Morning Global tracking: BR…MG numbers, statuses, contact
Morning Global (MG), founded in 1987, is the international arm of Morning Express Group, a Hong Kong courier group. It ships parcels abroad for online shops and marketplaces, has offices in Hong Kong and across mainland China, and usually hands your parcel to a partner in your country for the delivery. Track the number the shop gives you on Morning Global's Trace & Track page, in English, or paste it in the box above.
Morning Global tracking number: what it looks like
Morning Global publishes no number format. Peek's catalog knows one shape for it. With invented digits:
| Number | What it is |
|---|---|
BR000000000MG | BR, nine digits and MG: a Morning Global number. The same layout fits postal numbers too, so Peek checks the number with Morning Global before naming it. |
BR00000000MG | Only eight digits: not Morning Global's shape. Peek doesn't point to Morning Global. Check for a missing digit. |
Lower case, spaces and dashes don't matter in Peek. Morning Global's tracker takes up to 20 numbers at once, separated by commas.
Where to find it. In the shop's shipping email or on your order page. If you can't find it, see how to find your tracking number and tracking parcels from China.
A number in another shape. Once you choose Morning Global, Peek asks its tracker about any number of 8 to 40 letters and digits.
Two services. Morning Global sells MG International Express (MGIE), which it runs itself, door to door, and the cheaper MG International Postal (MGIP), through postal hubs around the world. Between them, MGIE and MGIP cover more than 220 destinations and take parcels up to 30 kg.
Morning Global tracking statuses explained
Morning Global's tracker lists the parcel's lines under Shipment Journey, each with a status, often a description, a date and time, and a place, often a country code with its clock's UTC offset, such as CA (UTC-4). In the order a parcel usually meets them:
| Morning Global says | What it means for you | Peek shows |
|---|---|---|
Order Created | The shop has booked the shipment. Morning Global doesn't have the parcel yet. | "Label created" |
Collection | Morning Global has collected the parcel from the shop. | "Received by carrier" |
Arrive Hub | At a Morning Global hub. | "In transit" |
Depart Origin | It left the hub where its journey starts. | "In transit" |
Depart Hub | It left a hub (a line from Morning Global's former tracker page). | "In transit" |
Ready for Departure | Ready to leave for your country. | "In transit" |
Flight Departure to Destination | The flight to your country has left. | "In transit" |
Arrive Destination | It has reached your country. Customs and the hand-over to the delivering partner still follow. | "In transit" |
Customs Clearance Begins | Your country's customs have it. | "At customs" |
Customs Cleared | Customs have let it through. | "In transit" |
Handed Over for Delivery | Handed to the partner that delivers it in your country. It isn't out for delivery yet. | "In transit" |
Out for Delivery | On the delivery run. | "Out for delivery" |
Delivered | Delivered. | "Delivered" |
When a line's description says more than its status, Peek shows the status, a colon, then the description, without the name of whoever signed and without phone numbers. Wording that isn't on this list is read by Peek's general rules, or shown with no step of its own.
Not found. For a number it doesn't know, Morning Global's tracker answers No shipment record was found for this tracking number.
Who delivers Morning Global parcels
With Handed Over for Delivery, Morning Global hands the parcel to the partner that delivers it in your country. Its website doesn't name its delivery partners, and its tracker doesn't name them to Peek. Its tracker shows no field for the partner's own tracking number: to rearrange a delivery, ask the shop or Morning Global's support for it.
Its own teams. Morning Global lists the UK and the US among its self-operated locations, with regional headquarters in London and Los Angeles. Canada is among its key locations, beside the US; Australia is in its partner network.
Delivery attempts and pickup. Morning Global publishes no rules for delivery attempts, notice cards or pickup points: they're the delivering partner's. See missed delivery and uncollected parcels.
