Yilong Logistics tracking: YIL numbers and statuses

6 min read

Peek is an independent tracker, not Yilong Logistics. It shows what Yilong Logistics’s own tracking publishes.

Yilong Logistics (一龙物流) is a freight forwarder in Putian, in China's Fujian province, and its waybill numbers start with YIL and end with WL. Type yours in the 包裹追踪 (parcel tracking) box on yxhlexpress.com or in the box above, and expect a short history: Yilong's scans stop once the parcel is handed to an airline.

Yilong Logistics tracking number: what it looks like

Yilong publishes no number format. The waybills its tracker answers are YIL, nine digits and WL. Three made-up examples:

NumberWhat it is
YIL000000017WLYIL, nine digits, WL: a Yilong Logistics waybill.
YIL00000001WLEight digits instead of nine: a digit has probably been dropped.
RR000000005CNTwo letters, nine digits, CN: a China Post number, not one of Yilong's.

Peek takes the number in lower case or with spaces too. If the seller hasn't sent you one, see how to find your tracking number.

Yilong's tracking box. It asks for "订单号或追踪号" (an order number or a tracking number), one per line, and its results page takes up to 30 at a time. The box sends the numbers as a form, so the results have no address of their own: there's no Yilong tracking link to save or share.

Yilong Logistics tracking statuses explained

Yilong's scans are in English, apart from one Chinese line that its tracking platform, Hualei (华磊), writes by itself. In the order a parcel meets them:

Yilong saysWhat it means for you
货物电子信息已经收到"Electronic shipment information received". The order exists, but Yilong hasn't scanned the parcel yet.
Package received and scanned at warehouseYilong's warehouse has the parcel and the line names the place: the first scan in Yilong's hands.
Package departed from the warehouseThe parcel has left the warehouse; this line names the place too.
Customs export clearance completedChina's export customs have released it. Not your country's import customs.
Package handed over to airlineAn airline has it for the flight. Normally the last line Yilong writes.

The customs and airline lines carry no place. No line carries a time zone either: the times are Beijing's, so a scan at 09:00 there happened the evening before by New York's clock.

Who delivers Yilong Logistics parcels

Yilong doesn't name anyone. Its tracking record holds no delivery company and no second tracking number, and nothing on its site says who delivers in your country. The company that does sets the rules for delivery attempts, pickup points and how long a parcel is held, and Yilong publishes none of its own. Ask the seller who has your parcel after the flight and under which number. Asked to pay import charges? See parcels held at customs.

Yilong Logistics parcel not arriving or tracking stuck

Stuck on Package handed over to airline. That's where Yilong's history normally ends, so silence after it doesn't mean the parcel has stopped. Wait for the delivery estimate the shop gave you, and contact the seller once it has passed. Why histories go quiet after a flight: tracking a parcel from China and why tracking stops updating.

Only the Chinese line. The seller has created the order, but Yilong hasn't received the parcel. No warehouse scan after a few days? Check with the seller that the parcel was really sent.

Nothing found. When Yilong's tracker doesn't know a number, its result holds only that number, under 参考号 (reference). Compare it with the seller's message, character by character.

Lost, damaged or returned. Yilong's site has no claim form and no terms. The seller is Yilong's customer, so the refund or replacement is the seller's to arrange; if the seller goes quiet, open a case with the marketplace. Lost parcels and returned to sender cover the next steps.

Yilong Logistics contact number and customer service

Read on yxhlexpress.com on 28 October 2026, all in Chinese:

  • Pages: 联系我们 (contact), 客服中心 (customer service) and 公司介绍 (company profile) show their title and nothing more.
  • WeChat: a QR code headed 官网微信二维码 (the site's WeChat QR code), in the side panel on every page and in the footer.
  • Phone: a Chinese mobile number at the bottom of that side panel, with no label: nothing says whose line it is, when it's answered or in which language.

There's no email address, no street address and nothing addressed to recipients: the rest of the home page is for shippers, with an account login and sign-up under 寄件下单 (book a shipment) and a rate calculator. Questions about your order go to the seller.

Track a Yilong Logistics parcel with Peek

Paste a YIL…WL number into Peek and it goes straight to Yilong Logistics: no other carrier Peek knows issues that layout. Peek follows more than 3,500 carriers, but a seller's order reference has no shape to go by. Add it anyway, press "Change" and choose Yilong Logistics (searching 一龙物流 or YXHL finds it too), or pick "Change carrier" on a parcel already in your list. If Yilong's tracker knows the reference, Peek also shows the order's YIL number. Peek drops dashes, though, so look up a reference with dashes in Yilong's own box.

Peek reads Yilong's tracker directly. It shows each line in Yilong's words, the Chinese one included, the place on the two warehouse lines, and the service name and destination country when the record holds them. The warehouse receipt counts as received by the carrier; the departure, export clearance and airline lines count as in transit. Yilong's Beijing times appear in your device's time zone. Names, address, postcodes, weight, fees, the seller's reference, signature and proof of delivery on the record stay out of Peek, and there's no expected delivery date, as Yilong gives none.

A line dated later than the moment Peek checks, on Beijing time, is held back until that time. Since Yilong's record names no delivery company, Peek follows the parcel only as far as Yilong's history goes, which is normally the airline. When the seller gives you the delivering company's number, add it as a separate parcel.

While the parcel moves, Peek checks Yilong every 10 minutes in the daytime and at least every two hours at night; after two days with nothing new, as usually happens after the airline line, it checks hourly. All of Yilong's lines are early steps, so only the setting that alerts you to every scan reports them: the important-steps and delivery-day settings wait for customs, delivery and the like, which Yilong's tracker doesn't show. Peek can't chase Yilong or the seller for you.

Questions about Yilong Logistics tracking

What is Yilong Logistics (一龙物流)?

It is 莆田市城厢区一龙物流有限公司, a freight forwarder in Chengxiang district of Putian, Fujian, whose site, yxhlexpress.com, describes its business as international exports, mainly on a dedicated US line (主打美国专线). Its waybills are YIL, nine digits and WL.

Why has my Yilong tracking stopped at "Package handed over to airline"?

Because that's normally Yilong's last scan. The flight, import customs and delivery come after it, and Yilong's record doesn't name the company that handles them. The seller can tell you which one does, and give you its number.

How long does Yilong Logistics take to deliver?

Yilong publishes no delivery times. The list under its tracking box, one masked number repeated with 5天 (5 days) and a date in 2022, says nothing about your parcel. Rely on the delivery estimate from the shop instead.
