Stone3PL tracking: numbers, statuses and contact
Stone3PL is a logistics company with its headquarters in Shenzhen, China, and part of the Stone Group. It ships goods for online sellers and other businesses from China to the world, together with other logistics companies. If a shop sent your order with Stone3PL, look up the number on Stone3PL's tracking page, in English, or paste it in the box above. The number comes from the seller, with your order's shipping details.
Stone3PL tracking number: what it looks like
Stone3PL doesn't publish a number format. Peek links one shape to Stone3PL: the letter S and 18 digits. Both examples below are made up:
| Number | What it is |
|---|---|
S000000000000000000 | S and 18 digits. Peek asks Stone3PL about numbers of this shape. The shape alone doesn't prove that Stone3PL has the parcel. |
S00000000000000000 | Only 17 digits: not the shape Peek links to Stone3PL. Check for a missing digit, or paste it all the same. |
In Peek, small letters, spaces and dashes don't matter. Stone3PL's tracker takes up to 40 numbers at once, one per line. It keeps only letters, digits and dashes, and changes small letters to capitals.
Where to find it. In the seller's shipping email, or on your order page. If it isn't there, see how to find your tracking number.
Other numbers. Stone3PL's tracking page lists the companies its tracker follows, such as DHL Express, UPS, USPS, China Post and China EMS (ePacket). Its result can also name the company that delivers your parcel, with that company's own number, which you can track on that company's site too.
Stone3PL tracking statuses explained
Stone3PL's tracking lines are in English, with a date and time but no place. Its result page shows the destination country's lines first, then those from the start of the trip. These are the lines Peek knows:
| Stone3PL says | What it means for you | Peek shows |
|---|---|---|
Order Submited. | The seller sent the order to Stone3PL. Stone3PL may not have the parcel yet. The spelling is Stone3PL's own. | "Label created" |
Shipment information received | Stone3PL has the parcel's details. | "Label created" |
Processing information input | Stone3PL is entering the parcel's details. | "Label created" |
Pickup Scan | The parcel was collected and scanned. It is on its way now. | "Received by carrier" |
facility - Outbound | The parcel left a warehouse or sorting centre. | "In transit" |
Arrived at domestic terminal station | It reached a terminal. The line doesn't say in which country. | "In transit" |
Port of departure | It is at the port or airport it leaves from, before it departs. | "In transit" |
International shipment release - Export | Export customs cleared it, and it moves on. | "In transit" |
Port of departure - Departure | It left that port or airport. | "In transit" |
Port of destination - Arrival | It arrived at a port or airport in the destination country. | "In transit" |
International shipment release - Import | Import customs cleared it, and it moves on. | "In transit" |
Pick up by local carrier at destination port | The company that delivers in your country collected it at the port. You don't have to pick anything up. | "In transit" |
Batch delivery to carrier | Stone3PL handed it over, with other parcels, to the delivering company. | "In transit" |
Lines from the destination country can use other words. Peek reads common words in them, such as delivered or customs. A line Peek can't read stays in the history, and the status stays at the last step Peek understands.
Overall status. Stone3PL's tracker also gives each parcel an overall status. When that status means ready for pickup, delivered or a problem, Peek shows "Ready for pickup", "Delivered" or "Needs attention", even before a line says so.
Times. Stone3PL gives times without a time zone. Peek reads them all as China time (UTC+8) and shows them in your device's time zone, so a line from your own country may show at the wrong hour. Go by the order of the lines.
Who delivers Stone3PL parcels
Stone3PL says it works "in partnership with global reputable logistics providers", and it has warehouses in NORAM, APAC and EMEA (North America, Asia-Pacific, and Europe, the Middle East and Africa).
Its pages don't say which company delivers in which country: look for the delivering company and its number on Stone3PL's result page. Delivery attempts, notice cards and pickup points follow that company's rules. See missed deliveries.
Duty and customs. Stone3PL offers sellers DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, with "DDP customs clearance". Only the seller can tell you if your order was sent that way.
In the EU (Ireland, for example). Goods bought online from outside the EU carry a €3 customs duty per item on parcels worth up to €150, since 1 July 2026. A €2 Union handling fee per item, whatever the value, is due too, since 1 November 2026. An item is the goods that share a tariff classification, description and, where required, origin. Stone3PL's pages don't say how these are paid. In the UK, the US, Canada or Australia, what you owe depends on your country's rules: see parcels held at customs.
