Speedaf Express tracking: numbers, statuses and contacts
Speedaf Express (速达非) is a Chinese-owned courier network, founded in 2019, that flies parcels from its warehouses in China to Africa, the Middle East, Pakistan and a few European countries, and delivers them itself. Track a parcel under "Track" on speedaf.com or in the box above. The number is in the shop's shipping details: AliExpress shows it for the parcels Speedaf delivers.
Speedaf tracking number: what it looks like
A Speedaf number starts with the destination's country code: NG for Nigeria, KE for Kenya and so on. Two layouts, with invented digits:
| Number | What it is |
|---|---|
NG000000000R | Country code, 9 digits and a letter, usually R, sometimes E: the one AliExpress shows. |
KE000000000000 | Country code and 12 digits. |
PK000000000000T | The same with a T at the end. |
LP00000000000000 | Not Speedaf: a Cainiao reference from AliExpress. Speedaf's tracker doesn't know these. |
Speedaf's tracker takes up to 20 numbers at once, one per line. Type them in capitals: it reads lower case as unknown. No number at all? See how to find a tracking number or AliExpress orders.
What Speedaf's tracking statuses mean
Speedaf writes its scans in English, otherwise in Chinese, and sometimes in your country's language. Sites appear in brackets, like 【this】, inside the line. In the order a parcel from China meets them:
| Speedaf says | Peek shows | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
processing, order has been inbounded | Received by carrier | Speedaf's warehouse in China, named before it, has the parcel. |
processing assembling operation, processing, order has been outbounded | In transit | Bagged, then out of the warehouse. |
clearance in progress | At customs | Export declaration in China. |
Delivery to the airport, Cargo flight departured, Cargo flight arrived | In transit | To the airport, onto the flight, then landed in your country. |
Clearance handover, Customs clearance in progress | At customs | Taken from the airport to customs in your country. |
pending Tax | At customs | Duty is due before customs releases it (see below). |
Customs clearance tax paid | At customs | The duty is paid; clearance goes on. |
Customs Clearance Completed | In transit | Customs has released it. |
Arrived at DC Warehouse, Arrival at Speedaf DC | In transit | At Speedaf's warehouse or a distribution centre in your country. |
Received in | In transit | The first Speedaf site in your country has it. It's not a new pickup. |
Loaded at, Departed for, Arrive at Distribution, Arrived at Site | In transit | Moving between Speedaf's centres and the site that delivers you. |
scanned for delivery | Out for delivery | A courier has it for delivery. |
Issue Parcel Reason【Rescheduled delivery】 | Delivery attempted | The delivery moved to another day, given in brackets after it. |
Issue Parcel Reason【Receiver Rejected Parcel】 | Needs attention | The parcel was refused. |
Issue Parcel Reason【Delayed payment of tax by customer】 | At customs | The courier came back because the duty wasn't paid. |
Please come to collect with the Pick-Up Code | Ready for pickup | It's at the Speedaf site named before it. Collect it with your pickup code. |
Parcel delivered 【Collected】, 【Parcel delivered】 | Delivered | Delivered or collected. The line can name the collection site. |
Transported to the warehouse,【Return Overdue】 | Needs attention | It's going back to Speedaf's warehouse. |
Warehouse received | Returned to sender | The returned parcel is back at Speedaf's warehouse. |
A bare In Transit can hide a hold: Speedaf's code behind it is a parcel held for a stock count. Products not for personal use and Clearance Exception mean customs has a question or a problem; Long Time Tax No Paid,Email To Sender that the duty has waited a long time and Speedaf is writing to the sender.
Speedaf delivery: door, pickup site and attempts
Speedaf runs its own last-mile couriers, with door-to-door delivery and cash on delivery (COD). Its "Look for Service Site" page maps its sites.
Delivery rules come from each country's terms, written for the sender, and they differ. Nigeria's and the UAE's cover Speedaf's domestic deliveries there:
- United Arab Emirates: "Every shipment will have 3 free delivery attempts"; one that can't be delivered goes back to the sender.
- Kenya, Uganda and Pakistan: the parcel goes back to the sender if it "cannot be delivered successfully upon a third attempt", or if you refuse it or refuse to pay the charges. All three add that Speedaf delivers to the address, "but not necessarily to the named receiver in person".
