Ecoscooting tracking: statuses, pickup points and contact
Ecoscooting is a delivery company for online orders from cross-border platforms in Spain and Portugal, part of Cainiao, Alibaba's logistics arm. It only does the last leg: the local delivery to your door or to a pickup point. Track the parcel on ecoscooting.com with the number from Ecoscooting's emails, or paste it in the box above.
Ecoscooting tracking number
The number is in Ecoscooting's emails, which start once the parcel begins its journey; the delivery email has it in the subject. Ecoscooting publishes no SMS sender name.
Ecoscooting publishes no number format. Its numbers come in these shapes (digits invented):
| Shape | What it is |
|---|---|
CNESP12345678901234567890 | CNESP and 20 digits, a parcel for Spain. |
CNPRT00000000000000000000 | CNPRT and 20 digits, a parcel for Portugal. |
123456789012345678 | 18 digits. |
Numbers that look close belong elsewhere. On an AliExpress order you usually see an LP number with 14 digits: that's AliExpress's logistics reference, tracked with Cainiao. CNES with 11 digits is a reference you may meet on the tracker of CACESA, the customs agent that clears many of these parcels. If ecoscooting.com doesn't know your number, track the one on the order page. More in tracking a parcel from China.
An unknown number gets No data found and a message asking you to check the order number.
What Ecoscooting's tracking statuses mean
ecoscooting.com shows its tracking in English, Spanish or Portuguese, following your browser, with a language menu. Each scan has a bold title and a line below it; these are the lines, in English. Cainiao's first steps stay in English in every language.
| Ecoscooting's status | What it means for you |
|---|---|
Shipment data information received | The order is registered. Ecoscooting doesn't have the parcel yet. |
Shipment is in transit to Cainiao Express | Cainiao is still moving it, before it reaches Spain or Portugal. |
Your shipment has been accepted by delivery carrier | Ecoscooting has it in Spain or Portugal. |
Your shipment has arrived at sorting center | It's at a sorting centre. |
Your shipment is out for delivery | It's with the courier today. |
Your shipment delivery attempt failed [Recipient not at home] | The courier came and nobody answered. Check your email for what happens next. |
Your package has been processed by the courier. We will notify you when it is ready for pickup at the point. | Handed to a pickup point. Not yet ready, and not with you. |
Your shipment has arrived at parcelshop and you‘ll receive pickup instructions shortly | Ready to pick up. The PIN comes by email or SMS. |
Your shipment has been collected by consignee at the parcelshop | Picked up at the parcelshop. |
Your shipment has been delivered successfully | Delivered. |
Your shipment has expired at the parcelshop, and will be returned to sender | Nobody picked it up in time. It's going back. |
Your shipment will be returned to its origin | It's going back to the sender. |
The confusing one is the pickup-point hand-over. Its bold title is Delivered to PUDO (PUDO means pick-up and drop-off point), which sounds like delivery to you. It isn't: wait for the parcelshop message before going there.
Above the history, ecoscooting.com draws a headline. It reads In transit even after delivery, so read the latest line instead. Delivery Failure follows a scan Ecoscooting flags as a problem, Exceeded pickup time a parcel left too long at a pickup point, and No trajectory means there are no scans yet.
Ecoscooting delivery, parcelshops and missed deliveries
In Spain Ecoscooting delivers every day, Saturdays and Sundays included; in Portugal, Monday to Saturday. It can't offer delivery time slots.
You get two home delivery attempts. After a failed one, Ecoscooting emails you the reason. If the address was wrong, correct it from that email and the courier tries again within 3 business days; for other reasons it also retries within 3 business days. After two failed attempts it decides case by case and tells you by email; in Spain it sends the parcel to a nearby pickup point where one is available.
Won't be home? You can authorise someone else to sign. The email Ecoscooting sends when the parcel starts its journey has a link to send it to a pickup point or locker instead.
Ecoscooting lists more than 8,000 pickup points, plus lockers. When your parcel arrives at one, you get an email or SMS with the PIN, the address and the opening hours. Pick it up within 14 days, or it goes back to the sender and you can ask the seller for a refund. Ecoscooting's Spanish FAQ says a parcel already at a pickup point can't be moved to another point or to your home.
Ecoscooting parcel not delivered, lost or stolen
Ecoscooting says it handles only the local delivery. For missing or wrong items, returns and refunds, contact the shop or platform you bought from. If the tracking hasn't moved for days, see tracking that isn't updating.
Marked delivered but not received. Find Ecoscooting's delivery email (in Spanish, "¡Bien! Hemos entregado tu paquete", with the number) and press "No recibido" ("Não recebido" in Portuguese), or send its request form, which Ecoscooting answers within 10 business days. More in delivered but not received.
Lost or stolen. If the tracking shows Package stolen or a "Parcel lost" exception, look for an email headed "Aviso importante: Su paquete no puede ser entregado" (Portuguese "Aviso importante: Não foi possível entregar a sua encomenda"). If you have it, send it to the seller and ask for a refund. If not, contact Ecoscooting's customer service.
Ecoscooting's pages say nothing about damaged parcels, claim deadlines or compensation, so start with the seller.

Tracking Ecoscooting parcels with Peek
Peek recognises a CNESP or CNPRT number with 20 digits as Ecoscooting's straight away. An 18-digit number could also be bpost's, and Peek can't ask Ecoscooting whether it knows a number, so it asks bpost only: press "Change" and pick Ecoscooting, or paste the ecoscooting.com tracking link, which names Ecoscooting.
When Cainiao or CACESA gives a CNESP or CNPRT number, Peek follows the parcel on to Ecoscooting; an 18-digit number isn't followed. Ecoscooting no longer answers some older Spanish CNESP references, so these may stay empty.
Peek shows the status, the history with Ecoscooting's exact times but no places, the weight, the delivery time and, once the parcel reaches a parcelshop, its name and address, kept after you pick it up. There's no expected delivery date. It leaves out the PIN, the shop's phone and hours, postcodes and order references. Lines appear in Ecoscooting's English, except a plain Out for delivery, which shows in Peek's own words. Ecoscooting never says a number doesn't exist, so a wrong number simply stays without updates.
Peek checks every 10 minutes, every 2 once the parcel is out for delivery, and can notify you of every scan, important steps only or delivery day only.

What is Ecoscooting delivery?
It's the local delivery leg for parcels ordered from cross-border platforms. Ecoscooting brings them to your door or a pickup point in Spain or Portugal; the order itself stays the shop's business.
Does Ecoscooting deliver on weekends?
In Spain, yes: every day, Saturdays and Sundays included. In Portugal it delivers Monday to Saturday, and it offers no time slots in either country.
How long does Ecoscooting take to deliver?
