Quickpac tracking: find your parcel and what to do next

6 min read

Peek is an independent tracker, not Quickpac. It shows what Quickpac’s own tracking publishes.

Quickpac is a Swiss parcel service, part of Planzer Paket (Planzer Parcel in English) since 2024, that brings shops' parcels to homes in selected postcode areas of Switzerland. Your 18-digit tracking number comes from the sender, usually in its shipping email, and is printed below the barcode on the parcel. Enter it on Quickpac's tracking page or paste it in the box above.

Quickpac tracking number and tracking ID

Only businesses send with Quickpac, so the number reaches you through the sender: in its shipping email or link, in emails and texts Quickpac sends on its behalf and on the "Abholinformationen" card after a missed delivery. A message from Planzer Paket is titled "A delivery is on its way to you".

Quickpac calls it the parcel or consignment number, Planzer's tracking site the Shipment Number. These don't track: Planzer's Reference number (the sender's own), a pickup code and the delivery code on Planzer Paket's card.

The examples below use made-up digits:

NumberWhose it is
441234567890123456Quickpac: 18 digits starting 44.
44.12.345678.90123456The same, dotted as Quickpac's tracking box writes it.
990000000000000000Swiss Post: 18 digits starting 99 or 98.
91346097000000000000Planzer: 20 digits starting 91346097.

If the sender agreed, Quickpac hands undeliverable parcels to Swiss Post, and its tracking can show a "Post tracking" link. A 44 number with 17 or 19 digits has usually lost or gained one. No number? Ask the sender, or see how to find your tracking number.

Quickpac tracking statuses and what they mean

Quickpac parcels are tracked on Planzer's site and in quickpac.ch's box. Both follow your browser's language (English, German, French or Italian), and Planzer's falls back to English. Neither publishes a status list or explains its wordings. The English ones:

StatusWhat it means for you
RecordedQuickpac has the parcel's details from the sender.
Delivery day unknownNo delivery day is set yet.
Estimated deliveryThe day it's expected.
TransferredIn transit.
In deliveryOut for delivery.
Your consignment is at the following pick-up pointIt's waiting there. Latest collection date is your last day.
ShippedDelivered, not "sent by the shop".
Delivered, Parcel deliveredDelivered.

Shipped catches people out: on Planzer's English tracking it means delivered. In German, French and Italian, Planzer labels delivered parcels Ausgeliefert, Livré and Consegnato.

If Quickpac's box says "Unfortunately, parcel tracking is not available at the moment.", the box itself failed to load: try later.

Quickpac delivery, missed parcels and pickup points

Quickpac delivers only in Switzerland, in selected postcode areas. Speed is the sender's choice: SameDay and Priority+ arrive the same day, Priority the next working day, Economy the next but one at the latest. Evening delivery until 9 p.m. and Saturday delivery are extras the sender books, and Quickpac's terms say transit times are indicative only and not guaranteed.

At your door. Parcels that fit and may be left go into your letterbox's parcel compartment without ringing. Signature parcels are handed over in person; refuse one and it goes back to the sender. Quickpac can't deliver to PickPost, MyPost24, a PO box or poste restante: it emails or texts you, and its tracking asks for a private address.

Changing it. After a check with your surname and postcode, Quickpac's tracking lets you leave a free deposit order for a sheltered spot on your property until about 15 minutes before delivery (once left, it's your responsibility) and change the address up to twice where offered. It also takes an email or mobile number for free notifications. Without internet, 0800 363 363 can register a deposit order.

Missed delivery. Two sets of rules are published, and no page says which applies to your parcel, so follow the card or message you get:

  • Quickpac's "Abholinformationen" card names a nearby pickup point, ready from the next working day. Quickpac says the parcel waits there 14 days, then goes back to the sender. Its FAQ names Migros' PickMup points, but PickMup's site didn't load on 9 October 2026 to confirm it still runs: go by the card. Show the pickup code from the card or tracking. Some parcels go to Coop Pick-up, which tells you by SMS or email. Coop Pick-up's own rule is to send orders back after 7 days.
  • Planzer Paket's delivery card has a code for its recipient portal: pick a new day, name a safe place or see which Planzer Parcel shop holds the parcel. A shop usually keeps it 7 days: bring the pickup code and your identity card. Some shops are pickup boxes, some open around the clock. The sender can switch options off.

Parcels handed to Swiss Post get another attempt, then wait at the post office.

Quickpac parcel late, missing or damaged

Number not found. If tracking says "Consignment … not found!" and the number is right, Quickpac hasn't had the sender's data yet. Try later or ask the sender.

No update for days. Ask the sender, or use Planzer Paket's contact form. See tracking that isn't updating.

Delivered, but not there. Quickpac asks you to check that nobody took it in, and to look in the parcel compartment, staircase and entrance. Planzer Paket asks you to check that the status says Parcel delivered, see "Delivery confirmation" in its portal (sometimes a photo), then use its form. See delivered but not received.

Damaged or lost. Planzer Paket sends you to the sender, who wants photos of the goods, parcel and label. Quickpac's English FAQ points to a contact form whose link returned an error on 9 October 2026.

The sender's deadline. Quickpac's contract is with the sender. Its terms cap its liability at CHF 500 per parcel unless agreed otherwise, and the sender must claim in writing within 30 days of handing the parcel over. Parcels deposited on request aren't covered. Tell the shop quickly.

Returns. Quickpac doesn't currently offer returns: ask the sender.

Quickpac customer service and contact

Quickpac sends every parcel question to Planzer Paket. As listed on 9 October 2026:

  • Planzer Paket customer service: 0848 00 19 36, Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm, CHF 0.08 per minute from Swiss landlines. Have your tracking number ready.
  • Contact form: on Planzer Paket's contact page, for a missing parcel, redelivery, a new date, an address change or complaints. For damage or loss, contact the sender first.
  • Lines on Quickpac's German homepage: Planzer Paket's customer service lines, by language: 044 438 50 40 (German and English), 021 821 02 02 (French), 091 611 54 84 (Italian), no hours given.
  • Quickpac's free line: 0800 363 363, still on its pages, with conflicting hours.
  • Email: [email protected], for delivery complaints.

Drivers can't be called directly. No page says whether 0848 works from abroad.

Tracking a Quickpac parcel with Peek

Peek recognises an 18-digit number starting 44 as Quickpac and reads it from Planzer's tracking site; a tracking link from quickpac.ch or tracking.app.planzer.ch works too. It checks every 10 minutes (every 2 minutes once the parcel is out for delivery) and can notify you of every scan, important steps or delivery day only.

It shows the status, history, expected delivery, weight, dimensions, delivery time and destination country. It leaves out the recipient address. Shipped appears as delivered. Peek can't contact Quickpac for you.

Only when the sender books SameDay or Priority+.

Is Quickpac part of Planzer?

Yes. Quickpac says it has been part of the Swiss family firm Planzer Paket since 2024.