- Nigeria and the UAE: a parcel counts as undeliverable if you refuse it or the COD amount, if the address is wrong or outside Speedaf's area, or if the delivery day you ask for "exceeds Speedaf holding time". Neither gives that holding time.
Speedaf publishes no pickup deadline for its sites. Missed the courier? See missed deliveries.
Speedaf customs duty: pending Tax
If duty is due, the tracking stops at pending Tax. For a parcel to South Africa, Speedaf's tracking page then shows an "I want to pay taxes" link beside the waybill number, and "Taxes paid" once it's done.
If a text or email asks you to pay, compare it with the tracking on speedaf.com first: see delivery scam texts and parcels held at customs.
Speedaf parcel late, lost or delivered but not received
Stuck. If the tracking hasn't moved for days, see tracking a parcel from China and tracking that isn't updating.
Who can claim. Speedaf's Kenyan, Ugandan and Pakistani terms say "The claim is only between the shipper and SPEEDAF"; Nigeria's and the UAE's, "Claims will only be settled with the Shipper." For an online order the shipper is the shop, so ask the shop or marketplace for a refund or a new parcel.
Tell the shop fast. Speedaf's terms set short windows:
- Damage: in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery in Kenya and Uganda, within 72 hours in Nigeria and the UAE, within 48 hours in Saudi Arabia.
- Delivered but not received: a disputed proof of delivery within 5 calendar days in Nigeria and the UAE, 5 working days in Pakistan.
- Lost: in Nigeria and the UAE, a tracking complaint within 14 calendar days of pickup. With no scan for over 24 hours, Speedaf searches for 7 working days, then declares the parcel lost if it isn't found.
Speedaf's tracking page names who signed for the parcel: check it first. More in delivered but not received and lost parcels.

Track a Speedaf parcel with Peek
Peek recognises a Speedaf number by its shape when it starts with NG, GH, KE, UG, ZM, ZA, EG, MA, SA, AE, PK, KZ, MU or MV, then 9 digits and R or E. With 12 digits instead, the shape isn't enough on its own: Peek asks Speedaf, and you'll see "Speedaf has this parcel." or "Not found at Speedaf yet". Peek knows no number shape for Ireland, Switzerland, Albania, Montenegro or Serbia: for those, and any number that fits neither shape, pick "Speedaf" with "Change". A speedaf.com tracking link with tradeNo= is read as Speedaf whatever number it holds. Peek sends the number in capitals, so lower case is fine.
Peek reads Speedaf's own tracking: the status, the history, the destination country and the delivery time. Each scan carries its site's clock, China's in the warehouses, then your country's, and Peek shows it in your device's time zone. Speedaf names its sites only inside the lines, so there's no map, and it gives no expected delivery date. If Speedaf knows the number but shows no scans, as with some older parcels, Peek shows "Waiting for the carrier" and keeps checking.
Speedaf's lines appear as written, in English or else Chinese, minus the courier's, clerk's and signer's names and the courier's phone. Peek also leaves out the proof of delivery, the duty payment link and the box count, and follows only the number you added, not a waybill's other boxes. Speedaf delivers itself, so there's no second carrier.
Peek checks every 10 minutes by day, every 2 minutes once the parcel is out for delivery, and every hour or two overnight. It can notify you of every scan, important steps only or "Delivery day only". It can't pay duty, rebook a delivery or contact Speedaf or the shop for you.
Questions about Speedaf tracking
Is Speedaf Express legit?
Yes. Speedaf is a logistics company founded in 2019, with ZTO among its original shareholders. It runs its own tracking at speedaf.com and its own last-mile couriers in what it calls emerging markets.
Which countries does Speedaf deliver to?
Speedaf's country list names Egypt, South Africa, Morocco, the UAE, Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Mauritius, the Maldives, Switzerland, Montenegro, Albania, Ireland, Serbia and Zambia, besides China.
How long does Speedaf take to deliver?
Speedaf's eParcel page, for parcels from China to Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Morocco, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Pakistan, gives a "Full Reference Transit Time" of 5-10 working days. Its help page says it depends on the destination, and its Kenyan, Ugandan and Pakistani terms say delivery times aren't guaranteed.
What does pending Tax mean on Speedaf tracking?
Duty or tax is due before customs in your country releases the parcel. Once it's paid, Customs clearance tax paid and then Customs Clearance Completed follow.
