Correos Express tracking: statuses in English and contact

6 min read

Peek is an independent tracker, not Correos Express. It shows what Correos Express’s own tracking publishes.

Correos Express is the express parcel company of Spain's Correos group, delivering across Spain and Portugal; it isn't Correos, the post office. Type your number into its Spanish-language tracking page or paste it in the box above. The sender, usually the shop, registers the parcel with Correos Express, so ask the shop if you have no number.

Your Correos Express tracking number

Correos Express publishes no number format; its tracker asks for the número de envío (shipment number). Peek's catalog knows two all-digit shapes, each ending in a check digit (examples invented):

NumberWhose it is
1234 5678 9012 345216 digits: Correos Express, but also DHL eCommerce, Canada Post, TNT and Evri UK.
1234567890123456789012323 digits: Correos Express, unless digits 15 to 17 are 000: Peek's catalog gives those to Australia Post.
RR123456785ESLetters and digits: Correos, the post office, not Correos Express.
0123/45678901With a slash: NACEX, another courier.

Correos Express doesn't say where you'll find the number and publishes no SMS sender name, so check the shop's shipping email or your order page (more places to look).

If the tracker replies no se ha encontrado ningún envío ("no shipment found"), Correos Express suggests checking that it's a Correos Express number and allowing a few hours for a new parcel to appear. Still nothing? Ask the sender.

Correos Express tracking statuses in English

There's no English tracking. The Spanish tracker shows these statuses in Spanish. The Portuguese one has Portuguese menus; its status wording is unconfirmed.

StatusWhat it means for you
INFORMADOThe sender has registered it; Correos Express doesn't have it yet.
ADMITIDOCollected and on its way.
EN RUTA A LOCALIDAD DE DESTINOHeading for your local depot. Usually still time to change the delivery.
EN DESTINO"At destination".
EN REPARTOOut for delivery. Too late for changes.
Su envío no ha podido ser entregado"Your shipment could not be delivered": an attempt failed.
NUEVO REPARTO"New delivery": another attempt is planned.
ESTACIONADONot delivered; waiting at Correos Express's premises.
ENTREGADO EN PUNTO DE CONVENIENCIAAt your pickup point, but not ready yet.
DISPONIBLE EN PUNTO DE CONVENIENCIAReady to pick up with your PIN.
ENTREGADODelivered to you or to an authorised person.
DEVUELTOReturned to the sender.

ENTREGADO EN PUNTO DE CONVENIENCIA misleads: entregado means delivered, but to the pickup point, not to you. Wait until the status reads DISPONIBLE EN PUNTO DE CONVENIENCIA and have your PIN ready.

Correos Express explains ESTACIONADO only in its Portuguese FAQ, and doesn't explain EN DESTINO, Su envío no ha podido ser entregado, NUEVO REPARTO, ENTREGADO EN PUNTO DE CONVENIENCIA, DEVUELTO, ADMITIDO EN OFICINA DE CORREOS (accepted at a Correos post office) or EN ALMACÉN (in the warehouse). Those meanings are literal translations or Peek's reading.

Correos Express delivery: change the date, address or parcel shop

In Spain, before the parcel goes out, its tracking may offer Gestionar entrega (manage delivery) if the sender and the service allow changes: send it to a Punto Correos pickup point, authorise someone else (a neighbour or your porter), change the address or pick another date. If you miss it, Correos Express tries again before the service's deadline. To rebook, the tracker's Solicita nueva entrega form (request a new delivery) takes a date with a morning or afternoon slot, or a Correos post office or pickup point. Wrong address? Contact the sender.

In Portugal, the second attempt is automatic. A notification then offers another day, another address in the same district or a Ponto Correos where available. Once it's out for delivery, wait for that notification to change the address. The terms say a parcel unclaimed 3 working days after a failed delivery goes back to the sender.

At a Punto Correos (Ponto Correos in Portugal), show the PIN sent by SMS and/or email. Lost it? Check your spam folder, or press Visualizar PIN on the tracking page. In Spain the parcel waits 7 calendar days, then goes back to the sender. In Portugal you get up to 7 days, or 3 in a CitiBox or CityPaq locker, and whoever has your PIN can pick it up.

Correos Express parcel late, lost or damaged

The sender, usually the shop, holds the contract; Correos Express sends recipients to it for most problems.

  • No update: tracking can lag a few hours between logistics centres. After 24 to 48 hours without change, Correos Express says to contact the sender. See tracking that isn't updating.
  • Delivered but not received: in Spain, check the delivery detail on Correos Express's tracking, then contact the sender. In Portugal, write to [email protected]. See delivered but not received.
  • Damaged: within Spain, the transport terms ask for written reservations at handover, or within 7 calendar days for hidden damage or loss. In Portugal, photograph the packaging and contents, and contact the sender within 7 days.
  • Bad weather: "Fuerza mayor / Área inaccesible / Meteorología" means delivery wasn't safe. The notices page lists current restrictions.
  • Returned: after DEVUELTO, ask the sender.

Correos Express contact number and customer service

As Correos Express's sites listed them on 9 October 2026 (none in English):

  • Spain: 900 122 333, no published hours; Spain's CNMC says calls to 900 numbers are free from mobiles and landlines. The tracker shows another number, 913 277 020. There's also the customer service form, which asks for the shipment number and your postcode, and @Cex_responde on X.
  • Portugal: 229 762 810 at the landline rate, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 19:00. Recipients can also email [email protected].

Tracking Correos Express parcels with Peek

A 16-digit number is shared, so Peek asks the likely carriers in turn; a 23-digit number points to Correos Express, apart from the Australia Post case above. If Peek doesn't offer Correos Express, check the digits. Paste the number, not a link.

Peek checks every 10 minutes, and every 2 minutes once the parcel is out for delivery. It can notify you of every scan, important steps or delivery day only. It shows the status, the estimated delivery (only while the parcel is still on its way) and the history, with each scan's place on a map. It leaves out the proof of delivery, contact details and delivery comments, and can't contact Correos Express for you.

Questions about Correos Express tracking

What is Correos Express?

It's the Correos group's urgent-parcel company; Correos, its parent, runs the universal postal service. Correos Express says it reaches anywhere on the Iberian Peninsula in 24 hours, and mainland Portugal from Spain usually in 24 to 48.

What time does Correos Express deliver?

It depends on the service the sender chose: Paq 10 arrives before 10:00 and Paq 14 by 14:00. The tracker's estimated time comes from past deliveries in your postcode and can shift with the route.

Can I contact Correos Express in English?

No: it lists no English channel, and its tracking and help are only in Spanish and Portuguese.
