M-ONE tracking (Milšped ONE): statuses, delivery and help
M-ONE, also written Milšped ONE, is a Serbian courier founded in 2020 and part of Milšped Group. It delivers parcels for businesses and online shops to any address in Serbia, through its own distribution network across the country, parcel lockers and parcel shops. Track a parcel in the "TRACK" section of m-one.rs, or paste the number in the box above. The number comes from the shop or the sender.
M-ONE tracking number
M-ONE calls it the barcode number. Its tracker's box says "Order number": enter the parcel's barcode number there. Peek's M-ONE lookup takes two shapes (invented numbers):
| Number | What it is |
|---|---|
AA000000005RS | Two letters, nine digits and RS, the international postal format with Serbia's code. The last digit is a check digit. |
RS000000000000 | RS and 12 digits, another shape M-ONE's own tracker shows. |
Pošta Srbije uses the same postal format, so a number ending in RS is not always M-ONE's: check the name in your shipping message. No number at all? See how to find a tracking number.
If M-ONE's tracker answers "No order with this number", check the number against your shipping message, or ask the shop whether it has booked M-ONE yet.
What M-ONE's tracking statuses mean
M-ONE's tracker answers in Serbian, even on its English site. Peek keeps M-ONE's words and adds its own status. In the order a parcel meets them:
| M-ONE says | Peek shows | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
Kreiran nalog za preuzimanje | Label created | A pickup order was created. The sender has booked M-ONE, but M-ONE doesn't have the parcel yet. |
Preuzeta od pošiljaoca | Received by carrier | M-ONE's courier collected the parcel from the sender. |
U lokalnom tranzitu | In transit | Moving between M-ONE's depots. |
U distributivnom centru dostave | In transit | At the depot that delivers to you. It comes back after each round that didn't deliver. |
Preusmerena | In transit | Redirected at the delivering depot. |
Preusmerena na zahtev primaoca | In transit | Redirected because you, the recipient, asked. |
Na dostavnom vozilu | Out for delivery | On the delivery van: it should come today. |
Zaduzena za paketomat | Out for delivery | A courier has taken it out for a parcel locker. |
Čeka u paketomatu | Ready for pickup | Waiting in the parcel locker. Use the code from your Viber or SMS message. |
Pokušaj uručenja (primaocu ostavljeno obaveštenje) | Delivery attempted | A delivery attempt failed, and you were left a notice. |
Primalac ce doci po paket | Ready for pickup | You will come for the parcel, so it waits at the depot. It repeats on every round until you collect it. |
Uručena pošiljka | Delivered | Handed over, or collected from a parcel locker. |
Zaduzena and ce are written without the letters ž and ć, exactly as M-ONE sends them.
M-ONE delivery in Serbia
M-ONE's current express service is "Today for Tomorrow": delivery by 7 PM on the next working day, to any address in Serbia. A sender's contract can set another time, up to 3 working days. In Belgrade, there's also a same-day service for parcels up to 30 kg. M-ONE works Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are non-working days and don't count in delivery times.
Who can take the parcel. You, someone you authorise, or an adult in your household, someone employed in your household, or a colleague at your workplace. You can also name a safe place in writing, by email, SMS or Viber. The parcel is then left there, at your risk.
No opening at the door. M-ONE delivers parcels closed only. You can't open one to check the contents before you accept it.
Cash on delivery. If the shop sent it cash on delivery, you pay the amount the shop set when the parcel is handed over. The postage is paid by the sender or by you, as agreed with the shop.
Missed delivery. If you're not in, M-ONE sends a notice by email, SMS or Viber. It gives the date and time of the attempt, and when and where you can collect the parcel. M-ONE keeps it 5 more working days, counted from the next working day after the message. Missed it? See missed deliveries.
Parcel lockers. Locker delivery is only for shops that work with M-ONE: you choose it when you order. When the parcel is in, M-ONE sends a Viber message (an SMS if you don't have Viber or aren't online) with the locker's address, a unique code that opens your compartment and the deadline to collect. If you don't collect it in time, it goes back to the sender and M-ONE tells you in writing. M-ONE also has parcel shops. More in parcel lockers.
