Pengyou tracking number: what it looks like

Pengyou publishes no number format, and no public page shows a whole Pengyou number. The layout Peek links to Pengyou is three letters, nine digits and PY. With invented digits:

Lower case and spaces don't matter when you paste the number into Peek.

Where to find it. Pengyou's site calls it a shipping specialist for independent web shops selling to Europe and the US (欧美独立站运输专家). Apart from the lookup box, nothing on the site is aimed at recipients. If you can't find the number, see how to find your tracking number.

Pengyou tracking statuses explained

Pengyou publishes no list of its statuses. What you may see on its tracker:

Steps written in advance. On the tracking platform Pengyou uses, an order's whole timeline can be written when the order is created: every step up to the delivery, each dated ahead at a fixed spacing, and shown as its date passes. Pengyou's tracker, and tracking services that copy it, can then show those steps as if they were scans. They're a forecast: they tell you where the parcel was planned to be on a date, not where it is. Don't rely on them for a delivery date, and don't take a "delivered" step written this way as proof of delivery.

Scan times carry no time zone: they're on the platform's Beijing clock.

Who delivers Pengyou parcels

Pengyou's site says it mainly runs "double clearance, duties included" (双清包税) lines to Europe and the US: customs cleared at both ends and duties included in the price. Its headquarters are at Shenzhen's Bao'an airport, with branches in Bantian, Guangzhou and Hong Kong.

Its home page lists four main lines by name: 欧洲DHL, 欧洲DHL专线 and 欧洲DPD专线 (欧洲 is Europe) and 美国UPSP专线 (美国 is the US). Each line's own page holds nothing but its title. Under 合作伙伴 (partners) it shows the logos of DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, USPS, DPD and the tracking service 17TRACK. Its outline of the service ends with delivery at the destination (配送目的地) and the customer's signature, but the site never says which company delivers a given parcel. It publishes no delivery times and no rules for delivery attempts, pickup points or how long a parcel is held.

Pengyou parcel not arriving or tracking stuck

Steps that look too regular. They're the timeline written in advance, not scans. If no real scan follows for several days, ask the seller whether the parcel has been handed over.

Stuck after Shenzhen. If the history stops at Shenzhen Processing Center has received it or soon after, ask the seller whether another carrier delivers in your country and, if so, for its number, which you can add to Peek as a parcel of its own. Lost, damaged or returned. Pengyou publishes no claim process or terms for recipients: its company profile and contact pages are empty. The seller booked the parcel with Pengyou, so ask the seller or the marketplace for a refund or a new parcel. See lost parcels, returned to sender and delivered but not received.

Pengyou contact number and customer service

As listed on szpy56.com on 28 October 2026, in Chinese only:

• Phone: 181 2470 1707 and 188 7908 6605, two Chinese mobile numbers (+86 from abroad), given as a 24-hour hotline (全天24小时咨询热线). No languages are given.
• QQ: 2853292077, its official service QQ (官方服务QQ), which the 在线客服咨询 (online customer service) link opens.
• WeChat: a QR code for its official account (官方微信二维码).

Pengyou lists no email address and no street address. For anything about your order, the seller is the one to ask.

Track a Pengyou parcel with Peek

Peek can't be sure of a Pengyou number by its shape alone: three letters, nine digits and PY is only a weak match. Paste it all the same: Peek follows more than 3,500 carriers. While you add it, Peek asks Pengyou's tracker ("asking Pengyou…") and shows "Pengyou has this parcel." when the tracker knows the number. Otherwise press "Change" and pick Pengyou (typing 捧友 finds it too), or use "Change carrier" on a parcel you already added. Do the same for a seller's reference: Peek then shows the order's own tracking number too. There's no Pengyou tracking link to paste, as its tracker takes a form.

Peek reads Pengyou's own tracker and shows the status, each scan with its place, the service name and the destination country when Pengyou's record gives them. Scans show as Pengyou writes them, city in brackets included, and Shenzhen Processing Center has received it counts as received by the carrier. Scan times are read on Beijing time and shown in your device's time zone. Peek leaves out the names, address, postcodes, weight, fees and signature Pengyou's record can hold, and shows no expected delivery date: Pengyou gives none.

Peek never shows a step written more than twelve hours before the time it carries, and holds back any step dated after the moment it checks, on Beijing time. It also sets aside the copies tracking services make of those steps, and goes by the scans it keeps, not by the record's summary status. An order whose steps are all written ahead has no history in Peek yet.

Peek checks every 10 minutes by day and every hour or two overnight, and can notify you of every scan, important steps only or "Delivery day only". It can't contact Pengyou or the seller for you.

Questions about Pengyou tracking

What is Pengyou (捧友)?

It is 深圳市捧友供应链有限公司, Shenzhen Pony Supply Chain Co., Ltd in its own English, a Shenzhen forwarder whose lines carry parcels by air to Europe and the US for exporters, forwarders and online sellers. Its site is szpy56.com.

Why does Pengyou's tracker show steps that Peek doesn't?

Because Pengyou's platform can write a parcel's whole timeline in advance, up to the delivery. Those steps are a forecast, not scans, so Peek leaves them out.

Where can I track a Pengyou parcel?

In the 运单查询 (waybill lookup) box on szpy56.com's home page, which takes up to 10 numbers, one per line, and opens Pengyou's tracker. Or paste the number into Peek and pick Pengyou if Peek doesn't name it.

How long does Pengyou take to deliver?

Pengyou publishes no delivery times. Go by the estimate the shop gave for your order, not by the dates of steps written in advance.

Who do I contact about a missing Pengyou parcel?

The seller you ordered from: it booked the parcel with Pengyou. Pengyou lists two Chinese mobile numbers, a QQ chat and a WeChat account, but nothing aimed at recipients.
