SEUR tracking: numbers, statuses and pickup points

6 min read

Peek is an independent tracker, not SEUR. It shows what SEUR’s own tracking publishes.

SEUR is a Spanish parcel and express carrier, part of the Geopost group that also runs DPD. Track it without an account on SEUR's miSEUR tracking page, with the link in SEUR's emails or by pasting the number in the box above. The number comes from the sender: if you don't have it, SEUR's help says to ask the shop.

SEUR tracking number: what it looks like and where to find it

SEUR publishes no format; its tracking field asks for the "Shipment ID". Numbers are usually 14 or 21 digits, and a 7-digit code works too:

Shape (invented)What it is
1230000000000014 digits
12345678901234567890121 digits
12345677 digits

Look in the shop's shipping email or your order page. No number at all? See how to find your tracking number.

Fourteen digits also fit DPD, Relais Colis, BRT and others, so check which carrier the shop's email names.

What SEUR's tracking statuses mean

SEUR's tracking site is in Spanish and English. The statuses below are the Spanish ones, in capitals, as SEUR writes them and as Peek shows them, apart from the delivered ones.

SEUR's statusWhat it means for you
EL ENVÍO HA SIDO REGISTRADO.The sender has created the shipment. SEUR doesn't have the parcel yet.
EL ENVÍO HA SIDO RECEPCIONADO EN LAS INSTALACIONES DE ORIGEN DE SEUR. COMIENZA EL TRÁNSITO A DESTINOSEUR has received it at its origin depot and it's on its way.
EL ENVÍO ESTÁ EN TRÁNSITO. PRÓXIMAMENTE LLEGARÁ A LAS INSTALACIONES DE DESTINO.In transit to the depot that delivers in your area.
EL ENVÍO SERÁ ENTREGADO EN LA FECHA CONCERTADA. ACTUALIZAREMOS LA SITUACIÓN.A delivery day has been agreed.
EL ENVÍO HA SUFRIDO UN RETRASO Y ES POSIBLE QUE SE DEMORE LA ENTREGA. DISCULPA LAS MOLESTIAS.Delayed: delivery may come later than planned.
EL ENVÍO ESTÁ EN REPARTO.Out for delivery today.
EL ENVÍO NO SE HA ENTREGADO POR AUSENCIA O CIERRE. SE PUEDE REPROGRAMAR UNA NUEVA ENTREGA.Missed: nobody was in or the place was closed. You can rebook.
EL ENVÍO NO SE HA ENTREGADO PORQUE NO ES LA DIRECCIÓN ACTUAL DEL DESTINATARIO.Not delivered: the address is wrong or out of date.
EL ENVÍO ESTÁ DISPONIBLE PARA RECOGER EN EL PUNTO SEUR PICKUP.Ready for pickup at a SEUR Pickup point.
EL ENVÍO ESTÁ ENTREGADO.Delivered.
EL ENVÍO HA SIDO ENTREGADO A UN VECINO.Delivered to a neighbour.

"En tránsito" confuses people: SEUR's help says it covers a parcel heading to your local depot and one already there, waiting to go out. The delay message gives no reason or length. Parcels that go through customs also show two customs steps, arrival at customs and clearance, before delivery.

SEUR delivery, pickup points and missed deliveries

SEUR delivers Monday to Friday, and on Saturday morning only when the sender booked that option.

Missed delivery. SEUR's Spanish transport conditions say consumer parcels get one delivery attempt, then go to the nearest SEUR Pickup point; the English version of the same page mentions up to two attempts. SEUR leaves a notice.

Changing the delivery (SEUR Predict). Predict emails or texts you when the parcel is collected, with the delivery day, then sends a one-hour window on the day. Before delivery or after a missed attempt you can choose a Pickup point, another day or another address. In miSEUR they're greyed out when the sender doesn't allow changes or the time for changes has run out. Predict isn't available for every delivery: it depends on what the sender chose.

SEUR Pickup points and lockers. Find one of SEUR's thousands of Pickup shops and lockers with its Pickup point finder. A shop keeps your parcel up to 7 days after SEUR tells you it's there, a locker 5 days. After that it goes back to the sender. At a shop, show the QR code or PIN from SEUR's message, or your ID (DNI, NIE or passport). Someone else can go with that message. Lockers open 24 hours; the PIN arrives by email or SMS.

SEUR parcel delayed, lost or damaged

SEUR says a new shipment can take up to 48 hours to show. If the number still isn't found, the sender may not have handed the parcel over: ask the sender. Past the expected day? Check miSEUR, then use SEUR's customer service form. See also tracking that isn't updating.

Who acts: SEUR compensates only the customer who paid for the shipment and tells other recipients to contact the sender. If you bought online, start with the shop.

SEUR's own deadlines for damage or missing items:

  • Visible damage: note it on the delivery slip when the parcel arrives, and take photos of the goods and packaging straight away.
  • Hidden damage or missing contents: 7 days from delivery (8 for parcels to Portugal), in writing. Keep the packaging.
  • Delays: written reservations to SEUR within 21 days of delivery.

Marked delivered but not with you? SEUR suggests checking whether someone else at the address took it, then calling or using the form; see delivered but not received. Claims go through miSEUR's complaints area, where you say whether you're the sender or the recipient and get a case number.

SEUR customer service and contact number

SEUR's channels for recipients in Spain, as listed on its help pages on 11 October 2026:

  • Consumer line 800 00 95 84, free under Spanish consumer law.
  • Customer service 902 10 10 10.
  • Online form in miSEUR's support area, and Lola, SEUR's chatbot, for tracking and problems.

SEUR publishes no opening hours and no English-language line.

Tracking SEUR parcels with Peek

Peek asks SEUR about 21- and 7-digit numbers directly. For 14 digits it asks the likely carriers at once, SEUR first for readers in Spain or Portugal. You see "asking…" and then "SEUR has this parcel." when only SEUR knows it; otherwise press "Change" and pick SEUR. A miSEUR or live-tracking link with tracking= works too, and no postcode is needed. A 21-digit number with 000 as its 13th to 15th digits is taken for Australia Post's: pick SEUR with "Change".

Peek shows the status, the history and the weight. SEUR gives no place for its scans, so nothing appears on the map. Statuses stay in SEUR's Spanish; the delivered ones show as "Delivered". Peek drops the parcel count, the sender, the recipient and the delivery PIN and QR code. SEUR's scan times carry no reliable time zone, so the dated history comes from other tracking services and SEUR is asked again every 6 hours; if none answers, you see only SEUR's current status. Multi-parcel shipments are followed only through those services. You can be notified when the status changes.

Questions about SEUR tracking

Why is SEUR tracking not working?

Usually the shipment is too new: SEUR says it can take 48 hours to appear. After that, ask the sender whether it was handed over.

Does SEUR deliver on Saturdays?

Only on Saturday mornings, and only when the sender booked Saturday delivery.

Is there a SEUR customer service number in English?

SEUR lists none. Its numbers are 800 00 95 84 (free) and 902 10 10 10; the form and chatbot are on seur.com.

Is SEUR the same as DPD?

Not quite: SEUR belongs to the Geopost group, which also runs DPD, and uses DPD's network in Europe. SEUR's Portuguese site now leads to DPD Portugal.
