Forza Delivery tracking number (guía): what it looks like

Forza calls the tracking number a guía (número de guía). It is on the parcel's label, and the shop that sent it has it. Forza's tracker accepts FD and six to nine digits; Peek's catalog recognises FD with six to eight. With invented digits:

Lower case, spaces and dashes don't matter in Peek. Forza's tracker also takes a reference instead of the guía (its field says Número de guía o referencia), but Peek needs the FD guía. No number at all? See how to find your tracking number.

Forza Delivery tracking statuses explained

Forza writes its statuses in Spanish. Its tracker lists them with the newest first, each with a date and time. The ones Peek knows, in the order a parcel meets them:

When Forza adds a description, Peek shows the status, a colon, then the description, without the receiver's name or phone numbers. For an incident, Forza writes a type and a description, and Peek shows both. Peek reads incidents and any other wording with its general rules; some may show with no step of their own.

Forza delivery in Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras

Who delivers. Forza delivers door to door or through its Express Center agencies, its site says. In Honduras it works in alliance with Ultra Entregas. Peek follows the Forza guía on Forza's tracker from start to end.

How long. Forza's standard service usually takes 24 to 48 hours, in all three countries. Its terms say these times aren't binding.

Two attempts. The standard service includes two delivery attempts. Forza delivers to the address the shop gave, but not always to the person named: someone else there may receive it. If your building has a central reception, Forza leaves the parcel there. Forza doesn't deliver to PO boxes.

Missed delivery. Forza may tell you about a coming or failed delivery and offer choices, unless the shop has ruled some out: another day, delivery without a signature, another address, or pickup at a Forza point. Express Center pickup. With Forza's agency-to-agency service, called Servicio Económico, the parcel goes to an Express Center and you collect it there. Express Centers accept parcels, hand them over and take returns. Find one on the agencies page for Guatemala, El Salvador or Honduras, with each agency's hours. Forza's pages don't say how long an agency keeps a parcel: ask the agency. See uncollected parcels.

Paying on delivery. With Forza's COD service, you pay the price of the order to Forza when you receive the parcel, at your door or at an Express Center, and Forza sends the money to the shop. In Guatemala, Forza collects up to Q5,000 this way. The shop can also let you pay the shipping when the parcel arrives, which Forza calls collect. Forza can keep a parcel until what is due is paid.

From abroad. Forza's terms say it doesn't carry goods that haven't cleared customs, so ask the shop about import duties. Forza's own international service, from its Express Centers to other countries, is backed by its alliance with DHL.

Forza parcel not updating, lost or returned

For a refund or a new parcel, talk to the shop first: it chose Forza, not you.

Not found. Check the guía with the shop, letter by letter: FD and six to nine digits. If it is right, Peek keeps asking Forza once the parcel is filed under Forza (see below).

Stuck at Generado or Solicitado. The shop has made the guía, but Forza doesn't have the parcel yet. Ask the shop when it will hand it over.

No new line for days. When a parcel on its way has had no new scan for four days, Peek flags it ("No tracking update for four days"). Call Forza with your guía. See why tracking stops updating.

Damaged or lost. Act at once. Forza's terms give the sender 48 hours from when Forza accepted the parcel to claim in writing, one claim per parcel. Without insurance, they cap what Forza pays at Q800 or the same in local money (US$100 in El Salvador's terms). The sender is the shop: tell it the same day. See damaged parcels and lost parcels.

Entregado, but you have nothing. Ask at your building's reception and the people at the address, since Forza may hand the parcel to someone else there. Then call Forza and tell the shop. See delivered but not received.

Returned. A parcel Forza couldn't deliver goes back to the shop. Ask the shop to send it again or refund you. See returned to sender.

Forza Delivery customer service and contact

As read on 1 November 2026, Forza lists these customer service lines (Atención al cliente):

Forza's site header shows Monday to Saturday, 7:00 to 19:00. Each Express Center has its own hours, on the agencies pages. To plan a delivery, use the Programar Entrega (schedule a delivery) button on Forza's Guatemala page; the El Salvador page has the same button, with the same link. The Honduras page's button has no link: call instead. Have your guía ready.

Track a Forza Delivery parcel with Peek

Peek can't tell Forza by the FD guía alone. Paste it all the same: Peek follows more than 3,500 carriers. For FD with six to eight digits, Peek asks Forza ("Checking tracking services…") and says "Forza Delivery Express has this parcel." when Forza's tracker knows the guía. A rastreo.forzadelivery.com link with the guía in it is filed under Forza at once ("Detected carrier").

If Peek doesn't find it, press "Change" and pick Forza Delivery Express under "Fits this number", or under "All carriers" for a guía with nine digits (typing "Forza" finds it). On a parcel you've already added, use "Change carrier". If you pick Forza for a number that isn't FD and six to nine digits, Peek says Forza "doesn’t issue numbers like this one": check the number.

A guía of FD and seven digits points to Forza. If you add one and Forza doesn't list it yet, Peek shows "Probably Forza Delivery Express" and "Waiting for Forza Delivery Express’s first scan", and keeps asking. After a week, it asks you to check the number with the sender or choose another carrier.

Peek asks Forza's tracker with the guía alone: no phone number or postcode. It shows the status and each line with Forza's Spanish words and time. Forza's lines name no place. Its tracker can show more, such as an expected date, the destination, map points, names, who signed and payment details. Peek leaves these out, so it shows no expected delivery date and no map.

Forza's times name no time zone: Peek reads them on Guatemala's clock and shows them in your device's. Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras share that clock (UTC−6, with no summer time), so a scan in any of the three shows at the right time.

Peek asks Forza every 10 minutes, or every 2 minutes on the day of an En ruta scan. After two days without news (12 hours while the parcel still shows "Label created" or "Received by carrier"), Peek checks hourly. It can notify you with "Every scan", "Important steps" or "Delivery only": "Delivery only" covers En ruta and Entregado. Peek can't contact Forza or the shop for you, and it can't pay a COD amount.
