Kun Express tracking: KUN numbers, statuses and USPS
Kun Express (鲲辰, Hangzhou Kunchen Cross-border Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.) is a forwarder in Hangzhou, China, that flies parcels for online sellers to the United States, Canada and Europe. On its US line, USPS delivers them. Its numbers start with KUN: type yours in the search box on kun-express.com, which opens Kun Express's tracking page, or in the box above. The shop that sold you the item gives the number with its shipping details.
Kun Express tracking number: what it looks like
Kun Express publishes no number format, but the numbers seen on its tracking are KUN followed by 10 digits. With invented digits:
| Number | What it is |
|---|---|
KUN1234567890 | KUN and 10 digits: Kun Express. |
9400123456789012345674 | 22 digits starting with 94: a USPS number. |
Where to find it. Kun Express works for sellers: web shops, dropshippers and sellers on TikTok, Temu and Amazon. The seller books the parcel and gives the number in the shipping email or on your order page. If you can't find it, see how to find your tracking number. Kun Express's tracking page also finds a parcel by the seller's own reference, and then shows its KUN number.
A USPS number instead. Kun Express tells sellers that a parcel on its US line is registered with USPS in advance and keeps one number all the way, which they can use on marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart. Your order page may therefore show a USPS number instead: track it as a USPS parcel.
Numbers that look alike. Kunyoung Express (건영택배), a Korean carrier, has a similar name but numeric tracking numbers, and nothing to do with Kun Express. A KUN number with more or fewer than 10 digits isn't a Kun Express shape: compare it with the shop's email.
Kun Express tracking statuses explained
Kun Express's tracking page has a Chinese and an English version, and Kun Express writes its own scans in English. Roughly in the order a parcel meets them:
| Kun Express says | What it means for you |
|---|---|
Shipment information received | The seller registered the parcel. Kun Express doesn't have it yet. |
Arrive at the delivery point | The seller handed the parcel over in Hangzhou. It is not delivery to you. |
Arrived at the receiving point | Kun Express's warehouse received it, at the place KUN Warehouse. |
KUN Warehouse | It left that warehouse. The line has no text, so the place's name stands in for it. |
Arrive at the sorting center for operation and transfer | At a sorting centre in Hangzhou. |
Cargo leaving the operation center | It left the sorting centre. |
arrive at international airport to abroad | At the airport for its flight. |
Waiting to be loaded | Waiting for the flight. |
Shipment started the customs clearance process at origin | Export clearance in China. |
departed from airport of origin | The flight has left China. |
U.S. Postal Service, The goods are in transit | Kun Express's own line at the airports of the flight, naming the carrier that will deliver. USPS doesn't have the parcel yet. |
arrived at airport of destination | Landed in the United States. |
custom clearance completed | Through US import customs, at the place US. |
After that, Kun Express copies USPS's scans into its own record, in USPS's words: Arrived at USPS Regional Facility, Out for Delivery, Delivered, In/At Mailbox and so on. USPS's page explains them.
On Kun Express's page, one USPS scan can appear up to three times: alone, after its place, and followed by an arrow and USPS's explanation, sometimes with a category such as On the Way in front. It is the same scan. Kun Express's own lines are on China time; the USPS lines carry the US facility's local time. For a parcel held on the way in, see parcels held at customs.
Who delivers Kun Express parcels
Kun Express's US line flies from Shanghai, Zhengzhou or Guangzhou to New York (JFK), Chicago (ORD) and other US airports, and USPS delivers. For another US product it names ACI, DHL eCommerce and its own delivery service as last-mile options.
Its Canada line flies from Shanghai or Qingdao, and Canada Post delivers. Its lines to Europe name no carrier. It also ships from its own warehouses in the US, Canada and Germany with USPS, Canada Post, DHL and large express carriers.
Kun Express publishes no rules for recipients on delivery attempts, notice cards, pickup points or redirection. Once USPS has the parcel, those are USPS's rules; see missed deliveries.
Kun Express parcel not arriving or tracking stuck
Who acts. The seller is Kun Express's customer: it holds an account with Kun Express and books the parcel. Kun Express publishes no claim route or compensation for recipients, so for a late, lost or damaged parcel, contact the seller or the marketplace you ordered from.
How long it takes. Kun Express gives no delivery time for its USPS line. It tells sellers that over 98% of parcels on its Canada line arrive within 12 calendar days, and that on its "DHL/UPS US virtual warehouse" service 70% arrive within 7 calendar days and over 98% within 10. These are sales figures, not a date for your order.
No update. Kun Express's record shows USPS's scans only once it has copied them, so the latest USPS step can be missing. If the shop gave you a USPS number, check USPS's tracking too. More in why tracking stops updating.
Delivered but not there. If the record ends in a USPS delivered line, read delivered but not received and tell the seller.
Returned. On its US line, Kun Express tells sellers that a parcel USPS can't deliver, or that you refuse, can go back to its US warehouse to be stored, sold again or sent out again; its Canada line works the same way. A returned parcel may not travel back to China: ask the seller what happens next, and see returned to sender.
Kun Express contact number and email
As read on 21 October 2026, kun-express.com lists one set of channels, written for sellers:
- Phone: +86 19106772411, a Chinese mobile number, Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 18:00. The site gives no time zone.
- Email: [email protected].
- Form: name, email and a message, on its contact page.
- WeChat and WhatsApp: QR codes at the foot of each page.
Kun Express publishes no help for recipients and no warning about fake delivery messages. For anything that needs action, the seller is the one to ask.
Track Kun Express parcels with Peek
Peek names Kun Express at once from a KUN number with 10 digits, which no other carrier in its catalog shares. Type or paste the number itself: Peek takes no Kun Express tracking links.
Peek reads Kun Express's own tracking every 10 minutes, and every 2 minutes once the parcel is out for delivery. It shows the status, the history with each scan's place where Kun Express gives one, the service name the seller booked and the destination country. Each scan keeps the clock Kun Express gives it; a USPS scan without a time shows only its day. Where Kun Express's page repeats a USPS scan, Peek shows it once, without USPS's explanation or ZIP codes. Peek leaves out the recipient's name, which Kun Express's page shows, and gives no expected delivery date.
Shipment information received appears in Peek's own words. The other lines, USPS's included, show as written, except exact matches such as Delivered.
Peek can't hand the parcel over to USPS: Kun Express's record names neither the delivery carrier nor the USPS number, so the parcel page doesn't say "Delivery with USPS", and the history goes only as far as Kun Express has copied it. If the seller gave you the USPS number too, add it as its own parcel and Peek follows it with USPS.
Peek can notify you of every scan, important steps only or "Delivery day only". It can't contact Kun Express or the seller for you.
