Vinted Go tracking: statuses, lockers and who to contact
Vinted Go is Vinted's own parcel service: it carries parcels sold on Vinted from a locker or parcel shop to another locker, parcel shop or neighbourhood point, and in some places to the buyer's door. To track one, open the order's conversation in Vinted and tap the tracking button, or enter the number on Vinted Go's tracking page.
Where to find your Vinted Go tracking number
In your order's conversation on Vinted, you can follow the link to the carrier's tracking page or copy the tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show on Vinted after the seller ships.
Vinted Go publishes no format for its numbers. Those Peek's carrier list knows are 16 digits starting 17 or 18, the last a check digit:

Two things are easy to mix up:
- The tracking link. The tracking button leads to a page such as
vintedgo.com/en/tracking/1700000000000001. That link is the surest sign the parcel is Vinted Go's. - The pick-up code. It isn't the tracking number: it arrives by email (and possibly SMS) when the parcel is ready, and always begins with a capital letter.

Vinted Go tracking statuses explained
Vinted Go's English tracking page shows the latest stage as the headline, with its time, above a timeline of every stage; "Show details" opens the scans under each one. In the order a parcel meets them:

Missing from locker | The parcel isn't in its compartment. Report it on Vinted. |
Returning to sender | It's going back to the seller, for example because nobody picked it up within 7 days. |
Shipped only means the seller has handed the parcel over. Delivered comes after pick-up, not when the parcel reaches the locker: if your code fails, Vinted Go's FAQ suggests checking whether the tracking already says delivered.
Vinted Go's page also holds labels such as Out for delivery, Couldn’t be delivered and Parcel lost, which show only if a parcel reaches that stage.
Vinted Go lockers and parcel shops: picking up your parcel
Where it goes. Vinted Go's points are lockers, parcel shops and neighbourhood locations. Its home page lists France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal and Finland. Vinted offers the option only when a Vinted Go locker is near both buyer and seller. If your chosen point is closed or full, Vinted Go may take the parcel to another one nearby and will tell you where once it's ready.
When it's there. Vinted Go emails you when the parcel is ready; Vinted updates the order and you may get an SMS. Its terms add a reminder 3 days after the parcel arrives.
Picking it up. At a locker, scan or enter your pick-up code to open the right compartment. At a parcel shop or neighbourhood location, show your pick-up code or ID to the staff. Opening hours are on Vinted Go's map.
How long it waits. You have 7 calendar days. Vinted Go can't extend that or stop the parcel once it's heading back. An uncollected parcel returns to the seller's drop-off point; Vinted then cancels the order and refunds you.
Home delivery. In France, some points offer delivery by an Uber courier at a time you book through a link Vinted sends. Where home delivery exists, Vinted Go's terms allow one attempt with a booked slot and two without.
How long it takes. Vinted Go's terms aim for 3 to 6 business days from drop-off to the point.
Vinted Go tracking not updating, parcel lost or damaged
You deal with Vinted, not Vinted Go: Vinted's customer service handles lost and damaged parcels and asks the carrier to investigate if needed.
No update for days. Vinted Go says it's normal for the timeline to go a few days without an update while the parcel is in transit. More in why tracking stops updating.
Not arrived. Vinted Go asks you to allow 25 business days. If it still hasn't come, or the order conversation says it's probably lost, report a problem from that conversation.
Damaged, wrong item or empty compartment. You have 2 days from pick-up to report it on Vinted; Vinted's help gives 14 days for orders from Pro sellers. If the parcel is damaged at a locker, take it out and photograph it straight away: the locker won't reopen.
Marked delivered but not received. Report it on Vinted within 2 days of it being marked delivered. See also delivered but not received.
Vinted Go contact number and customer service
As read on 11 October 2026, neither vintedgo.com nor Vinted's help pages give a Vinted Go phone number, email or form for buyers.
- Order problems (late, lost, damaged, wrong item): Vinted's support, from the order in your Vinted account.
- Trouble at a locker in France, Belgium or Spain: press the "?" button on the locker's home screen to see Vinted Go's support number and hours.
- Trouble at a locker in Portugal: press "Obter ajuda" on the locker and scan the QR code with your phone. It opens a live chat with Vinted Go's support, every day from 7:00 to 22:00 local time.
Vinted warns that phishing also arrives by SMS; its French help asks you to forward phishing emails to [email protected].
Tracking a Vinted Go parcel with Peek
Peek reads Vinted Go's own tracking, with no account or postcode: each scan with its time in Vinted Go's words, such as Ready to collect at the locker, the town of each sorting centre and a headline of its own ("Ready for pickup", "Delivered"). It names the locker or parcel shop the parcel waits at, then when and where you picked it up, but not neighbourhood points. The address, opening hours and pick-up deadline stay on Vinted Go's page, and there's no expected delivery day. A parcel heading back to the seller shows "Returned to sender".
Type the 16-digit number alone and Peek asks Vinted Go, TNT and DHL eCommerce whether they know it, naming Vinted Go when it does. Otherwise press "Change" and pick "Vinted Go", or paste the vintedgo.com tracking link, which names Vinted Go at once.
Peek checks every 10 minutes, also while the parcel waits, and can notify you of changes. If Vinted Go hands the parcel to another network under a new tracking code, Peek can follow it there if it reads that network directly. It can't contact Vinted or Vinted Go, or report a problem for you.
Questions about Vinted Go tracking
Is Vinted Go legit?
Yes. Vinted Go is Vinted's own shipping service, run by Vinted Go, UAB, a company registered in Vilnius, Lithuania.
How long does Vinted Go take to deliver?
Its terms aim for 3 to 6 business days from drop-off to your point, not counting weekends and public holidays. Vinted Go asks you to wait 25 business days before treating a parcel as missing.
Does Vinted Go have a customer service phone number?
Only on its lockers: in France, Belgium and Spain, the "?" button on the locker screen shows it. Everything about your order goes through Vinted's own support.
Why is my Vinted Go tracking not working?
Tracking can take up to 48 hours to appear after the seller ships, and a mistyped number gets "We can't find a parcel with this information". Vinted Go also stops giving a parcel's tracking six months after its label is made.
