NACEX tracking: number, statuses in English and contact

6 min read

Peek is an independent tracker, not NACEX. It shows what NACEX’s own tracking publishes.

NACEX is an express courier of the Logista group that delivers across Spain, Portugal and Andorra. To track a parcel, type its number (four digits, a slash, eight digits) into the box on NACEX's site, or paste it in the box above. The number belongs to the shipment the sender, usually the shop, booked; NACEX can't search by order number or postcode.

NACEX tracking number: what it looks like

NACEX's tracking box shows the shape as 0000/00000000, and its Tracking and Tracing page asks for the two parts separately. With invented digits:

  1. 0123Office: the NACEX franchise office the parcel left from
  2. /The slash between the two parts
  3. 45678901Delivery note: the shipment's own number

NACEX doesn't say where recipients find the number or which sender name its SMS show; how to find your tracking number lists the usual places.

What you haveWhat it is
1234/12345678A NACEX number: track it as it is.
123412345678Perhaps a NACEX number without its slash (NACEX's example puts it after the fourth digit).
2345678901Up to 10 digits: perhaps NACEX's "alternative reference", printed on the label; NACEX doesn't say where to enter it.

If NACEX answers "There are no delivery notes entered into the system…", check the digits and the slash, then ask your nearest NACEX office, as the message suggests.

What NACEX tracking statuses mean

NACEX publishes no list of its statuses. These are the Spanish wordings Peek reads; NACEX's form switches to English, but whether its status lines do hasn't been checked. In the usual order:

NACEX statusWhat it means for you
Notificado"Notified": a note around collection, not a scan.
Aceptada"Accepted": NACEX has the parcel.
En tránsito"In transit": moving between NACEX offices and hubs.
En reparto"Out for delivery": the courier has it.
Ausente"Absent": the courier found nobody in.
Solución de entrega concertadaA new delivery was arranged after a problem, such as another day.
Solución de entrega en puntoRedirected to a NACEX pickup point.
Cambio de dirección"Change of address": rerouted to a new address.
Disponible en punto NACEX"Available at a NACEX point": ready for pickup.
Contacta con agencia"Contact the office": the delivering office asks you to get in touch.
Solucionado sin OK"Solved without OK": closed without a delivery, for example by a return.
EntregadoDelivered.

The Solución de entrega… lines are arrangements, not endings: the parcel moves again. Solucionado sin OK is the one to act on: ask NACEX or the shop what happened. Sin estado ("no status") is an administrative note, such as a message sent to you or the attempt limit reached; the line before shows where things stand.

NACEX delivery points and missed deliveries

If you're out: at a home address, NACEX's 2026 conditions say the courier leaves a notice to arrange a second and final delivery. Its FAQ adds "whenever possible", and says your local office then calls if it has your number. Going away? Contact customer service (below) or your nearest office.

Pre-Alert: if the sender's service includes it, NACEX sends you an SMS or email with the expected delivery date and time. Its link opens My Preferred Delivery, where you can pick another date, time slot, NACEX office or NACEX.shop point.

NACEX.shop points: more than 4,000 shops and lockers in Spain and Portugal, many open at weekends. A parcel sent to one is ready for pickup the next working day, from 09:00 or by 12:00 depending on the point, and NACEX tells you when it's there. The NACEX Finder lists points and offices. NACEX publishes no hold time for points or lockers.

At a NACEX office: a parcel waits up to 15 days, then goes back to the sender. Tell the office you're coming, then pick it up Monday to Friday; hours vary by office. Someone picking it up for you needs your signed authorisation and a photocopy of your ID.

Saturday delivery, 09:00 to 13:00, is an extra-cost service for towns with a NACEX franchise office and up to 15 km around it; the Canaries get documents only. Sundays aren't working days. You can refuse a parcel at the door by telling the courier.

NACEX parcel not arrived, late or damaged

NACEX's claims are for its customer, usually the shop that contracted the shipment; any refund goes through that customer's franchise office.

  • Not arrived or not moving: NACEX's FAQ says to email [email protected] or call 900 100 000, without saying how long to wait first. See tracking that isn't updating.
  • Late: NACEX's customer can claim within 31 days if delivery fell outside the service bought.
  • Missing or stolen: claims within 7 days, with the invoice for the contents.
  • Damaged or items missing: NACEX advises reporting it at handover; claims run 7 days from delivery, with photos for damage. Spain's transport law (Ley 15/2009, art. 60) asks for written reservations at delivery, or within seven calendar days for hidden damage.
  • Returned: NACEX gives recipients no instructions; ask the shop about a new delivery or a refund.

Tracking says Entregado but you have nothing? See delivered but not received.

NACEX contact number and customer service

As NACEX's sites listed them on 9 October 2026, with no opening hours for phone, email or chat:

  • Spain: 900 100 000, free (+34 on the English pages, which don't say if it works from abroad), [email protected] and the live chat on the contact page.
  • Andorra: no phone or email of its own; use the Spanish channels and the Finder's Andorra tab.
  • Portugal: 800 200 077, free, [email protected] and the chat on nacex.pt.
  • Your local office: in the NACEX Finder above.
  • Claims: NACEX's claims page.

NACEX's contact pages list no WhatsApp number.

Tracking NACEX parcels with Peek

Peek recognises a NACEX number from its shape: exactly four digits, a slash and eight digits. A nacex.es tracking link (with intcli=) or the whole shipping email works too.

It checks every 10 minutes, every 2 minutes once the parcel is out for delivery and can notify you of every scan, important steps or delivery day only. It shows the status and history, and where the parcel was scanned on a map. NACEX's tracking gives no times, so you see only the day of each step. It leaves out the recipient's details, proof of delivery, delivery comments, contact details and the shop's reference, and can't speed a parcel up or contact NACEX for you.

Questions about NACEX tracking

What is NACEX?

NACEX is an express courier founded in 1995, part of the Logista group, delivering across mainland Spain, the Balearic and Canary Islands, Andorra and Portugal.

Is NACEX legit?

Yes, it's an established courier. Its tracking is on nacex.es and nacex.pt, and its customer service emails end in @nacex.com.

What is NACEX's delivery time?

It depends on the service the sender bought: NACEX 19:00 H delivers before 19:00 the next working day in mainland Spain, Andorra, Portugal and the Balearics, or before 13:00 on the second working day in towns more than 50 km from the delivering franchise office. The Canaries take 24 to 48 hours, the Azores and Madeira 2 to 5 days.

Can I change the delivery address of a NACEX parcel?

An address change needs the authorisation of the customer paying for the shipment, usually the shop: free within the same franchise office's area, at extra cost elsewhere. A Pre-Alert's link can also send it to a NACEX point.
