FAR International tracking: numbers, statuses and contact

9 min read

Peek is an independent tracker, not FAR International. It shows what FAR International’s own tracking publishes.

FAR International (泛远国际, FAR International Logistics) is a cross-border logistics company in Hangzhou, China, set up in 2004. Online shops and marketplaces book it to send parcels abroad. FAR collects and checks the parcels in China, and its partners carry them abroad, clear customs and give them to a carrier in your country for delivery. Track the number on FAR's Track and Trace page, in English, or paste it in the box above. The number comes from the shop, with your order's shipping details.

FAR International tracking number: what it looks like

FAR publishes no number format. The shape Peek knows as FAR's, with invented digits:

NumberWhat it is
FARAA0000000001YQFAR, two letters, 10 digits, then YQ: a FAR International number.
FARAA000000001YQOnly 9 digits: not FAR's shape. Peek doesn't name FAR International for it. Check for a missing digit.

Small letters, spaces and dashes don't matter in Peek. FAR's tracker wants the full number, and takes up to 50 at once, one per line.

Where to find it. In the shipping email or on your order page. Otherwise, see how to find your tracking number, or the guides to Temu orders and SHEIN orders.

A second number. FAR's result page can also show a last-mile number (尾程单号). That is the number the carrier delivering in your country gave your parcel. You can track it on that carrier's site.

FAR International tracking statuses explained

FAR's warehouse and flight lines come in Chinese followed by English, such as 仓库收到包裹 Arrived at Warehouse: Peek keeps the English. Lines further on can be in English or Chinese alone. Each line gives a time and a place, and FAR's tracker has a column for the time zone. The lines people see, in the order a parcel usually meets them:

FAR saysWhat it means for youPeek shows
Arrived at WarehouseFAR's warehouse in China has the parcel."Received by carrier"
Inspection by WarehouseThe warehouse checks the goods. FAR opens parcels for inspection when it collects them."Received by carrier"
Await Release from SenderThe warehouse holds the parcel until the seller confirms it."Received by carrier"
Departed Warehouse, Pickup ScanOut of FAR's warehouse, then collected by the carrier for the next leg."In transit"

Last Mile Label CreateThe delivering carrier's label was made. It often shows after the parcel reached the departure hub: not a step back.the status of the line before

Transferred to Next Facility, In transit, In Transit to DestinationMoving on between sorting centres."In transit"
Out For DeliveryOn the delivery round."Out for delivery"
DELIVEREDDelivered."Delivered"

After the hand-over, FAR's history can carry the delivering carrier's own lines, such as FedEx's Left FedEx origin facility, At local FedEx facility, On FedEx vehicle for delivery ("Out for delivery") and Package delivered ("Delivered"). For other wording, Peek reads common words in it, such as delivered or customs. A line it can't read stays in the history, and the status stays at the step before.

FAR's FAQ says tracking that shows RETURN means a problem with the delivery. Peek gives a line that says only RETURN no status of its own: the status stays at the step before, so read the line itself and ask the seller.

Who delivers FAR International parcels

FAR calls itself a "light asset" company. Its outlets in China collect, check, pack, label and sort parcels. Its suppliers, such as airport and port operators, airlines, shipping lines, customs agents and other logistics companies, handle customs, the long trip abroad and the last mile delivery. FAR's pages don't say which carrier delivers in which country: look for that carrier's number, the last-mile number, on FAR's result page.

FAR publishes no rules for delivery attempts, notice cards or pickup points: those are the delivering carrier's. Track the last-mile number on that carrier's site, and see missed a delivery.

Customs in the EU. Goods bought online from outside the EU carry a €3 customs duty per item on parcels worth up to €150, since 1 July 2026, and a €2 Union handling fee per item, whatever the value, since 1 November 2026. An item is the goods sharing a tariff classification, description and, where required, origin. FAR's pages don't say how these are paid. Outside the EU, what you owe depends on your country: see parcels held at customs.

When customs needs you. FAR's FAQ says a clearance problem in your country needs the recipient's help: contact the local authorities quickly. If clearance fails after the deadline, the parcel is abandoned or returned under local rules, and the sender pays the costs.

