Votre commande est confirmée. | Delivery confirmed, slot booked. It stays as the first line of the history. |
Votre livraison est prévue le : | Followed by your delivery day and time slot. |
Votre commande est en route ! | The delivery crew has collected your order and it's on its way. |
Votre commande a été livrée ! | Delivered. |
Votre commande va devoir être décalée. | The delivery has to move to another day. Colisweb will contact you to rebook. |
Vous êtes invité(e) à reprogrammer votre livraison. | You're asked to choose a new slot yourself. |
Une nouvelle livraison est prête. | A new delivery has been set up for you. |
Votre commande n'a pas pu être livrée par nos ColisDrivers | The crew couldn't deliver it, or the order is going back. |
Votre commande n'a pas pu être retirée par nos ColisDrivers. | The crew couldn't collect it from the shop or warehouse. |
Votre commande a été annulée. | The delivery is cancelled. |
The confusing ones:
retiréehere means the crew collecting your order from the shop, not you picking anything up. Colisweb's drivers are its "ColisDrivers".Votre commande n'a pas pu être livrée par nos ColisDriverscomes with a second line that tells the two cases apart. "Nous vous recontacterons prochainement pour une reprogrammation" means Colisweb will call back to rebook. "Nous vous invitons à contacter" followed by the shop's name means the order is going back: talk to the shop.- With
Votre commande est en route !, the page adds that the order is handed over against your signature, so someone has to be there. Vous êtes invité(e) à reprogrammer votre livraison.andUne nouvelle livraison est prête.both ask for your delivery postcode: the first opens the page where you pick a new slot, the second takes you to the new delivery's tracking.

Colisweb delivery slots: booking, changing and missed deliveries
Colisweb delivers by appointment. For orders from a warehouse, it proposes a 2-hour slot and lets you book by SMS, choosing among several days and slots; you can change your choice as often as you like until a final cut-off. Orders sent from a shop near you can come within 2 hours or by appointment.
To change the address or the slot, enter the postcode of the delivery address on Colisweb's tracking page. It takes you to a follow-up page where you make the change. Colisweb says changes are only possible until a certain time, without saying which, so do it early.
There are no pickup points or lockers: Colisweb brings the order to your home and hands it over against your signature. Colisweb doesn't say how many attempts it makes. If the delivery fails or has to be postponed, the tracking page says Colisweb will contact you to rebook, or invites you to rebook with your postcode.
What the crew does once there (which floor, unpacking, installation, taking an old appliance away) depends on what the shop sold you. Check your order with the shop.
Colisweb delivery late, cancelled or damaged
Your contract is with the shop. Colisweb's tracking page sends you to the shop, by name, when the order is cancelled, going back, or couldn't be collected. Colisweb publishes no claim procedure or deadline for recipients.
Under French law, as Service Public explains it, when the seller chose the carrier the seller carries the risk of loss or damage until you physically take the item, and is solely responsible for the order being carried out properly:
- Damaged on arrival: you may refuse the delivery and ask the seller for an item in perfect condition. If you accept it, write your remarks on the delivery note or invoice and contact the seller's customer service quickly.
- Late: you can ask the seller to deliver within a reasonable extra time, then cancel the order if it still doesn't come. The seller then refunds you within 14 days at most.
If the tracking still shows Votre commande est confirmée., check the delivery day under it: the next step, Votre commande est en route !, only comes once the crew has collected your order. See also why tracking stops updating.
How to contact Colisweb
As listed on 12 October 2026, Colisweb gives recipients no phone number and no email address. Its tracking page's FAQ gives this route:
- Chat: enter your delivery postcode on colisweb.com/suivi-livraison. The follow-up page has a chat, open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm.
- Contact form: the FAQ also points to the form at colisweb.com/contact, but it's built for businesses (it asks for a professional email), so use the chat first.
- The shop: for cancellations, returns, damage or a refund, contact the retailer you bought from.
Its privacy page lists an email for personal data requests only.
Tracking a Colisweb delivery with Peek
An 8-digit number fits Colisweb, Mondial Relay and Heppner, and none of them can be asked whether it knows the number, so Peek doesn't name a carrier on its own: press "Change" and pick Colisweb. Do the same with a longer number. Or paste a tracking link from colisweb.com that carries the number: Peek reads it as Colisweb whatever the length. Peek asks no postcode for Colisweb. Picked Mondial Relay by mistake? Its postcode field is the sign.
Colisweb sends only step codes, so Peek shows every step in its own words in your language. It shows the status, three milestones (delivery confirmed, collected by the crew, delivered) with their times but without places, the retailer's name and the delivery time. While the delivery is booked, collected or out for delivery and not being rescheduled, it shows your slot: a day and hours, in Paris time. A cancelled delivery shows as returned to the sender. It leaves out your name and address.
Peek checks every 10 minutes, every 2 once it's out for delivery, and can notify you of every scan, important steps only or delivery day only. A number Colisweb doesn't know isn't reported as not found, so check the digits against your SMS. Peek can't change your slot or address, use Colisweb's chat or contact the shop for you.
Questions about Colisweb tracking
Does Colisweb have a phone number?
No. Colisweb lists no phone number for recipients; use the chat on its tracking page after entering your postcode, or contact the shop.
Which shops deliver with Colisweb?
Retailers such as IKEA, Leroy Merlin, Castorama, Darty, Boulanger, Decathlon and Auchan appear on Colisweb's homepage as clients. The logos don't say which orders go through Colisweb: if yours does, Colisweb's SMS or email announces the date and slot.
Why does Colisweb ask for my postcode?
Its tracking page shows the status from the number alone, but asks the delivery address's postcode before showing details, the driver's progress, the chat and the slot change.
Who owns Colisweb?
Colisweb is part of the ID Logistics group, which it joined in January 2022. It was founded in Lille.