M-ONE parcel stuck, returned, damaged or lost
Not updating. M-ONE's Track&Trace follows a parcel from pickup, or from when M-ONE takes it over in Serbia if it comes from abroad, until delivery. If nothing changes for a few working days, ask the shop first, then M-ONE. See also tracking that isn't updating.
Returned. Unless the sender asked otherwise, M-ONE sends the parcel straight back if you refuse it, don't collect it in time, are unknown at the address, have moved, or if the address is incomplete or wrong. For an online order, ask the shop about a refund or a new delivery. See returned to sender.
Damaged or missing contents. Complain by the end of the next working day after delivery: call 011 222 8 222 or email reklamacije@m-one.rs. M-ONE then writes a record and gets photos of the inner and outer packaging and of the damage, so keep them as they are. A later complaint gets no compensation. See damaged parcels.
Lost, late or delivered but not received. Other claims have a deadline of 60 days for a parcel within Serbia and 6 months for one abroad, counted from the day after posting. Claim in writing at M-ONE's office, by email or by phone. Give the parcel number, the names and addresses of the sender and the recipient, and the posting receipt and the invoice or dispatch note if you have them. For a claim within Serbia, M-ONE answers within 8 days and decides within 15 days. If M-ONE rejects it, you can go to the postal regulator within 15 days of the decision, or within 90 days of your claim if no decision came.
Who gets the money. Compensation goes to whoever paid the postage: the shop, or you if you paid it. The sender can sign it over to you. For an online order it's usually quicker to ask the shop. See delivered but not received and lost parcels.

Track an M-ONE parcel with Peek
Peek recognises the postal shape, two letters, nine digits and RS with a valid check digit, but the shape alone doesn't name M-ONE. Peek asks Pošta Srbije, M-ONE and Chronopost: you see "Checking tracking services…", then "M-ONE has this parcel." when M-ONE knows the number. If not yet, you see "Not found at … yet. Peek will keep checking after you add it." With a wrong check digit, no carrier is asked: compare the number with your shipping message.
A number starting with C, E, L or R, ending in RS and with a valid check digit is named Pošta Srbije from its shape. If yours came from M-ONE, pick "M-ONE" with "Change". Peek names no carrier from RS and 12 digits, so pick "M-ONE" with "Change" there too. A link to M-ONE's tracker with a number of either shape after ? (m-one.rs/en?…) can be pasted as well, and names M-ONE.
Peek reads M-ONE's own tracker. You get the status and the history in M-ONE's Serbian words, the depot that handled each step and the parcel's weight. M-ONE gives its times without a time zone. Peek reads them on Serbian time and shows them in your device's time zone. M-ONE's tracker gives no expected delivery day and no pickup point, so Peek shows neither. The sender's and recipient's names are left out. A parcel filed under M-ONE shows "Waiting for the carrier" until M-ONE knows the number, and Peek keeps checking.
Peek checks every 10 minutes, and every 2 minutes once the parcel is out for delivery. After two days without news (12 hours while the parcel still shows "Label created" or "Received by carrier"), Peek checks hourly. It can notify you of "Every scan", "Important steps" or "Delivery only". It can't redirect a parcel, open a claim, or contact M-ONE or the shop for you.
Questions about M-ONE tracking
Is M-ONE the same as Milšped?
Not quite: M-ONE, founded in 2020, is a subsidiary of Milšped Group. Its terms of use name it MILŠPED ONE doo, and its general terms for postal services M-ONE e-comm doo, both in Belgrade.
How long does M-ONE take to deliver?
With "Today for Tomorrow", M-ONE delivers by 7 PM on the next working day anywhere in Serbia. A sender's contract can allow up to 3 working days. Weekends and public holidays don't count.
How long does M-ONE keep a parcel after a missed delivery?
5 working days, counted from the next working day after M-ONE's email, SMS or Viber notice. After that, it goes back to the sender, unless the sender asked otherwise.
What does Primalac ce doci po paket mean?
In Serbian, it says the recipient will come for the parcel. The parcel waits at M-ONE's depot for you to collect it, and Peek shows "Ready for pickup".
What is M-ONE's phone number?
011 222 8 222, or +381 11 222 8 222 from abroad, on working days from 08:00 to 16:00. For damage, call by the end of the next working day after delivery.
