BYHD tracking: BYHD numbers, scans and who delivers

7 min read

Peek is an independent tracker, not BYHD. It shows what BYHD’s own tracking publishes.

BYHD (博益弘达, Bo Yi Hong Da in pinyin) is the short name of 深圳市博益弘达物流有限公司, a logistics company in Shenzhen, China, that ships parcels abroad for online sellers. Its waybill numbers are BYHD and nine digits: paste yours in the box above, or type it in the 快递查询 (parcel lookup) box on BYHD's site, byhd56.com, which opens BYHD's tracker. Expect a short history from BYHD, and a second number: the one the company that delivers your parcel uses.

BYHD tracking number: what it looks like

BYHD publishes no number format. The waybills its tracker finds orders by are BYHD followed by nine digits. With invented digits:

NumberWhat it is
BYHD000000017BYHD and nine digits: a BYHD waybill.
BYHD00000017Only eight digits: not BYHD's layout. Check for a missing digit.
RR000000005CNTwo letters, nine digits and CN: a China Post number, not BYHD's.

Lower case and spaces don't matter when you paste it into Peek.

Where to find it. BYHD works for sellers (its site offers them a login, sign-up and price lookup), so the number comes from the shop you bought from, with its shipping details. If you can't find it, see how to find your tracking number.

A second number on BYHD's tracker. BYHD's tracker finds your order by its BYHD number but doesn't show that number back. The number under 跟踪号码 (tracking number) is the one the delivering company gave the parcel, and 参考号 (reference) is the seller's own. BYHD doesn't say whose number it is, but its shape often does: see tracking number formats.

A shop's reference. BYHD's tracker also finds an order by the seller's reference, typed exactly as the seller wrote it, dashes included.

BYHD tracking statuses explained

BYHD publishes no list of its statuses, and its tracker mixes English and Chinese. The lines known so far, in the order a parcel meets them:

BYHD saysWhat it means for you
The electronic cargo information has been receivedThe seller has created the order and sent BYHD its details. BYHD hasn't scanned the parcel yet.
到达收货点"Arrived at the receiving point": BYHD has the parcel.
Goods leaving the operation centerThe parcel has left BYHD's operation centre.

The first line isn't a scan: Hualei (华磊), the forwarder platform behind BYHD's tracker, as behind Lingdong's and Yilong Logistics', writes it by itself for an order with no scans yet.

BYHD's times carry no time zone. They're Beijing time, so a line at 08:00 there happened the evening before by New York's clock.

Who delivers BYHD parcels

BYHD's tracker gives the number of the company that delivers in your country, but not its name, and its website names no delivery partner for any country. BYHD publishes no delivery times and no rules for delivery attempts, pickup points or how long a parcel is held: those are the delivering company's. If the number's shape doesn't tell you which company that is, ask the seller. Asked to pay import charges? See parcels held at customs.

BYHD parcel not arriving or tracking stuck

Only The electronic cargo information has been received. The seller has booked the parcel, but BYHD hasn't scanned it. If nothing follows after a few days, ask the seller whether it has really been sent.

Stuck on Goods leaving the operation center. That's as far as BYHD's known lines go, so silence after it doesn't mean the parcel has stopped. Track it under the delivering company's number from BYHD's tracker, or ask the seller for it. More in tracking a parcel from China and why tracking stops updating.

Nothing found. For a number it doesn't know, BYHD's tracker shows one result with the number under 参考号 (reference) and every other field empty. Compare the number with the seller's message, character by character.

Lost, damaged or returned. BYHD publishes no claim process, and its legal notice page is empty. The seller booked the parcel with BYHD, so ask the seller or the marketplace for a refund or a new parcel. See lost parcels, returned to sender and delivered but not received.

BYHD contact number and customer service

BYHD lists no customer service line. As of 28 October 2026, its site, in Chinese only, gives a mobile number for a named contact person, with no hours, and an address in Longhua District, Shenzhen (深圳市龙华区). It lists no email address, contact form or office outside China. For anything about your order, the seller is the one to ask.

Track a BYHD parcel with Peek

Paste a BYHD number into Peek and it goes straight to BYHD: no other carrier in Peek's catalog uses that layout. There's no BYHD tracking link to paste, as its tracker takes a form. A seller's reference has no shape to go by, but Peek follows more than 3,500 carriers: add it anyway, press "Change" and pick BYHD (typing 博益弘达 or Boyi Hongda finds it too), or use "Change carrier" on a parcel you already added. Peek drops dashes, though, so look up a reference with dashes in BYHD's own box.

Peek reads BYHD's own tracker and shows each line in BYHD's words with its place when there is one, and the service name and destination country when BYHD's record gives them. The electronic cargo information has been received shows as "Label created", 到达收货点 as "Received by carrier" and Goods leaving the operation center as "In transit". Times are read on Beijing's clock and shown in your device's time zone. A line dated after the moment Peek checks waits until then, and a line BYHD's record shows was written more than twelve hours before the time it carries is left out as a forecast, not a scan. Names, address, postcodes, weight, fees, the seller's reference, signature and proof of delivery stay out of Peek, and there's no expected delivery date: BYHD gives none.

The delivering company's number. For an order BYHD hasn't scanned yet, Peek reads that number from BYHD's tracking page and asks one company whether it has the parcel: the post of the country the parcel is going to, such as USPS or Royal Mail, when it's an international postal number (two letters, nine digits and two letters); otherwise the one carrier whose layout the number fits, if Peek tracks that carrier directly. Once that company shows a scan at least as recent as BYHD's latest line, Peek follows the parcel there and keeps BYHD's lines in the history.

Once BYHD lists scans of its own, Peek stays with BYHD and asks no other company. A second number in BYHD's record, which may be the delivering company's, shows in the parcel's details under "BYHD tracks this as": add it as a parcel of its own to follow the delivery. The one exception is a record that gives Swiss Post as its channel, with a Swiss Post number, for a parcel to Switzerland: Peek then shows "Delivery with Swiss Post" and that number, and moves the parcel there the same way.

Peek checks BYHD every 10 minutes by day and every hour or two overnight, and hourly once BYHD goes quiet: after 12 hours with nothing past the first line or first scan, or two days with nothing new later on. If BYHD's record still holds only its first line two days on, Peek also asks tracking services, and shows their history if it goes further. BYHD's known lines are all early steps, so only "All tracking updates" alerts you to them; "Important only" (delivery, pickup, customs, missed attempts and returns) and "Delivery day only" wait for later steps.

Questions about BYHD tracking

What is BYHD (博益弘达)?

It's 深圳市博益弘达物流有限公司, a logistics company in Longhua District, Shenzhen, whose site is byhd56.com. Its profile describes cross-border shipping by sea and by air, and services for online sellers such as Amazon FBA first-leg transport and dropshipping from overseas warehouses, to Europe and America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Its waybills are BYHD and nine digits.

Why does BYHD's tracker show a different tracking number?

It's the delivering company's number, not BYHD's: the tracker finds your order by the BYHD number but shows the one the delivering company gave it. Track it with that company, or add it to Peek as a parcel of its own.

Who delivers BYHD parcels?

BYHD doesn't say: its tracker gives no company's name, and its site names no delivery partner for any country. The number its tracker shows is the delivering company's; its shape, or the seller, tells you whose.

How long does BYHD take to deliver?

BYHD publishes no delivery times. Go by the estimate the shop gave for your order.

Who do I contact about a missing BYHD parcel?

The seller you ordered from: it booked the parcel with BYHD. BYHD lists only a contact person's mobile number and an address in Shenzhen, and nothing for recipients.
