C Chez Vous tracking: order number, statuses and contact

7 min read

Peek is an independent tracker, not C chez vous. It shows what C chez vous’s own tracking publishes.

C Chez Vous delivers bulky online orders of more than 30 kg, such as furniture and large appliances, to homes and pickup points in France, on a booked appointment. The shop chose it when you ordered. Track it on C Chez Vous's tracking page with the order number from its email or SMS, or paste that number in the box above.

C Chez Vous order number: where to find it

C Chez Vous tracks by order number, not by parcel number. Its tracking page asks for "le numéro de commande que vous avez reçu par mail ou par sms": the order number you received by email or SMS. The site is in French only. Inside an order the page lists each parcel ("Colis 1 : N°…"), but you track the whole order. Lost the email? See how to find your tracking number, or ask the shop.

The page shows two shapes of reference. Here they are with invented characters:

ShapeWhat it is
ABCD12EF3410 characters: four letters, two digits, four letters or digits.
1ABCD123456--7500111 characters, two dashes, then the delivery postcode.

Some other carriers' numbers look similar. A number starting 1G, such as 1G1234567890, is GEODIS. Eight digits, such as 12345678, are also used by Heppner, Colisweb and Mondial Relay.

If the page answers La commande est introuvable (order not found), check the characters, then the email: another carrier may have your order.

C Chez Vous tracking statuses explained

The tracking page shows a step bar with French titles and a sentence under it. For a home delivery, in order:

C Chez Vous's wordsWhat it means for you
En attenteWaiting: the order is on its way to C Chez Vous's network. No delivery date yet.
Prise de rendez-vousBooking the appointment: C Chez Vous can't reach you to set a date and asks you to call.
En préparationThe order is in C Chez Vous's network and your delivery date is set.
En livraisonOn its way to C Chez Vous's regional depot, with your delivery date set.
LivréDelivered to your home.
AnnuléeThere is a problem with the order. Call customer service.

For a pickup-point delivery, the last steps differ:

C Chez Vous's wordsWhat it means for you
Disponible au point retraitIt's at the pickup point, with the last day to pick it up.
TerminéYou have picked it up.

The confusing one is En livraison. It sounds like "out for delivery", but the text under it says the order is travelling to the regional platform: the driver isn't necessarily on the way.

When no date is set, the date reads "À définir" (to be decided) and the page asks you to call customer service.

C Chez Vous delivery: appointments, time slots and pickup points

Appointment. C Chez Vous offers a 5-hour delivery slot that you can change. Its FAQ says that the day before delivery you get an email narrowing a 5-hour slot to 2 hours. Deliveries run from Monday to Sunday depending on where you live and the service chosen, and take between 1 and 14 days by C Chez Vous's own figure.

Changing it. Change the date on the tracking page with your order number ("Modifier la livraison"), or by phone. Changes of address, phone, email or a delivery comment need at least 48 hours before the delivery date, and a new address may push the appointment back. To cancel, call at least 24 hours before. To switch service, for example from Eco to Standard, ask the shop.

On the day. About 30 minutes before, you get an SMS or email with a live map of the driver, and the driver may call about 20 minutes before, possibly from a hidden number.

The services. The service the shop sold you decides how far the crew goes:

  • Eco (C Devant): at the gate of a house or the foot of a block of flats. Carrying it in is up to you, and you show ID before handover.
  • Standard (C Dedans): into the room of your choice, with no floor limit, but no installation.
  • Premium (C Installé): unpacked, installed and tested. No plumbing, electrical or carpentry work.

If the driver judges that two people are needed (spiral stairs, no lift), C Chez Vous sets a new appointment with two drivers.

Missed delivery. The driver leaves a notice ("avis de passage") and doesn't come back the same day. C Chez Vous says its customer service will contact you within 24 hours to agree on a new appointment.

Pickup points. C Chez Vous has 400 pickup points in France. You get an SMS and email when the order arrives, then have 15 days to pick it up.

C Chez Vous delivery late, damaged or missing

Your contract is with the shop. C Chez Vous publishes no claim form or deadline, so for the product itself, start with the shop.

Not delivered on the day. Wait until the end of your slot, then call customer service. It waits for the driver's end-of-round report. If the page hasn't changed for days, see tracking not updating.

Damaged. Check the goods in front of the driver and write every defect on the delivery slip or the driver's smartphone. If it's the wrong item, refuse it and contact the shop's after-sales service.

Missing parcel or part. Call C Chez Vous's customer service to report it.

Broken product or return. The shop handles a broken product and the return of a faulty item. If the shop refuses the return, C Chez Vous says it can offer the service.

C Chez Vous contact and customer service

As listed on C Chez Vous's pages on 12 October 2026:

  • Phone: 09 70 17 05 58, Monday to Friday 8:00 to 18:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 13:00. It's a 09 number, not an 0800 freephone; the site doesn't state the cost.
  • Deaf or hard of hearing: through Acceo, linked from the FAQ.
  • Tracking page: "Modifier la livraison" to change the delivery, and a button to call.

No email, chat or postal address is published for recipients. The contact form is for the sales teams, not for deliveries. Questions about the product go to the shop.

C Chez Vous is not part of GEODIS. Geopost, of the La Poste group, holds 80% of it and Rhenus 15%.

Tracking a C Chez Vous order with Peek

Paste an order number shaped like ABCD12EF34 and Peek names C Chez Vous at once. A link from cchezvous.fr (/suivi-colis/ followed by the reference) works for any reference. Other references, including the long one with your postcode, get no carrier when typed: press "Change" and pick C Chez Vous, or paste the link.

Peek shows the order's current step in its own words: Order registered, Scheduling delivery, Order being prepared, Out for delivery and Delivered. When an order has several parcels, it shows the least advanced one. Your appointment day appears as the expected delivery until the order is delivered. C Chez Vous gives no history, places or times, so each step is dated when it was first seen.

Some limits. Peek shows En livraison as Out for delivery, though C Chez Vous's own text says the order is still heading to the regional depot. And for a pickup-point order, Peek may show Delivered when the parcel is only waiting at the point; trust the SMS and the 15-day deadline. Peek doesn't read Annulée: a cancelled order simply stops moving.

It leaves out the time slot, the shop, your name, address and contacts, and the items ordered. Peek checks every 10 minutes, every 2 minutes once the order is out for delivery, and can notify you of every scan, important steps only or delivery day only. It can't move your appointment.
