Landmark Global tracking: statuses, partners and contacts

7 min read

Peek is an independent tracker, not Landmark Global. It shows what Landmark Global’s own tracking publishes.

Landmark Global carries online orders across borders for shops. It's part of Bnode, the Brussels group that also runs bpost, and it usually hands your parcel to a delivery company in your country for the last stretch. Track it with the Landmark Tracking Number (LTN) from the shop's confirmation email, on Landmark's tracking site or by pasting it in the box above.

Landmark Global tracking number

Landmark calls it the LTN, its "unique identifier created for every parcel to monitor its full journey", and says you usually get it from the shop, often in the order confirmation.

Shape (invented)What it is
LTN12345678LTN and 8 digits: a Landmark Tracking Number.
LTN123456789LTN and 9 digits: the same.
LTN123456789N1LTN, 9 digits and N1: the same, with Landmark's ending.
AB12345678The shop's order or package reference, which Landmark's tracking also accepts.
Another carrier's numberThe delivery partner's own number for the same parcel (Evri, Hermes, DPD…).

Landmark's tracking page takes up to 25 numbers at once, separated by commas. Once Landmark has handled the parcel, the page lists a "Delivery Partner" with that company's own number and a link to its site, so one parcel can have two numbers.

An LTN with 7 or 10 digits, or an ending other than N1, isn't one of Landmark's shapes: check the email for a typo. More in tracking number formats.

Landmark Global tracking statuses explained

Landmark's site has a language menu, but its scans are mostly in English: the German version keeps them in English, the French one translates Landmark's own scans, and the delivery partner's stay in the partner's words. The scans people see most, in the order a parcel meets them:

Landmark saysWhat it means for you
Shipment Data UploadedThe shop has sent Landmark the parcel's details. Landmark doesn't have it yet.
ProcessedLandmark has the parcel at its facility.
Scanned at Landmark crossdock facilityIt's passing through a Landmark hub.
Transmitted customs informationThe customs data has been sent ahead.
Customs clearedCustoms has let it through.
Departure to country of destinationIt's on the international leg.
Crossing border and in transit to carrier hubIt's heading for the delivery partner's hub.
Received in destination countryIt has arrived in your country.
Out for DeliveryIt's with the driver today.
Item arrival at collection point for pick-upIt's waiting for you at the local post's counter.
DeliveredDelivered.
The item was successfully returned to the sender. It went back to the shop.

Above the history, Landmark shows a one-word summary: Data Received, Shipped, In Transit, Complete, Delivery Issue or Returned. Complete usually follows a delivery, but it also appears when the last scan is a parcel waiting at a collection point, so read the latest scan rather than the summary. Returned comes with a link to the return's own tracking.

Once the delivery partner has the parcel, its scans appear in its own words: Arrival from abroad from a post, Courier Received or Parcel delivered from a courier. Evri's Out For Delivery To Courier means the depot has handed it to a courier; the delivery round comes after. Customs cleared : awaiting payment means duties or taxes are due before delivery.

Landmark Global delivery: who brings it and missed parcels

In most countries Landmark doesn't deliver itself. On live parcels, the partner was often Evri in the UK, Hermes in Germany, DPD in Austria and Apple Express, Landmark's sister company, in Canada; parcels to the US, Italy and other countries often show "Postal Carrier", meaning the national post, linked to bpost's international tracking. In Belgium, Landmark works with bpost. These are examples, not rules: the partner field on your parcel is what counts.

Notices, pickup points, holding times and redelivery follow that partner's rules, not Landmark's. If you're out, Landmark says to follow the driver's instructions or contact its customer service to reschedule or arrange pickup, adding that not every service offers redelivery or pickup. Not Delivered - Addressee not present- Message left is a post's scan for a missed attempt with a notice.

Address changes: Landmark's European FAQ says once the parcel has a label, the address can no longer be changed. Its US and Canada page says a change depends on the shipping stage.

For the partner's own rules, see the Evri, Hermes or bpost page.

Landmark Global parcel delayed, lost or returned

Stuck on Shipment Data Uploaded. The shop has sent Landmark the parcel's details but Landmark hasn't received the parcel yet, and the partner reads "To Be Routed" until it does. Ask the shop when it was sent.

No update after handover. Newer scans may appear only on the delivery partner's site, under the "Delivery Partner" link on Landmark's page. See why tracking stops updating.

Lost, damaged or wrong item. Landmark asks you to contact the seller, who can open an investigation and deal with Landmark. It offers insurance only to its direct customers, the shops. Act quickly: Landmark's EU terms give the shop 30 calendar days from Landmark's "accepted" scan to file a complaint.

Customs. Scans such as Customs cleared : awaiting payment or Held by Customs - Unspecified reason mean customs is involved. Landmark publishes nothing for recipients on duties; parcels held at customs explains what generally applies.

Returned. The page shows Returned with a link to the return's tracking. Ask the shop about a refund or a new shipment.

Landmark Global customer service and contact number

Landmark's pages, read on 12 October 2026, say to contact the shop first or check its FAQ.

  • UK, Ireland and Europe: the customer support page has the FAQ and a "Send Email" button to [email protected]. Include your tracking number and shipment details. No phone number, chat or hours are listed. The UK address is Unit 3, Heathrow Logistics Park, Bedfont Rd, Feltham TW14 8EE.
  • US and Canada: the support form page lists phone 1-888-205-2251, Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm EST, and [email protected].

Landmark's general contact page is for business enquiries: tracking questions sent there aren't processed. Once a delivery partner is named, missed deliveries and pickup questions go to that partner.

Tracking a Landmark Global parcel with Peek

Peek names Landmark Global at once for an LTN. A link from track.landmarkglobal.com or landmarkglobal.com (with search= or trck=) works too, even with a shop reference inside. For a shop's order or package reference typed alone, choose Landmark Global with "Change".

It reads Landmark's English page, so wordings appear in English, partners' scans in their own words, and Landmark's delivered scans as "Delivered". It shows the status, the place of each step, the destination country and the delivery partner with its number, but no expected delivery date, and it leaves out order and package references and payment prompts.

Landmark's scan times carry no time zone, so its own history isn't shown: the dated history comes from universal tracking services or, once the parcel is followed, from the delivery partner, and Landmark is asked again every 6 hours. With no service answering, you see Landmark's current status, dated when Peek saw it.

When the partner is one Peek tracks directly, such as Evri, Royal Mail, USPS or Canada Post, the parcel can be followed there; its page then says "Delivery with" that carrier and lists the partner's number with a link. That doesn't happen for every parcel. Each scan goes on a map, and you can be notified of every scan, important steps or "Delivery day only".

Questions about Landmark Global tracking

Is Landmark Global a courier?

It's a cross-border shipping company for online shops, working with postal and delivery partners to reach over 220 destinations. The final delivery is usually made by a local partner named in the tracking.

Is Landmark Global part of Canada Post?

No. Landmark has been part of Bnode, bpost's group, since 2016. In Canada it works with its sister company Apple Express, and some parcels show a generic "Postal Carrier" instead.

How long does Landmark Global take to deliver?

Landmark says delivery times depend on the service the shop chose and the destination. Check the shop's shipping details or the tracking.

What does "To Be Routed" mean on Landmark Global tracking?

The delivery partner hasn't been chosen yet, usually because Landmark has only the shop's data (Shipment Data Uploaded) and not the parcel. The partner appears once Landmark has handled it.
