Techlink tracking: ZHPHD numbers, statuses and help
Techlink (智禾国际物流, Zhihe International Logistics) is a Shenzhen logistics company that ships parcels from China to Europe and America for online sellers. Its numbers start with ZHPHD and end in ML: type yours on Techlink's tracking page, www.techlinksz.cn/trajectory, or in the box above. The shop that sent your order gives the number with its shipping details.
Techlink tracking number: what it looks like
Techlink publishes no number format. Its waybills are 19 characters: ZHPHD, six digits that read as a date (year, month, day), six more digits and ML. With invented digits:
| Number | What it is |
|---|---|
ZHPHD260101000000ML | ZHPHD, a date, six digits, ML: a Techlink waybill. |
ZHPHD261301000000ML | Month 13 isn't a date: not a Techlink shape. Check for a typo. |
RR000000005CN | Two letters, nine digits and CN: a China Post number, not Techlink's. |
Lower case and spaces don't matter when you paste the number into Peek. If you have a number of another shape, see tracking number formats.
Where to find it. Techlink's customers are sellers. Its home page says its small-parcel lines to Europe and America serve sellers on Amazon, Walmart and "TK", and independent web shops. It doesn't name AliExpress, Temu or Shein. The seller books the parcel and passes the number on, usually in the shipping email or on your order page. If you can't find it, see how to find your tracking number.
Techlink tracking statuses explained
Techlink's tracking page takes up to 40 numbers at once, one per line or separated by commas. The page is in Chinese, even after you switch its menu to English. For each number it shows the latest scan, how many scans there are (条轨迹, "scans"), and the countries the parcel goes from and to, in Chinese. Click its row, or 展开全部 ("expand all"), to see every scan with its time and place.
A coloured sign in front of each number sums up the latest scan: ▤ at Techlink's warehouse, ➤ on its way or out for delivery, a green ✓ delivered, a red ! a problem such as a failed delivery, and ? nothing found.
Techlink publishes no list of its scans. It records each one in English and Chinese, with its time and, for most, its country. The lines seen on its tracker so far:
| Techlink says | What it means for you |
|---|---|
Parcel electronic information received (收到电子信息) | The seller has sent Techlink the order's details. Techlink doesn't have the parcel yet. |
Parcel has been received and processed at original facility (仓库入库) | The parcel has been booked in at Techlink's warehouse in China. |
Parcel has been packed and is ready for outbound shipping (包裹装箱) | It's packed for the line abroad and about to leave China. |
For a number it doesn't know, the page shows 查询不到轨迹 ("no tracking found"), 未知 → 未知 (unknown countries) and 暂无最新轨迹 ("no latest scan yet").
Who delivers Techlink parcels
Techlink doesn't say. Its home page describes door-to-door lines: air freight out of China, customs clearance by a company of its own abroad, set up in 2023, and delivery through its own accounts with carriers in the destination country. It names none of those carriers, on its site or in its tracking.
Its tracker's records do hold the delivering carrier's own number, but without the carrier's name, and Techlink's page has no field for it. Once you know which carrier delivers, its tracking has the rest, and its rules apply to delivery attempts, notice cards, pickup points and how long a parcel is held. Techlink publishes none of these.
Techlink's door-to-door express service comes duties paid (DDP) or duties unpaid (DDU). Which one the seller booked decides whether import charges can fall to you: see parcels held at customs.
Techlink parcel not arriving or tracking stuck
Only Parcel electronic information received. The seller has booked the parcel, but it hasn't reached Techlink's warehouse. If nothing follows for several days, ask the seller whether it has been sent.
Stuck after Parcel has been packed and is ready for outbound shipping. The parcel has left Techlink's warehouse, or is about to. Flights, customs and the handover to the local carrier can bring days without a scan. If it stays quiet, ask the seller which carrier delivers in your country and for that carrier's number. More in why tracking stops updating and tracking a parcel from China.
Nothing found. Check the number with the seller: a ZHPHD number has exactly 19 characters. A parcel the seller has only just booked may not show anything yet either.
Lost, damaged or delivered but not there. Techlink publishes no claim process for recipients. The seller holds the contract with Techlink, so ask the seller or the marketplace for a refund or a new parcel. See lost parcels and delivered but not received; for an Amazon order, Amazon order tracking.
Techlink contact number and customer service
As read on 22 October 2026, Techlink's site, www.techlinksz.cn, lists no phone number, email address or office address. Its 联系我们 (contact us) link leads nowhere, and the site has no chat or contact form.
For anything about your order, the seller is the one to ask. For a delivery problem in your country, ask the local carrier once you know which one it is.
Track a Techlink parcel with Peek
Peek names Techlink straight away for a ZHPHD number: no other carrier in its catalog uses that shape. There's no Techlink link to paste, as its tracking page doesn't put the number in its address.
Peek reads Techlink's own tracker, the same one its tracking page uses, and shows the status, each scan with its country, and the destination country. Techlink's English lines show as it writes them. Its own scans, in China, are read on China's clock; any other scan keeps the time it gives. Techlink gives no expected delivery date, weight or service name, so Peek shows none.
When Techlink's record holds the delivering carrier's number, Peek looks at its shape. An international postal number (two letters, nine digits, two letters) points to the post of the destination country; a number only one carrier in Peek's catalog uses points to that carrier. When Peek reads that carrier's own tracking, it asks it and switches to it once it shows progress as recent as Techlink's. The parcel keeps its ZHPHD number and shows the other one with it. Otherwise Peek stays on Techlink's tracker: Peek hasn't yet seen it show a scan after the handover, so expect its history to end there.
Peek checks every 10 minutes and can notify you of every scan, important steps only or "Delivery day only". It can't contact Techlink or the seller for you.
Questions about Techlink tracking
What is Techlink?
Techlink is 智禾国际物流(深圳)有限公司, Zhihe International Logistics (Shenzhen), a company that ships parcels from China for online sellers, with small-parcel lines to Europe and America. Its site is www.techlinksz.cn.
What is a ZHPHD tracking number?
A Techlink waybill: ZHPHD, six digits that read as a date, six more digits and ML. Track it on Techlink's tracking page or in Peek, which recognises it at once.
Who delivers Techlink parcels?
A carrier in your country that Techlink doesn't name. Its tracker holds that carrier's number without the name, so ask the seller which carrier it is, or let Peek follow the number when its shape gives the carrier away.
Why has my Techlink tracking stopped?
The scans seen on Techlink's tracker so far all come before the parcel leaves China. What happens after the handover shows on the local carrier's tracking, so ask the seller for that carrier and its number, and contact the seller if the parcel is late.
