UniUni tracking number: format and where to find it

Parcels reach UniUni already labelled by the seller, so the number is in your order's shipping details. Can't find it? See where else to look for a tracking number. The shapes, with invented digits:

A reference starting with UNI is an order number, not the tracking number: track the other one. UniUni's tracker takes up to 25 numbers at once, separated by commas.

These shapes don't overlap with USPS, GOFO or SpeedX numbers.

What UniUni's tracking statuses mean

UniUni writes its history in English only; its French page translates the page's labels, not the scan lines. These are the lines a parcel usually meets, in order.

Wordings vary: Label Created means the same as Order received, Parcel received by UniUni means UniUni physically has it, and Parcel has been delivered can stand for Delivered. UniUni's page can add where the parcel was left, as in Delivered. (Recipient's front door).

A failed attempt on UniUni's page carries the reason in brackets, such as no safe place to leave the parcel, a business closed at delivery time or a failed contact attempt. After a second failed attempt the status becomes storage. Once a parcel goes to a third-party courier, that courier's own scans follow in its own wording, such as Item out for delivery or Parcel is ready for pickup.

UniUni delivery, pickup and missed deliveries

UniUni tells shippers it delivers from next day up to 7 days. An estimated delivery date appears only once UniUni physically has the parcel, and the tracking page can show a time window for the delivery.

Missed delivery. After a first failed attempt, UniUni says it tries again within 48 hours in most cases, with nothing for you to do unless your delivery details need changing. After a second failed attempt, the parcel goes back to UniUni's warehouse. Once tracking shows storage, contact UniUni support to arrange a new delivery. The parcel is kept for 30 days.

Address and instructions. To add a unit number, a gate or buzz code or a phone number, use the UniUni chatbot; once the parcel is out for delivery, the driver may not get the update in time. UniUni doesn't deliver to post offices or PO boxes.

Picking it up. UniUni offers pickup only in Canada, in a few cities such as Montreal, Toronto and North York. Elsewhere, ask for a new delivery instead.

Delivery PIN. In Canada, a seller can require a PIN, sent to you by email or text. Without it, the attempt fails and the parcel goes on a later route.

Proof of delivery. Drivers take three photos at drop-off. To see them, track the parcel on uniuni.com, choose View Delivery Confirmation and enter the postal or ZIP code of the delivery address.

UniUni package not moving, not delivered or damaged

No updates at all usually means the seller hasn't handed the parcel over yet. UniUni asks you to contact the seller for the latest order status. If scans stop after UniUni has the parcel, see tracking that isn't updating. UniUni's French FAQ also describes misrouted parcels: sent by mistake to a warehouse in another city, then passed automatically to Canada Post or USPS. These arrive late, and you don't need to do anything.

Delivered but not there. Look at the delivery photos first. UniUni then suggests asking people in your household, neighbours, building management and mailroom or lobby staff. If it's still missing, contact UniUni through its chatbot. More ideas in delivered but not received.

Damaged. Take clear photos of the parcel and its contents and share them, with your contact details and tracking number, through the chatbot. UniUni's support reviews the case, and you can also contact the seller.

Wrong or missing items, returns. These go to the seller. UniUni's claims process is for shippers who bought parcel protection, so as a recipient you go through the chatbot and the seller.

Tracking UniUni parcels with Peek

Peek names UniUni at once for numbers starting UUS, UUSC, 4C (ending US) and U9999. For other numbers that are U and 15 digits, or the CAA0 shape, it asks UniUni and names it when UniUni knows the number. It doesn't recognise the UR and URB IDs: choose UniUni with "Change". A uniuni.com tracking link with the number in it works too. A master number for a multi-piece shipment can't be tracked as one: add each parcel's own number.

Peek reads UniUni's tracking and shows the status, each scan with its town and province or state on a map, the expected day or time window, the delivery time and the destination country. It leaves out addresses, driver names and the delivery photos, so look at the photos on UniUni's page. Delivered and Out for delivery appear in Peek's own words; other lines show as UniUni writes them, without the reason in brackets.

When UniUni hands a parcel to another courier, that courier's scans show up inside UniUni's history, but Peek doesn't follow the other courier's number. Parcels sent with SpeedPAK or DHL eCommerce can name UniUni for the last mile, and Peek can then follow them on UniUni. Peek checks every 10 minutes, every 2 minutes once the parcel is out for delivery, and can notify you when the status changes.

Questions about UniUni tracking

Are UniUni packages delivered by USPS?

UniUni delivers with its own drivers. Some parcels are handed to a third-party courier to finish the delivery, and UniUni says misrouted parcels can be passed to USPS or Canada Post.

How long does UniUni hold packages?

After a second failed attempt, UniUni keeps the parcel in its warehouse for 30 days. Contact support once tracking shows storage to arrange a new delivery.

Is UniUni legit?

Yes. UniUni is run by Uni Express Inc., a delivery company based in Richmond, British Columbia, that delivers for Shein, Temu and AliExpress among others.

Why does my UniUni tracking show no updates?

Usually the seller hasn't given UniUni the parcel yet. UniUni's estimated date appears only once it physically has the parcel, so ask the seller first.