Stone3PL parcel not updating, lost or returned
Stone3PL works for the businesses that ship with it and has no help pages for recipients, so for a late, lost, damaged or returned parcel, contact the seller first.
Nothing yet. Peek keeps checking. It shows "Waiting for the carrier" if you picked Stone3PL, and "No tracking history yet" if no carrier was named when you added the number. After two days with nothing, Peek flags it ("Still waiting for the carrier’s first update"): check the number with the seller.
Only Order Submited. or Shipment information received. Stone3PL has the order's details, but maybe not the parcel. If nothing new comes for several days, ask the seller if the parcel was handed over.
No update for days. When a parcel on its way has had no new line for four days, Peek flags it ("No tracking update for four days") and notes that parcels often go quiet on long flights, at customs or over a weekend. See why tracking stops updating and tracking parcels from China.
"Needs attention". Stone3PL marked a problem. Read the newest line, then ask the seller what happens next.
Delivered but not there. Look around your home and ask your neighbours. Then tell the seller. See delivered but not received.
Lost, damaged or returned. Stone3PL's site tells recipients nothing about claims or returns. Its home page offers sellers a "return and resend service". Ask the seller for a refund or a new parcel. See lost parcels, damaged parcels and returned to sender.
A message asking you to pay. Before you pay a fee that a text or email asks for, read delivery scam texts.
Stone3PL contact
As read on 1 November 2026 on Stone3PL's contact page, for its Shenzhen headquarters ("STONE3PL Marketing Dpt"):
- Email: support@stone3pl.com. Stone3PL's privacy policy gives the same address.

About your order, ask the seller first: the seller booked Stone3PL, not you.
Track a Stone3PL parcel with Peek
Peek follows Stone3PL parcels, but it can't tell a Stone3PL number by its shape alone. When you paste a number made of S and 18 digits, Peek shows "Checking tracking services…" while it asks Stone3PL. If Stone3PL has the parcel, the carrier line says Stone3PL "has this parcel", and Peek follows it there. A link to Stone3PL's tracker with one number after nums= names Stone3PL at once ("Detected carrier").
For any other number, paste it all the same: Peek follows more than 3,500 carriers. When a shape fits some carriers only weakly, Peek shows "Checking tracking services…" while it asks them; a number that fits no shape is looked up once you add it. If Peek doesn't name the carrier, tap "Change" and pick Stone3PL under "All carriers", or use "Change carrier" on a parcel you've already added.
Peek reads the overall status, each line with its time, the countries the parcel leaves from and goes to, and the delivering company and its number when given. It drops phone numbers and the names of people who signed. Stone3PL gives no expected delivery date, weight, scan places or proof of delivery.
When Stone3PL names the delivering company and gives its number, Peek asks that company. With a postal number (two letters, nine digits, two letters) and no company named, Peek asks the post of the destination country, such as USPS in the US, Royal Mail in the UK, An Post in Ireland, Canada Post or Australia Post. With another number, it asks the one carrier that number's shape belongs to, if there is one. Once that carrier shows a scan at least as recent as Stone3PL's newest, Peek follows the parcel there and keeps Stone3PL's history. A company Stone3PL names shows on the parcel even before that ("Delivery with USPS", for example). Without such a carrier, Peek stays on Stone3PL's tracking.
Peek checks every 10 minutes, and every 2 minutes once the parcel is out for delivery. After two days without news (12 hours while the parcel still shows "Label created" or "Received by carrier"), Peek checks hourly. It can notify you of "Every scan", "Important steps" or "Delivery only". It can't contact Stone3PL or the seller for you.
Questions about Stone3PL tracking
Is Stone3PL legit?
Stone3PL says it is part of the Stone Group, with its headquarters in Shenzhen, 10+ years of experience and 8,000+ contract customers. It publishes an address, a phone number and an email. It works for sellers, so questions about your order go to the shop.
Where can I track a Stone3PL parcel?
On Stone3PL's tracking page or in Peek. If Stone3PL's result names the company that delivers in your country, you can track that company's number on its own site too.
What does "Pick up by local carrier at destination port" mean?
The company that delivers in your country collected your parcel at the port or airport where it arrived. It doesn't mean you have to collect it.
How long does Stone3PL take to deliver?
Stone3PL publishes no delivery times. Go by the seller's estimate, and ask the seller if the parcel is late.
How do I contact Stone3PL?
