Juxi Express tracking: JXC numbers, delivery and help

8 min read

Peek is an independent tracker, not Juxi Express. It shows what Juxi Express’s own tracking publishes.

Juxi Express (上海驹隙国际物流有限公司, Shanghai Juxi International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd.) is a Shanghai forwarder that ships parcels abroad for online sellers in China, on its own lines and through the post. It has no tracking page of its own: paste the number in the box above, or look it up on a tracking service such as 17TRACK, which lists Juxi as SHJX. The seller who booked Juxi has the number and gives it with your order's shipping details.

Juxi Express tracking number: what it looks like

Juxi publishes no number format. Its waybills seen so far are 17 characters: JXC, two letters, ten digits and YQ. With invented digits:

NumberWhat it is
JXCAB1234567890YQJXC, two letters, ten digits, YQ: a Juxi Express waybill.
JXCAB123456789YQOnly nine digits: not a Juxi shape. Check for a missing digit.
RR123456785CNTwo letters, nine digits, CN: a postal number from China Post, one of the services Juxi resells.

Where to find it. No Juxi page says how the number reaches you. The seller books the parcel with Juxi and gives the number in its shipping email or on your order page. If you can't find it, see how to find your tracking number.

Numbers that look alike. Other Chinese forwarders also end their waybills in YQ, with their own letters in front: the JXC at the start is what marks Juxi Express. Spaces, dashes and lower case don't matter when you paste the number into Peek.

Juxi Express tracking statuses explained

Juxi publishes no list of scan wordings, and with no tracker of its own, the lines you see are the tracking services' copies, in their wording. Juxi's terms for sellers do mark the stages a parcel goes through:

StageWhat it means for you
Collected by JuxiJuxi has picked the parcel up from the seller. It counts a parcel as received only once its warehouse scans it in.
Left Juxi's warehouseOn its way to the flight, the train or the post in China.
Online with the next carrierThe post or courier that takes over has the parcel on its own tracking. Juxi calls this 上网, "online".
Flight and customsCarried to your country and cleared there. Tracking often goes quiet for days.
With the local carrierYour post or courier has it and does the delivery.
Delivered or returnedThe end of the trip. On some lines, a parcel that can't be delivered is destroyed instead.

The third stage matters when a parcel goes missing: before it, Juxi investigates itself; after it, it asks the next carrier. On postal products such as ePacket, Juxi offers no tracing once the post has the parcel, and its economy China Post small packet, sent as ordinary mail, can't be tracked at all.

For the gaps and handovers typical of parcels from China, see tracking a parcel from China.

Who delivers Juxi Express parcels

Juxi gets parcels out of China, and a carrier in your country delivers them. Its line terms name that carrier for some destinations:

  • UK. The UK line flies from Shanghai Pudong to London Heathrow, and Royal Mail delivers some UK orders. Juxi's UK–Germany small-parcel line doesn't serve offshore islands, military areas or Northern Ireland (BT postcodes), and destroys a UK parcel it can't deliver, with no second attempt.
  • Germany. After customs, DHL Paket delivers parcels on that line, not to P.O. boxes. One it can't deliver comes back and is destroyed or sent again, as the sender chooses and pays for.
  • Canada. The Canada line lands in Vancouver or Toronto and goes to Canada Post. A parcel refused or wrongly addressed comes back, at the sender's cost.
  • Japan. The Japan line is named after Sagawa Express. Its delivery depot usually keeps a parcel about a week before it goes back.
  • United States. The US economy line doesn't serve Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or other territories. Juxi doesn't name the delivering carrier.
  • Post and rail. Juxi also sells China Post small packets, ePacket, EMS, China Post parcels by air, SAL or sea, a global tracked small packet sent through PostNL (the Dutch post), and small parcels by China–Europe train to some 20 European countries. Juxi says each country's post clears and delivers its postal parcels.

Juxi also resells DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT. It publishes no rules for delivery attempts, notice cards or pickup points: those are the local carrier's. If a tracking service's history names that carrier or its number, use the carrier's own tracking to rearrange a delivery or find where the parcel waits.

Juxi Express parcel not arriving, stuck or lost

Who acts. The seller is Juxi's customer. Under Juxi's consignment terms, claims come in writing from the shipper within 30 days of the recipient receiving the parcel. So for a late, lost, damaged or returned parcel, contact the shop or marketplace you ordered from.

Ask early. On its dedicated lines Juxi accepts a trace only in the first weeks after shipping, and none at all after 60 days. If tracking stops, tell the seller soon. More in why tracking stops updating and lost parcels.

What Juxi pays. Its line terms cap what it pays the seller for a lost parcel, at 100 yuan on most lines, and pay nothing for delays, returns, or damage found after delivery. Your refund comes from the shop, not from Juxi.

Held parcels. If Juxi can reach neither the recipient nor the sender by phone, its terms say it posts a notice on its website and may dispose of the parcel when nobody answers within 7 days.

Customs. On its DDP lines to the UK and Europe, Juxi collects the VAT from the seller in advance, but where Royal Mail delivers and VAT or duty is still due, the recipient may have to pay it. On the global tracked small packet, only the recipient can pay duty and VAT. On the Canada line, Juxi bills the sender for duty above 20 CAD, and for US parcels it takes a duty deposit from the sender. See parcels held at customs.

Juxi Express contact number and customer service

As read on 21 October 2026, juxiex.com, in Chinese only, lists:

  • Phone: 021-60739366, a Shanghai landline (+86 21 6073 9366 from abroad). No hours are published.
  • Address: Room 605, Building B, 1777 Hualong Road, Qingpu District, Shanghai. Its about page also lists offices in Guangzhou, Quanzhou and Yiwu, and a second one in Shanghai.
  • Sales contacts: managers' mobile numbers, an email address and a QQ chat link, meant for sellers booking shipments.

Juxi lists no contact, form or office for recipients outside China. For anything about your order, ask the seller; for the delivery itself, ask the local carrier.

Tracking Juxi Express parcels with Peek

Peek names Juxi Express straight away for a number of the JXC shape. There's no Juxi tracking link to paste, and no account, postcode or phone number is needed.

Juxi has no tracking page left for Peek to read: the tracking button on its home page no longer opens a tracker. So Peek follows Juxi parcels through tracking services and shows the status and history those services hold, in their wording. That history can lag behind the local carrier's own, and for some parcels there's nothing yet. If it gives the local carrier's number, add that number to Peek as well.

Peek checks every 15 minutes, out for delivery too, and can notify you of every scan, important steps only or "Delivery day only". It can't contact Juxi Express or the seller for you.