Customs in the EU (Ireland). Goods bought online from outside the EU carry a €3 customs duty per item on parcels worth up to €150, since 1 July 2026, and a €2 Union handling fee per item, whatever the value, since 1 November 2026. An item is the goods sharing a tariff classification, description and, where required, origin. On 22 October 2026, Morning Global told the shops that ship with it that from 1 November a EUR 2 Customs Handling Fee is charged for each customs declaration line, whatever the parcel's value, plus VAT on the fee where the destination country requires it. Its notice doesn't say whether shops pass the fee on to you. In the UK, the US, Canada and Australia, what you owe depends on your country: see parcels held at customs.
Customs documents. When customs need an ID copy, an invoice or another document, Morning Global's site has an Upload Clearance Documents form, which asks for the tracking number. Use it only on morninglobal.com: a text asking you to pay or send ID through another link may be a scam (see delivery scam texts).
Delays. Morning Global posts delay notices on its News page. On 30 October 2026 it warned that industrial action in Australia could delay MGIP parcels there by about 2 to 3 business days.
Morning Global parcel not updating, lost or returned
Morning Global's customers are the shops that book it. For a late, lost, damaged or returned parcel, contact the shop or the marketplace first.
Not found yet. If Peek doesn't know the carrier yet but the number is in Morning Global's BR…MG shape, Peek says "Probably Morning Global" and shows "Waiting for Morning Global’s first scan" while it keeps asking. For a parcel already filed under Morning Global, it shows "Waiting for the carrier". If nothing comes after a week, check the number with the shop.
Stuck at Order Created. The shop has booked the shipment but hasn't handed the parcel over yet. Ask the shop when it will.
At customs. Customs Clearance Begins means your country's customs have the parcel. If you're asked to pay, see parcels held at customs; if it stays there long, tell the shop.
No update for days. When a parcel still on its way has had no new line for four days, Peek flags it ("No tracking update for four days") and notes that parcels often go quiet on long flights, at customs or over a weekend. After Handed Over for Delivery, ask for the delivering partner's number. See why tracking stops updating.
Lost or damaged. Act fast. Morning Global's terms give its customer, the shop, 30 days from the day Morning Global accepted the parcel to report a claim, and 90 days to send the documents. They cap compensation at the parcel's declared value, at most US$50 a parcel, when Morning Global was at fault. Ask the shop for a refund or a new parcel. See lost parcels and damaged parcels.
Wrong address or refused. Morning Global's terms count a delivery that fails because of a wrong or incomplete address, nobody answering, or a refusal as a completed order for the shop. Check your address with the shop. If the parcel goes back, see returned to sender.
Delivered, but nothing came. Check where it was left and ask neighbours. Morning Global's tracker can show who signed under Signed By, which Peek leaves out. Then tell the shop. See delivered but not received.

Track a Morning Global parcel with Peek
Peek doesn't name Morning Global from a BR…MG number alone. Paste it all the same: Peek follows more than 3,500 carriers. It checks the number ("Checking tracking services…") and says "Morning Global has this parcel." when Morning Global's tracker knows it. A morninglobal.com tracking link with tracking_number= files the parcel under Morning Global at once ("Detected carrier"). If Peek doesn't find it, tap "Change" and pick Morning Global under "Fits this number" or "All carriers", or use "Change carrier" on a parcel you've already added.
Peek reads Morning Global's own tracker by the number alone, with no postcode. It shows the status, each line with its place, the destination country and the delivery time. It reads a line's time on the UTC offset given beside the country, a line without one on the clock of its place, a neighbouring line's, your country's or Hong Kong's, and shows every time in your device's time zone. It leaves out the origin, the Estimated Delivery, the weight, the pieces, the Reference and who signed, so it shows no expected delivery date.
As Morning Global names no delivering partner, Peek follows the parcel on Morning Global's tracker to the end, even when the number also passes the check digit postal numbers carry: it doesn't ask your country's post about it.
Peek checks at most once an hour, out for delivery too, and waits 2 hours after a failed check; a manual refresh waits the same. It can notify you of "Every scan", "Important steps" or "Delivery only": "Important steps" covers Customs Clearance Begins, Out for Delivery and Delivered. It can't contact Morning Global or the shop for you.