FAR International parcel not updating, lost or returned

FAR works for the shops and marketplaces that book it, and its FAQ sends them to their FAR account manager. So for a late, lost, damaged or returned parcel, contact the seller first.

Nothing yet. If FAR's tracker has nothing for the number, Peek shows "Waiting for the carrier" and keeps checking. If nothing changes after a few days, check the number with the seller.

No update for days. FAR's FAQ says flight tracking can come late. When a parcel on its way has had no new line for four days, Peek flags it ("No tracking update for four days") and notes that parcels often go quiet on long flights, at customs or over a weekend. See why tracking stops updating and tracking parcels from China.

Delivered but not there. FAR's FAQ says to look around your home: the corners, the entrance, a P.O. box, a storage locker, or anywhere it could be left. Then ask relatives and neighbours. If it's still missing, tell the seller at once: a claim investigation must start within 14 days after the date it was signed for, and the seller opens it with FAR. See delivered but not received.

Damaged. Keep the outer box and the damaged product, as FAR's FAQ asks, and tell the seller: it takes the matter up with FAR. See damaged parcels.

Returned or lost. Ask the shop to send it again or refund you. See returned to sender and lost parcels.

FAR International customer service and contact

As read on 1 November 2026 on FAR's English site:

  • Global hotline: 400-128-5656, a Chinese service number. FAR's service page says its clients can reach it any time through a 24/7 customer service hotline. It doesn't say whether the number works from abroad or which languages are spoken.
  • Email: csc@far800.com.
  • Address: Room 201, No. 22 Great Wall Street, Gongshu District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, postcode 310022.

About your order, ask the seller first: it booked FAR, not you.

Track a FAR International parcel with Peek

Peek names FAR International at once from a FAR…YQ number ("Detected carrier"). Pasting a far800.com result link with key= and a FAR number works too. For any other number, such as the last-mile one, paste it all the same: Peek follows more than 3,500 carriers and names the carrier when the number's shape is its own. When the shape fits several carriers, Peek shows "Checking tracking services…" while it asks around; when it fits none, Peek looks the number up once you add it. If Peek doesn't name the carrier, tap "Change" and pick it under "All carriers", or use "Change carrier" on a parcel you've already added. FAR International answers only for FAR…YQ numbers.

Peek reads FAR's own tracking: the status, each line with its place and time, the delivery time and the last-mile number. Where FAR gives a line's time zone, Peek reads the time in that zone and shows it in your device's time zone. It leaves out who signed for a delivered parcel. FAR gives no expected delivery date or weight.

When FAR gives a last-mile number, Peek asks the carrier it belongs to: the post of the country you're looking it up from for a postal number (two letters, nine digits, two letters), such as Correos in Spain, or the one carrier the number's shape points to. Once that carrier shows a scan at least as recent as FAR's newest, Peek follows the parcel there and keeps FAR's history, and the parcel shows who delivers it ("Delivery with Correos", for example). Without such a carrier, Peek stays on FAR's tracking.

Peek checks every 10 minutes, and every 2 minutes once the parcel is out for delivery. After two days without news (12 hours while the parcel still shows "Label created" or "Received by carrier"), Peek checks hourly. It can notify you of "Every scan", "Important steps" or "Delivery only". It can't contact FAR or the seller for you.

Questions about FAR International tracking

Is FAR International legit?

Yes. FAR International Logistics was set up in Hangzhou in 2004. Its parent, FAR International Holdings Group, was founded in November 2022, and FAR's news says it listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange in December 2023. FAR says it became a service contractor for UPS China in 2005, launched a cross-border logistics project with Temu in 2023, and began strategic cooperation with TikTok and SHEIN in 2024.

How long does FAR International take to deliver?

FAR gives its customers these times: Express 3 to 5 working days, Standard 6 to 9 and Economy 10 to 30. They may vary with the destination's postcode. The shop's estimate for your order is the one to go by.

What does "Await Release from Sender" mean?

FAR's warehouse in China has your parcel and holds it until the seller confirms it. If it stays there, ask the shop.

How do I contact FAR International?

By its global hotline, 400-128-5656, or by email at csc@far800.com. About your order, ask the seller first.
