Z-Leading (Zhongling) tracking: numbers, delivery and help

6 min read

Peek is an independent tracker, not Z-Leading. It shows what Z-Leading’s own tracking publishes.

Z-Leading (Shenzhen Z-leading International Logistics, which the tracking service 17TRACK lists as ZHONGLING) is a Shenzhen freight forwarder that ships goods from China by express, air, sea, rail and road. It has no tracking page of its own: it gives its customers the carrier's number and that carrier's website. Paste the number in the box above, or track it on the carrier's site.

Z-Leading tracking number: what it looks like

Z-Leading publishes no number format, and no public page shows a whole Z-Leading number. Its FAQ says that once a shipment is dispatched, it gives the customer a tracking number and the official website of the carrier: an express company, an airline or a shipping line.

Z-Leading says it is a first-class agent of DHL, UPS and FedEx and prints their waybills itself, so an express shipment can carry one of their numbers. Their shapes, with invented digits:

NumberWhat it is
1Z00000000000000001Z and 16 letters or digits: UPS.
0000000000Ten digits: can be DHL Express, among others.
000000000000Twelve digits: can be FedEx, among others.

For air or sea freight, the number belongs to the airline or shipping line, and their website tracks it. If the number you have fits none of these, see tracking number formats.

Where to find it. If you booked the shipment, Z-Leading sends the number once it leaves. If a shop sent it, the number comes with the order's shipping details. Z-Leading's pages mention Amazon FBA shipments and brands selling on Amazon and eBay; they don't name AliExpress, Temu, Shein or TikTok Shop. If you can't find the number, see how to find your tracking number.

Z-Leading tracking statuses

Z-Leading publishes no statuses. With no tracker of its own, the lines you see are the carrier's, or a tracking service's copy of them, in their wording. Z-Leading's FAQ adds that its customer service sends customers shipping updates by email or chat, daily or weekly.

Who delivers Z-Leading shipments

Z-Leading doesn't say who delivers on each service. A shipment with a DHL, UPS or FedEx number, which Z-Leading prints as their agent, is delivered by that carrier, and its rules for delivery attempts, notice cards, pickup points and held parcels apply: see the UPS, DHL Express and FedEx pages.

On its DDP lines by air, sea, rail or road, Z-Leading says it handles everything from pickup to customs clearance, duties, taxes and final delivery. It doesn't name the company that delivers in your country.

Customs. Z-Leading's FAQ sets out the difference. With DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), the shipping company clears customs on both sides and pays the import duties and taxes. With DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), the buyer clears customs and pays import duties or VAT before delivery. More in parcels held at customs.

Z-Leading shipment late, stuck or lost

No update. Check the carrier's own tracking first: it's often ahead of tracking services. More in why tracking stops updating and tracking a parcel from China.

Lost or damaged. Z-Leading's FAQ says it insures the goods. For damage or loss, its customer sends photos to its specialist straight away to file a claim, and Z-Leading helps them contact the insurer. For a shipment delayed too long, the customer can ask for a discount on their next shipment. These rules are for whoever booked with Z-Leading. If a shop sent you the parcel, ask the shop for a refund or a new parcel: see lost parcels.

Delivered but not there. Start with the carrier that delivered it. See delivered but not received.

Z-Leading contact and customer service

As read on 22 October 2026, z-leading.com lists, in English:

  • After-sales: [email protected], the address its contact page gives for after-sales service. It's on the site of Forest Shipping, another Shenzhen forwarder.
  • Form: the contact page's form, which is for business inquiries and freight quotes only.
  • Phone and WhatsApp: one Chinese mobile number, shown on the contact page with an email address. No hours are given.
  • Address: First Floor, Building B2, Fumin Industrial Zone, Tangwei Community, Fuhai Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen.

Z-Leading lists no office or contact for recipients outside China. If you booked the shipment, your Z-Leading agent is the one to ask; if a shop sent it, ask the shop.

Track a Z-Leading shipment with Peek

Peek can't tell a Z-Leading shipment by its number: its catalog has no Z-Leading number shape. Paste it all the same: Peek follows more than 3,500 carriers. Peek recognises a valid UPS number at once; for ten or twelve digits, it asks the carriers whose numbers look like that, DHL Express and FedEx among them, and follows the one that has the parcel with its own tracking.

For any other number, Peek asks tracking services while you add it ("Checking tracking services…"). When they name Zhongling or Z-Leading as the carrier and show the parcel moving, Peek names Z-Leading. Otherwise pick Z-Leading with "Change": typing "Zhongling" or "中领国际" finds it too. If no service knows the number yet, the carrier list says "Not found by tracking services yet. Peek will keep checking after you add it."

Z-Leading has no tracker for Peek to read. So for a parcel filed under Z-Leading, Peek asks ParcelsApp, Ship24 and 17TRACK in turn and keeps the first one that has the parcel. It shows the status and history that service holds, in its wording. That history can lag behind the carrier's own, and for some shipments there's nothing at all. The parcel's tracking link opens that service's page for the number. When the service names a carrier Peek reads directly, Peek asks that carrier for the same number and switches to it once it shows progress as recent. Peek doesn't pass your IP address or country on to the services.

Peek checks every 15 minutes, out for delivery too; a service that didn't know the number is asked again a day later. It can notify you of every scan, important steps only or "Delivery day only". It can't contact Z-Leading or the shop for you.

Questions about Z-Leading tracking

What is Z-Leading?

Shenzhen Z-leading International Logistics Co., Ltd., a Shenzhen freight forwarder founded in 2013. It ships goods from China by express and by air, sea, rail and road freight, including duties-paid (DDP) lines, and runs warehouses in China, the US and Europe. 17TRACK lists it as ZHONGLING, and typing "Zhongling" or "中领国际" in Peek's carrier list finds it.

Does Z-Leading have a tracking page?

No. It gives its customers the carrier's number and website once a shipment leaves. Track the number there, or paste it into Peek.

Who delivers Z-Leading parcels?

Z-Leading doesn't say for each service. A shipment with a DHL, UPS or FedEx number, which Z-Leading prints as their agent, is delivered by that carrier. On its DDP lines, it doesn't name the company that delivers in your country.

How do I contact Z-Leading?

Its contact page gives [email protected] for after-sales service, a Chinese mobile number on phone and WhatsApp, and a form for business inquiries. If a shop sent your parcel, ask the shop.
