Quick Rabbit tracking: PKG codes, statuses and Citibox

9 min read

Peek is an independent tracker, not Quick Rabbit. It shows what Quick Rabbit’s own tracking publishes.

Quick Rabbit is a Spanish delivery company for online shops and retailers, based in San Fernando de Henares near Madrid. It delivers across Spain to your door, to pick-up points and to Citibox lockers. Track a parcel with its PKG code on Quick Rabbit's tracking page or paste it in the box above. Quick Rabbit says you'll find the code in your confirmation email or shipping receipt.

Quick Rabbit tracking number: the PKG code

Quick Rabbit calls it the tracking code (código de seguimiento). It comes in two layouts, and the tracker also takes the shipper's reference (digits invented):

NumberWhat it is
PKG00020260101123456789PKG, three digits, the date the parcel was registered (year, month, day) and nine more digits: the usual Quick Rabbit code.
PKG000260101ES1234567890123APKG, nine digits, ES, 13 digits and a letter: a longer, rarer layout.
AB1234567890123456Two letters and 16 digits: the shipper's reference, shown as Referencia on Quick Rabbit's page.

A code the tracker doesn't know gets Paquete no encontrado ("Package not found"): check it against the shop's email. No code at all? Ask the shop, or see how to find a tracking number.

What Quick Rabbit's tracking statuses mean

Quick Rabbit's tracking page opens in Spanish (English and Chinese too). Here are its Spanish lines, with the English line and the status Peek shows for each, roughly in the order a parcel meets them:

Some lines only note something: Cliente Solicitó Cambio de Dirección (you asked for an address change), No Se Pudo Contactar al Cliente (Quick Rabbit couldn't reach you), Almacén - Esperando Gestión de Cliente (held at the warehouse until customer service sorts out an incident). Primer Intento de Entrega desde Almacén says an attempt was scheduled, not how it went. Peek lists these without changing the parcel's status.

Quick Rabbit delivery: couriers, Citibox and pick-up points

Quick Rabbit says it covers all 50 provinces of Spain, and its services page offers shops SMS and email notifications and a retry after a failed delivery. Missed a delivery? See missed deliveries.

Citibox lockers and pick-up points. Instead of your door, the courier can leave the parcel in a Citibox locker, or it can go to a pick-up point. Quick Rabbit's pages don't give the code to open the locker, name the pick-up points or say how long either keeps a parcel. Retirado de Citibox por Repartidor ("Retrieved from Citibox by Courier") means the courier took it back out of the locker. More in parcel lockers and uncollected parcels.

Change a Quick Rabbit delivery: address, phone or date

While the parcel is on its way, Quick Rabbit's tracking page shows a box, Actualizar datos de entrega ("Update delivery details"). Enter your email and Quick Rabbit sends you a secure link. On it you can change the phone number or the address (only within the same city), or choose a preferred delivery date. Changes apply "in the next few hours". Each link allows a limited number of changes, and it expires.

Don't wait too long. Once "more than 5 days have passed since it was received", in Quick Rabbit's words, the link answers "Ya no es posible realizar cambios en este paquete" (no more changes can be made) and the parcel "comenzará el proceso de devolución a origen": it starts going back to the sender. More in changing a delivery address.

Quick Rabbit parcel late, lost or delivered but not received

For any problem with a parcel, Quick Rabbit's contact page sends you to the claim process on its tracking page.

Delivered but not received. Read the delivery line first: a neighbour or the doorman may have it. Still nothing? On the tracking page of a delivered parcel, press Click aquí under "¿Quieres informar sobre un problema?" ("Want to report a problem?"). Confirm the email address the order was placed with, and Quick Rabbit emails you instructions. The claim form asks what happened, may ask for photos, and lets you choose a reply by email, phone or SMS. More in delivered but not received.

Stuck, lost or damaged. If nothing moves for days, see tracking that isn't updating. For a parcel shown as lost, damaged or stolen, the tracking page's help box becomes Soporte Urgente (urgent support), linking to Quick Rabbit's contact page. Under EU rules the shop answers for your order until you receive it, so ask it for a refund or a new parcel too: see lost parcels, damaged parcels and returned to sender.

Track a Quick Rabbit parcel with Peek

Peek recognises a Quick Rabbit number by its shape: PKG, three digits, the eight-digit date and nine digits, in capitals or not, spaces allowed. The longer PKG…ES… code isn't enough on its own: Peek asks Quick Rabbit and shows "Quick Rabbit has this parcel." when it knows the code; if it doesn't, Peek asks tracking services too and keeps checking after you add the parcel. The shipper's reference has no shape: paste it all the same (Peek follows more than 3,500 carriers), press "Change" and pick Quick Rabbit. Peek then shows the PKG code under "Quick Rabbit tracks this as". A Quick Rabbit tracking link with ref= works too.

Peek reads Quick Rabbit's own tracker: the status, the history in the English lines above and the delivery time, read on Madrid time and shown in your device's time zone. Quick Rabbit names no places, so there's no map. Peek leaves out the estimated delivery date (Quick Rabbit keeps it a few days ahead, even for parcels returned long ago), the destination city, the shipper's reference and the courier's coordinates, which can be your door. There's no proof of delivery and no locker code, and Peek doesn't hand the parcel on to Citibox: the locker steps are Quick Rabbit's own lines.

Peek checks every 10 minutes by day, every 2 minutes once the parcel is out for delivery, and every hour or two overnight. It can notify you of every scan, important steps only or "Delivery day only". It can't change the delivery, open a claim, or contact Quick Rabbit or the shop for you.

Questions about Quick Rabbit tracking

Is Quick Rabbit legit?

Yes. It's a Spanish logistics company that says it has more than 5 years of experience delivering for online shops and retailers across Spain, and it names AliExpress, Amazon, Cainiao, DHL, Paack, CTT Express, MRW and Celeritas among its partners.

How do I change my Quick Rabbit delivery address?

Press Actualizar datos de entrega on the tracking page and enter your email. The link changes the address within the same city, the phone or the date. Once more than 5 days have passed since the parcel was received, as Quick Rabbit puts it, no more changes can be made and it goes back to the sender.

What does "Potencialmente perdido" mean?

"Potentially lost": Quick Rabbit is investigating where the parcel is, and says it may still be in transit or out for delivery. Peek shows Under investigation. If Paquete perdido ("Lost Package") follows, ask the shop for a refund or a new parcel.

How do I contact Quick Rabbit?

Email customer@quickrabbit.es or WhatsApp +34 628 437 468. For a problem with a parcel, use the claim on the tracking page, as the contact page asks.
