ORLEN Paczka tracking: numbers, statuses and pickups
ORLEN Paczka is a Polish parcel network, formerly Paczka w RUCHu, that delivers to parcel lockers, ORLEN fuel stations and partner shops rather than to your door. Track a parcel on the "Śledź paczkę" page at orlenpaczka.pl, which is only in Polish, or paste the number in the box above. The number is the 13-digit parcel number from the shop's or seller's message and ORLEN Paczka's email.
ORLEN Paczka tracking number and where to find it
The parcel number is the 13-digit barcode number on the label, which ORLEN Paczka's complaint form calls "Numer paczki (EAN)". Type it without spaces.

Where it turns up:
- ORLEN Paczka's email and app notification when the sender posts the parcel, and again when it reaches your point.
- The shop's or seller's order page.
- The tracking page's "Kopiuj link do śledzenia" button, which copies a link with the number in it.
The pickup code (kod odbioru, 5 or 6 digits) opens the locker; it isn't a tracking number. You can't track by phone number. No message at all? See how to find your tracking number.
Allegro Delivery parcels carry a number starting AD: track those in the Allegro app or on allegro.pl. An international number ending in PL, such as RR123456785PL, belongs to Poczta Polska.
What ORLEN Paczka's statuses mean
The tracking page shows the newest line, then the route ("Szczegółowa trasa wysyłki") with a date and time for each step, in Polish only.

Some parcels show older wordings for the same steps: Paczka przygotowywana przez nadawcę, Paczka przyjęta w sortowni regionalnej (no town) and Odebrana przez Klienta, where the "Klient" is you. The first line is a "label created" status: the parcel isn't moving yet.
If the page answers Ups… przesyłki o tym numerze nie można śledzić., ORLEN Paczka gives three reasons: a wrong number, a parcel already delivered and picked up, or an Allegro Delivery parcel. Błędny numer paczki means the input isn't a number its form accepts.
ORLEN Paczka parcel lockers and pickup points
ORLEN Paczka delivers only to the point chosen at checkout: a locker (Automat Paczkowy), an ORLEN fuel station, most open around the clock, or a partner shop. Its pages describe no home delivery.
When it arrives, ORLEN Paczka sends a 5- or 6-digit pickup code by SMS to the phone number on the order, by email and in its app. Its SMS never contain links. At a locker, choose "Odbierz paczkę" and type the code, scan the QR code, or open the door remotely in the app. Lockers and selected ORLEN stations are open on Sundays.
Someone else can pick it up with your code.
How long it waits. ORLEN Paczka's regulations give 3 working days at a staffed point and 72 hours at a locker, counted from the pickup notice. In the ORLEN Paczka app you can extend a locker wait by one day for free, except for Allegro Delivery parcels. After that, the parcel goes back to the shop, or to the drop-off point for private senders such as Vinted sellers.
Full or closed point. The parcel may wait up to 2 working days at another point within 10 km.
No code? Check spam and SMS blocks; the code is also in the email and the app. Only the sender can fix a wrong phone number. For a locker that won't open, call 22 33 33 999.
Allegro Delivery parcels are handled by Allegro: the code comes from Allegro, and you track it and pick it up in the Allegro app under "Moje przesyłki".
ORLEN Paczka delivery time, delays, loss and damage
ORLEN Paczka says shop orders arrive in 1 working day in 98% of cases, and parcels from private senders and Vinted in 1 to 3 working days. Its regulations guarantee delivery to the point by the fourth working day after posting. ORLEN Paczka publishes no advice for tracking that stops moving: ask the shop, which holds the contract with ORLEN Paczka, and see tracking not updating.
Late past that deadline: you may claim a refund; compensation is twice the service fee. Lost: a parcel not delivered within 30 days after the deadline counts as lost. Damaged: report visible damage when you pick it up, hidden damage within 7 days.
Who complains. The sender, or you once you have picked the parcel up (or if the sender passes the claim to you). Complaints go only through the online form, choosing loss, damage or delay, within 12 months of posting. ORLEN Paczka answers within 30 days. It caps liability at 500 zł for individual senders and 5,000 zł for business senders, such as shops.

ORLEN Paczka's channels, as read on 11 October 2026 on its Polish site. It publishes no English-language service.

Tracking ORLEN Paczka parcels with Peek
Peek recognises 13-digit numbers starting 210 with a valid check digit. Other carriers share that shape, so it asks ORLEN Paczka, La Poste and Delhivery at once and says "ORLEN Paczka has this parcel." when only ORLEN Paczka knows it. For other 13-digit numbers starting 2 or 3 (such as 23 or 26), pick ORLEN Paczka with "Change" or paste the orlenpaczka.pl tracking link that carries the 13-digit number. The 7- and 10-digit sending codes can't be tracked in Peek, and AD numbers aren't ORLEN Paczka's.
It shows the Polish wordings as written, the sorting-centre town on a map where named, and the delivery time, in Warsaw time. When ORLEN Paczka marks its history incomplete, only the newest scan appears. There is no pickup point, expected delivery, weight or sender, and the return parcel's number is dropped. A Vinted parcel handed to another country's carrier isn't followed and stays in transit. Parcels already picked up drop out of ORLEN Paczka's tracking after some months.
It checks every 10 minutes and can notify you when the status changes.

What is ORLEN Paczka?
A Polish parcel service started in 2021, formerly Paczka w RUCHu: the old paczkawruchu.pl address now leads to orlenpaczka.pl. Shops, Allegro and Vinted use it to deliver to lockers, ORLEN stations and partner shops in Poland.
Can I track ORLEN Paczka in English?
Not on ORLEN Paczka's site, which is only in Polish; the status table above translates its wordings.
Does ORLEN Paczka deliver abroad?
ORLEN Paczka delivers within Poland. Vinted parcels to or from some EU countries, Romania and Lithuania among them, are handed to a carrier there, and the Vinted app shows the rest.
Can I pay on delivery with ORLEN Paczka?
No. ORLEN Paczka doesn't offer cash on delivery, so the order is paid to the shop or seller beforehand.
